He’s his own biggest fan and will tell you, ‘I’m often the smartest guy in the room!’

People are laughing behind his back as he struts around like Dr. Phil.

He loves to hear himself talk.

Allegedly, this individual is not comfortable in his dark skin and is constantly seeking out white women or heavily biracial women for romance.

According to a source, he allegedly despises women with the same complexion.

  1. I wanna say Tyrese since he is peddling that Manology book but he can’t believe that he is the smartest guy in the room….can he? Not unless he started hanging with lil Wayne’s crew.

    Diana Ross was a hot mess! I still consider her one of my all time favorite entertainers. I saw her in concert 2yrs ago in Atl. That is a situation like Alicia Keys. You can’t allow your feelings about celebs personal life to effect how u feel about their craft. If I did I would never go to a movie or concert. Now till this day I continue to boycott anything R.Kelly but his scandal was so different.

      • I think AK & John Legend are 2 of the most boring artist out there. But their appearance make them pop friendly. Not to mention her lack of singing skills are being exposed. That is why don’t purchase concert tickets. Who cares how she got Swiss Beats. Don’t seem like she got Sh!t….lol

        • Everybody thought Rick James was high and hateful when he bashed Alicia. Said she would never compare to Rachelle Ferrell, Nina Simone or Teena Marie. Said those ladies could play the hell out of piano and could sing their asses off, said Alicia was manufactured and got over on her looks and he was right.

          • Speaking on artists, never thought I would agree with Wyclef, but Lil Wayne is not even in Tupac’s category. Sipping too much syrup to make that statement with a straight face.

          • I agree, fully, with what Rick James said about Alicia. She’s nothing. Her voice is certainly not and nowhere near as strong as Whitney’s or Beyonce’s, she butchered the song at Whitney Houston’s funeral. and also at a tribute to Luther Van Dross, she stole someone’s husband. Who is she??? Nobody, in my book.

    • @Soulsinger64…hmmm Michael Baisden. I haven’t heard that name in a while. I stopped listening to him and George Wallace a couple of years ago. Always the same conversations and topics but they sound lousy on the radio. Why do u think it’s him?

      • Well I thought that could be him because a few years ago he had a tv show that came on late night and he was giving infro on relationships and his guests was one joker that stood out like a red tomato..real suspect..can’t remember his name and Baisden always came off as a know it all..just my opinion..

    where you at? did u watch Eddie Kendricks on Unsung? next up Unsung will do a story on The Whispers. Fingers crossed they will do one on Paul Williams and Dennis Edwards. So far the two Unsung stories I enjoyed was Eddie and Lou Rawls. Haha I think Eddie was the only singer back then who wasn’t married or having an affair with a white woman.Of course I could be wrong

      • Diva yrs ago I lived down the hall from a woman who LOVED LOVE LOVED her some Dennis Edwards. He was a cute pie back in the day. A friend of mine said she met him when she was a little girl and he kissed her on the cheek. She said he was nice and he smelled so good

  6. Whoever said it hit the nail right on the head when they said you can’t turn a whore into a housewife. I think that everytime I see Ice and his wife Coco. No disrespect to anyone who like this couple and I’m sorry for being so blunt. But she’s not showing any signs of being a wife she more of the kind of the other woman type, the type real women show her daughters how NOT to be and sons how NOT to get involved or bring home saying he’s in love and want to marry. She’s more the type who would be the perfect example of the way a deep deep in the south folk see as a trashy woman who is wicked and bad news.

        • It’s known, Ice-T doesn’t and will never date a black woman. He was on myspace, when it was popping talking about how CoCo got her nails and toes done, yada yada, he was trying to say, black women didn’t keep themselves up.

  9. I recall a few years ago on the do wops Sister Sledge were on to sing We Are Family but there were just two sisters. Joni and Debbie and Joni was singing lead so why is it that they can use the name Sister Sledge and the real singer can’t do the same?

    • Hey Hidoll! Kathy sing sung lead on every song, she would get better paid and a better audience and she wouldn’t need them, that’s why they blocking her. Unless she let’s them perform with her so they can get paid to, no will do. Messes up, jealous haters.

      • I guess WE ARE FAMILY was a joke. Joanie Sledge was the glamour girl and best looking one of the group. She had men trying to get at her, or so I heard, when the group was hot. Saw a pic of her, she put on a lot of pounds.

        • I heard the same thing Black Playmate. When I last saw her she had put on weight but she may have had a few kids. Debbie when I last saw her she was still tall and skinny. I hope they get it together they seemed so close

Such an intellect and not acknowledge that the people who look like him were the heart of both creation and civilization. Think he is all that yet not find the people who look like him to be all that too. It’s so perplexing to me to see people with such large obvious flaws, blind to themselves. I would never take relationship advice from someone like Tyrese unless its “don’t do what I do.” Lol
    Also, Ice T, the shop keeper needs to destroy “your playa’s card.”

  12. Why is Olivia Pope only making 75k per episode. Wow….didn’t realize Ice T was making 450k per episode. I know this is only Scandal’s 2nd season but I would have guessed 150-200k for Kerry Washington. The ratings are good but they would be much better if they were not speed talking. My mom & many elders in the family could not keep up. They stopped watching during the 1st season.

    • I was thinking the same thing. I have never watched Scandal, but judging by my facebook timeline on Thursday’s I’m the only one :)

      I agree she should be making more money.

      • If she’s making 75 thou her second season, she must have been making 50 thou the first season. When you’re renewed, you get a raise each season. Paula Patton was tapped to be the next big thing, even had Tom Cruise in her corner but her strange public behavior may have come into play, self sabotage. Kerry got her beat right about now.

        • I think Paula on that blow. Her husband has never been shy about his drug use so it would be no surprise that his woman of 20yrs is doing the same. She was so high in a few interviews that it was shocking that her team didn’t cancel the appearances.

      I thought she was a much higher paid actress…wonder how much those house wives make for putting themselves on blast…bet it’s more than an actress with class.

  13. Sounds like Steve Harvey to me and his non-empirically evidence based relationship advice. Not knocking his hustle but he comes across as one of those individuals who talk about how intelligent or intellectual he is like he’s trying to convince himself along with everyone else.

    • I heard a many time that Steve Harvey is not to be approached. Impossible to work with, comes across nice but is superduper arrogant. Walk on egg shells around him.

      • When I was in undergrad my roommate worked was a desk clerk at a casino hotel. Came home in tears because Steve Harvey called her country ignant @ belittled her to her racist boss + she was the only non caucasian female at the front desk. Said he was horrible to most of the hotel staff & that there were lots of moans & groans when he stayed at the hotel again. This was in the cusp of his success so He’s probably worse now that he envisions himself as the authority on what black women need to do to find husbands. I thumbed thru a co worker’s book and laughed at his ridiculous advice & laughed at her even more for buying it. She’s a clinical psychologist & I couldn’t believe she was buying into that nonsense. Bought into the hype I guess. Meh

I recently watched an interview with him and Rev Run and he admitted that he comes from a dysfunctional family of alcoholics and how it affected him in relationships. He also said that he was never considered good looking where he grew up and after he made the Coca Cola commercial he did not believe that women actually found his dark skinned self attractive because he did not find himself attractive…..what a mess.

    On the the dopplegangers. I saw my doppleganager on hot ghetto mess years ago and she has the nerve to be a stripper!! lol The odd thing is as I showed friends and relatives the pic (who they swore was me) I felt like they where looking at me naked because we had the same body type!

    • Tyrese has issues, he doesn’t get along with his brother and sister. He bought his mom a house out here, in this enclave called the Black Beverly Hills. Christopher Darden lives there. The brother and sister moved in on the mother, always jealous of Tyrese’s success, tried to diss him when he came over to check on his mom, had no respect for him and he was picking up the tab. He packed his mom up and moved her in a one bedroom condo so they couldn’t mooch off her. He comes off as conceited and a know it all, I stopped unfollowing him on twitter many moons ago.

      • I agree, the issue is self-loathing not being judgmental of IR relationships. And I don’t mind the DL blinds either. The DL revelations have been eye-opening for me and now I’m more cognizant and circumspect in my own relationships. Before I became a PR regular I think I was delusional and was one of those women who thought I’d never be duped by some DL dude. However, the revelations on PR have shown me just how deep this whole DL thing is.

        • Diva, Teina the news may not always be pretty but it’s necessary info. Back in the late 80′s I was scared to death for the women in my family. Not some, the majority of men hanging at gay bars are in a relationship with a woman. My gay friends & I would just shake our heads, some don’t even bother to take their wedding bands off.

I heard he can only pay under 1000 to his wife for child support, they’re not together, and that’s for 3 or 4 kids. They have six kids total, a few of them are of age. On the old board, someone said P flies commercial, never had a private jet like Jay-Z or Diddy. I knew something was strange. Lil Romeo gets clowned out here, can’t play basketball a lick but got a scholarship. I was reading up on my favorite movie The Five Heartbeats, somebody commented on that board that Diana Ross was involved with one of the Dells, I wonder was he married? Nicki Minaj has fired her staff, it’s not them, it’s you boo. Nicki and Mariah’s ego’s should be destroyed, they did nothing for the AI ratings, all time low on ratings. Heard on the news that doctors cured a baby of AIDS.

        • Syphillis and it’s long term effects on the brain ain’t pretty. I’ve seen 40 year old with signs of dementia & other neurological problems. While everyone is focused on HIV & AIDS, there are several other STDs (HPV, Herpes, Hepatitis) slowly & quietly killing people.

    • The sad truth is many cases are decided on the golf course or during lunch/dinner. Decisions are made regarding whether to prosecute, strike a plea, dismiss. Sometimes negotiations occur with human lives.

  30. One story that has been really bothering me is there was a black woman in Florida who’s husband used to beat the breaks off her and one particular day he was beating her ass and she shot him. He even had a history of beating women in his previous relationships. He admitted to the police that he probably would have beat her to death had she not shot him. He also admitted that he had beaten her on several occasions for no reason and then he decided to flip the script and said she was always aggressive and took back his previous statements and they gave her 30 fucking years. She tried to use the stand your ground law but of course, they just laughed at her. I pray she gets a new trial…they fucked her royally. I’m so prepared in the Trayvon Martin case that Zimmerman will walk. Had Casey Anthony been black, she’d be on death row. Nothing surprises me about the laws in South…it seems like its worse than ever.

  31. MO, because she was black..he recanted everything he said to the police and they gave him a pass and hung her. I pray for justice but on the flip side, after the first ass kicking, she should have left and never looked back. I know its easy to say when your not in that situation but still she did stand her ground and to add insult to injury, she didn’t even kill him. She has to do 20 years before she goes up for parole.

  36. I watched, them twins look good for 70. Like how they took care of their members but have the twins been married, do they have kids? Other members were with their wives talking bout their kids but nothing on the twins.

      The other members were handsome too especially Leaveil Degree with his bald head :) and Nicholas Caldwell.

          • It had been said that one of the twins.(not sure which one or if it’s true) married one of the Soul Train dancers also one of the dancers Sharon Hill at one time was said to have dated a Whisper member Leaveil Degree..not sure if that’s true either but I do know for a fact that Sharon Hill is married to Mark Woods lead singer for Lakeside and that fact is the truth.

Walt Scott and Leaveil are both remarried and live with their wives in L.A.           • Soul Singer, what u say is true. Leaveil was dating Sharon Hill and she was gushing, telling everyone they would probably get married and how in love they were until she found out he was married to his first wife. Sharon used to dance with Tyrone Procter, they both won new cars when they won an American Bandstandance contest, Tyrone had to sell his, he couldn’t afford to keep gas in it. Tyrone and Sharon toured with Joe Simon and Sharon has been married to that lakeside guy for years. She had a thing for the guys in the band. Rerun came off nice and goofy, rumors that he beat all his women except Toni Basil, the woman who sung Micky.
