Actress Michael Michelle
arrived in Hollywood, 'unconfirmed rumors' indicate that she was once the roommate
of Rebecca Schaeffer, the young white actress (who appeared in the
sitcom "My Sister Sam") who was stalked and killed by a crazed
fan.
Allegedly, Michelle thought
she had gotten her big break when she was cast in “Harlem Nights,” alongside
Eddie Murphy. Instead, the experience turned into a nightmare when
she accused Murphy of sexual harassment. She was fired from the film and
replaced with Jasmine Guy.
Michelle’s career stalled
and she returned to her hometown of Indiana where her father is a millionaire
furniture tycoon and her mother is a corporate manager. She returned to
Hollywood after the sexual harassment lawsuit was settled and starred in "New
Jack City." She also appeared on ‘New York Undercover,”
and she recently appeared on ‘ER,’ as Dr. Cleo Finch.
She also had a starring role
in the short-lived television series ‘Kevin Hill.’ Michelle
was once linked with Melba Moore’s ex-husband Charles Huggins but now
she is involved with the father of her son who was born in 2001.
