This black male celebrity is vile, arrogant, belligerent, obnoxious and phony! He’s disliked by so many people and these same people are happy about his situation.  Nobody will be coming to his defense and no one will be vouching for his “manufactured” character.

He and his wife give the impression of being an upstanding couple, what a joke!

3 of her ex’s are drug kingpins, before that, she only dealt with corner dope boys and hood sugar daddies. These kingpins and dope boys were also into pimping women, I.D. theft, boosting and chop shops.  She was allegedly, a Black Underworld vamp.

She tries to come off as so sophisticated and worldly, in reality, she’s an around the way girl, a woman with a past.

As soon as her last kingpin got arrested, she allegedly had an affair and later landed this big fish.

Her famous husband loves to preach fidelity and family values, despite the fact he’s known as the biggest trick among escorts.  When he’s not tricking, you can find him cruising the strolls and he’s known to have an aide pick out pretty girls in the audience-to come backstage, and then to his hotel suite.

He also loves to hit it raw and he will tell you, “It’s your benefit to sleep with me!” He has a harem of chicken heads and ghetto babes.

He better pray that he bought up all the copies of his (lackluster) sex tape.

      • The smart thing for him to do would be to keep his mouth shut and hope all of this blows over sooner rather than later. Making a statement, especially if he’s going to berate his own child’s mother, is only gonna make him look even more like an asshole in the eyes of the public. If that’s even possible.

Holy Moly!!..I have watched enough Lifetime to know when something ain’t right!!

  34. Steve Harvey’s head really swelled to massive proportions when he got the call to appear on Oprah’s show. He started acting all kinds of brand new after that. Shirley and Carla wanted a chance to be in the audience and he told them they couldn’t come because he didn’t want them embarrassing him. Said it right on the radio. That’s when I really started looking at him with the side eye and gradually stopped listening to his show, couldn’t take all the bragging anymore and he was kissing Oprah’s a** to no end. Also, is it just me or does anyone else think that his show The Steve Harvey Project is straight GARBAGE?

      • @Soulsinger64 – I caught the tailend of Mary on TJMS however, I just listened to the beginning on the site ran by “the man.” I’ve lost a little respect for Tom Joyner I felt he blamed her and was trying to persuade her to pull back instead of getting on Steve for all that he has done. I haven’t heard anything negative about TJ but I didn’t like his approach to Mary Harvey’s interview.

        I also heard the recording of the ofter morning show you spoke about and she didn’t hold back – she sounded as if she was telling the truth and speaking from her heart. I am not clear on what she’s looking to gain – other than exposing him. I thought she was looking for some form of compensation but she didn’t say that.

        Wonder how this is going to turn out and if Steve Harvey’s ratings have dropped since Mary put him on blast.

          On the Facbook Boycott Steve Harvey Page there is a contact to call Raleigh’s Radio One Headquarter’s at 919-848-9736, ask for the Marketing Director and tell them that Steve Harvey should not be this year’s keynote speaker for the 2011 Women’s Empowerment Conference. Some have even suggested him to be replaced with Mary.

          One of the poster’s that called was told that they could not cancel him due to contract already in place and that they are asking for suggestions for next year.

          I guess that’s their way of protecting him and not causing him more bad press. I just think it’s absolutely CRAZY that’s he’s heading this. Essence needs to stop publishing this fraud;s advice to it’s women consumer’s just like Oprah.

    The story on the FP under- IN RELATED CHICAGO NEWS (HISTORY) sounds a little fishy. This part …the case was dismissed by a judge who decided that men who were foolish enough to put themselves in that position in that area of town had gotten what they deserved.

    I can’t see a judge, even back then, making a statement like that.

    I’m thinking, just maybe, His Honor threw the case out of court because he was a customer of one of those two women.

She inquired out loud as she normally does as to why Halle is seeking full custody, but also making Halle out to be a bit “crazy” by mentioning some rumor of Halle supposedly sitting in her car in a garage with the car turned on, dog in lap, windows up or down or some sort of mess. So I’m thinking, because Kim K and clan have been featured guests on her show, and her show doesn’t really have A or B and barely C-list celebs, seemingly were the Kardashian clan behind yet another supposed “leaked” attack on Halle via Wendy Williams who is willing to step on another black woman or black celeb or really anybody in order to rise to the top? It just seems like nowadays alot of black celebs [and sometimes everyday black folk] are coming off as desperate and coonish if you will in order to stay afloat by demeaning themselves via shucking and jiving.             Actually Halle told that story herself. About her sitting in the car in her garage with one of her pets. She stated she was contemplating suicide at the time. I think that was somewhere around the time she and David Justice were divorcing. It was a long time ago anyway.

      I know our court system is a mess, but would they take a child away from the only parent who’s offering financial support and give it to an unemployed parent?

      Okay, I know, if they can prove the working parent is unfit they would. But that’s not gonna happen in this case, I don’t believe. I just can’t see it.

    • A friend of mine said she read Gabriel made a comment that he and the baby went with Halle overseas for her to film a movie and she was gone for 3 days. He’s probably lying, but HE was there with the child.

      Maybe Halle knew he didn’t have sh*t else to do but babysit, plus the woman was on location filming. I’m sure there’s more to it than that. Of course he’d word it in a way to make her look bad.

      • I think Halle has suffered from low self esteem in the past. Maybe she still does, I don’t know. From what I’ve read about her childhood there’re probably some daddy-issues there as well. Which, if not addressed, can affect the way a woman handles her relationships with men.

        But

        Look at Dorothy Dandridge (who ironically she portrayed) and Marilyn Monroe, for example. These women were goddesses in the public eye and they went from one bad relationship or marriage to another, just like Halle.

        For a man I can see it being a badge of honor to have a Halle or a Dorothy or a Marilyn on your arm. Maybe men do go after them mostly for their looks, not really caring about the inner-person, so it’s possible these women are victimized in a way.

        When it comes to a child custody battle both sides are gonna get down and dirty. It seems more leaks are coming from his side than hers. But we probably haven’t seen half the mud slinging, from both sides, that we’re gonna see.

  60. It’s unfortunate that all of the child custody issues are being played out publically. Little Nahla will be old enough to search the web 1 day, why would either Gabriel or Halle want her to see all of the dirt that is now being thrown about. Powerful or not unless the public has been misled as to who Nahla’s dad is, Halle should handle her business through the courts and not air out Nahla’s dad. Why would you want to interfere with your child’s parents ability to provide or contribute to the child’s welfare? I’m sure she has the money to tie up a court case for awhile, why not let the courts handle the legal business and leave the mud throwing to speculators. They both seem to care about Nahla but now it looks like someone will be publically raked through the coals. Dirt coming from both sides and the baby in the middle.

          she was in previous relationships. Before the boom with the net, people relied on
          the rag mags and by the time info hit, some of the emotion had died down.
          Now people are taking sides but it’s going both ways. Vincent may be able to get
          a message out there but if her core fan base is alienated who is going to
          support the movies that she will continue to get at the box office? That little
          girl is adorable, just a cutie! Kids tend to love their parents 4 better or
          worse. With that said, you run the risk of dampening the relationship with your child when you trash the other parent. So really who wins and who loses? Even
          if the courts are influenced, if your child has some underlying resentment toward you, you lose. So hopefully calmer heads will prevail!

    It caught my attention because their were black ppl on the screen I hadn’t seen before – so I watched for a few secs…Only to shortly find out part of the story line has to do with a mistress being man at “her man” because he came into her house with his wedding band on – WTF?! He storms out…leaving his phone and she later answers his phone and of course its his wife and the mistress decides to ask the wife if she wants to leave a message – really. We have to pick out parts better.

    This appears to be a series of short stories about us…the next scene starts with a young guy and girl sitting along the expressway eating a 3 piece…turns out it’s her b-day and the only gift he has for her didn’t need to be unwrapped just unzipped…that’s all I can take…..

The snow is piled high the neighbors kids are having fun playing and taking pictures. We adults are crazy sad and mad :-(

    I saw on the news tonight a woman in the city had a stroke the paramedics were called as they were trying to get to her house the roads were so bad because the plow trucks had not shoveled her neighborhood so the paramedics ended up getting stuck trying to drive her to the hospital. It took 10 minutes for three men to push the truck out of the thick and heavy snow. Then I heard because of the icy slippery roads a man was hit by a car and killed

    Like u when I can’t get out of the house I can think of a million places to go as well. I HATE HATE HATE WINTER!

  68. It didn’t look like the streets were being cleared at all when I was watching the News a couple of days ago. Which surprised me by it being Chicago. I’d figure they would be better prepared. I guess the city got caught a little off guard too. I’m sure they’re clearing the main thoroughfares.

    Hopefully everybody missing work is salaried, lol, cause I’d be concerned about all those days missing from my paycheck. I’m sure a lot of people are, but what can you do?!

    I’ve heard of too may people having heart attacks from trying to shovel their walkways so I’d leave that to someone else too. Don’t blame you.

    When we lived in Chicago I remember looking out my window and seeing a full grown man holding on to a post to keep the wind from blowing him away. That guy was holding on for dear life!

    I like Chicago, I love visiting relatives there, but I don’t want to live their again. The Chi ain’t playing when it comes to wintertime.

    • Yeah all this week Chicago was truly a windy city but today the sun is out and the roads are slowly getting better. Some of the schools resumed classes yesterday. But you know it can get just as hot in Chicago one summer it was so hot there was a body count of over 100+ from heat strokes. :-(

  70. I read somewhere that Halle and her sis don’t speak and her sis was hoping they could put their differences aside because she has a child with down syndrome and they could come together. Halle dad at the center of this, he disciplined them by punching them in the face, the sis got the worst of at and she had a problem with Halle not getting as much punishment because the dad thought Halle looked better. Dad started the rift. Also heard the old man called Halle to borrow money when he saw her in her first film and he tried to blame Halle for him punching them out even though she was a child. Old man had issues he passed on to his daughters. Got the mama cause he sung like Johnny Mathis when he worked as this orderly in the hospital she worked in. Halle said the best day of her life was when he left for good, he used to clean the floor beating their mama. He was okay when he was off the bottle but when he was on it, beat down city for all the women in the house.

I also recall his other set of kids had the nerve to blame and get mad at Halle for not coming out of her pockets to them when they called and ask for money. Then they tried to make her out to look bad by saying “Our dad HER dad is sick and Halle will not call or come to see him he REALLY wants to see her before he die” YEAH RIGHT it was only after she became famous is when he and his other kids wanted anything to do with her.     When a parent or parents treat one child better then the other or tell one child he or she looks better or smarter then the other that cause resentment or hate between the kids.

    Remember on unsung Randy Debrage said their abusive father treated James better he wasn’t abusive to James like he was the rest of them so they’d beat James up because he got away with any and every thing.
