Sky Villa "Newsletter" Highlights & 3 Blind Items

FROM THE "PANACHE VAULT," SKY VILLA PRESENTS: 'SCANDAL SHEET' by our "Shadow Unit & Deep Cover Operatives."

Dawn Robinson's (formerly of En Vogue) estranged husband left a scathing message on his myspace page alleging that Dawn once patronized online swinger sites and hooked up with 17 men (in one month). These claims were proven false by Panache Report.com after an extensive investigation was completed, Dawn was also in the company our editor when she was allegedly spotted at a swingers establishment. Dre also claims he was retaliating by this false rant because Dawn and her sister had been leaving negative myspace comments on his page. Why not block them Dre?

This attack sounds premeditated to me. Orchestrated. Now, a man in Atlanta is making unconfirmed allegations that he saw Dawn at an Atlanta swingers club, Panache Report.com also proved these allegations to be false. Dre seems to be using this opportunity to promote his 3-year-old album, "The Dre Allen Project." His marriage to Dawn gave him the most publicity he has ever received in his career. It's also been rumored that this is their second marriage (a remarriage).

Unfortunately, Dawn wasn't forewarned about the numerous problems Dre has had with various black women in Hollywood. We contacted a former girlfriend, who refused to speak to us, she sounded terrified when his name was brought up. Another former girlfriend told us, "He is a living nightmare and will put you through hell."

The following is an alleged excerpt from Dre's bio: Born in California's San Francisco bay area in the mid 70's, Dre Allen is a man who was physically, sexually & emotionally abused as a child. A guy who was homeless for 8 years straight and survived. Locked up for 3 years of his life in juvenile halls, group homes, foster homes & jails. A guy who was beaten, stabbed, robbed & who's father was a pimp. Conceived slightly before his mother went to prison, developed while his mother did a year armed robbery & abandoned at birth.

I've always wondered why Kobe Bryant never sued his former "fixer," Patrick Graber (directly above) for making very damaging allegations about him in his book, "Dead Women Tell No Tales." Before Graber worked for Bryant, he was black ops and a bodyguard to a former French President. Graber makes the following accusations in his book.

According to Graber, one day, he was assigned to work for Kobe's alleged mistress, Jacqueline.

Graber and Jacqueline got into a conversation about another one of Kobe's alleged mistresses, adult star, Mila.

Jacqueline allegedly told Graber, "Mila is our partner sometime." She laughed, "Kobe likes her because she lets him do anything he wants with her. " Jacqueline added, "I don't like a certain sex act but he can do that act with her." "He just bought her a brand new car. A nice little red Mazda Miata convertible."

"That doesn't bother you?" Graber asked. It became clear that this was a bizarre relationship. But then again, Kobe was married to Vanessa and if this didn't bother Jacqueline, why should Mila? Graber reasoned.

Jacqueline replied, "You know, Kobe has lots of girlfriends, and no, it doesn't bother me. I got this truck from him and it's worth more than a Miata."

With no prompting from Graber, Jacqueline went on to explain. "This is one of the vehicles that Rick Fox got from Marina Ford. "So, it belongs to Rick then?" "Yes, but not really, no. Rick pays for it. The two have an agreement that all services are charged to Rick first. Kobe then pays him," she related.

Graber realized, this way no bill for an unaccountable car would ever show up at Kobe's home. That way, Vanessa would never know and Kobe would never have to explain a car he didn't possess.

Former "Bond," girl Waris Dirie (above) has been found, three days after the former model vanished. The 43-year-old was discovered walking through the Grand Place square in Brussels on Friday and appeared to be in good health. Just hours earlier, Belgian police had begun a nationwide search for the U.N. goodwill ambassador, who had last been seen getting into a taxi after a mix-up concerning hotel arrangements on Wednesday (05Mar08). Estelle Arpigny, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office, says Dirie is being questioned about her disappearance.

In Related News: Waris Dirie was attacked in March 2004 at her home in Vienna. She had moved from her flat in Cardiff to escape a 26-year-old Portuguese stalker who had become convinced that she loved him.

Paulo Augusto was in custody after apparently following her 1,000 miles across Europe and gaining access to her apartment by climbing through a neighbor's window.

Waris suffered minor injuries when her assailant threw her to the floor. The attacker left in a taxi, only to return later on foot and smash one of the building's ground-floor windows. He was arrested when neighbors called the police.

The suspect had met Waris Dirie six months earlier when his brother was working at her previous residence in Wales, police said. He later broke into that home and stole items of her clothing.

"MURDER FOR HIRE?" (CONTRACT TAKEN OUT ON MIKE TYSON?)

A contract was taken out on former boxer Mike Tyson's life after he ordered the killing of the men responsible for murdering his bodyguard, according to witness testimony on Monday in a gang trial.

The plot to kill Tyson was planned to be carried out in the summer of 2000, two months after the June death of Darryl Baum-the man accused of shooting rapper 50 Cent nine times in May of the same year (00).

Gang member Shelby Henderson testified in Brooklyn, New York Federal Court in the trial against member Abubakr Raheem. Henderson claimed that when he learned of the $50,000 bounty Tyson had offered to have their members killed, gang leader Damion 'World' Hardy planned a retaliation.

The plot was later abandoned.

Raheem is currently on trial accused of driving the getaway car during two killings. Tyson confessed earlier this month (Jun08) he's convinced he will be murdered because he has so many enemies in his life.

The 41-year-old told the New York Post, "I already expect the worst to happen... I expect one day somebody will blow my brains out over some BS (bulls**t). No one gives a s**t about Mike Tyson. Someone accuses me of a horrible crime, others say, 'Yeah, he's capable of that. Mike probably did it."

BILLIONAIRE RACISM & HOLLYWOOD DAMAGE CONTROL:

Racism:

Billionaire Howard Hughes was allegedly the most racist man to ever come through Hollywood according to the following allegations. He allegedly had an intense hatred for Blacks. Once, when Sammy Davis, Jr. was headlining at one of his Las Vegas hotels, aides had to physically restrain Hughes when he got up to go towards the stage saying, "What is this n***er doing performing on my stage." Hughes was also upset when he was notified that Arthur Ashe was practicing on one of his hotel tennis courts, he tried to get Ashe banned. Also, an white actress who appeared in the stage version of "The Great White Hope," said Hughes was infuriated with her due to her interracial loves scenes and had her blacklisted in Hollywood.

Hughes was on the verge of purchasing a major network until he saw an episode of the "Dating Game," with a black man and white woman, he cancelled the deal. Hughes also refused to sit down in a chair in a studio screening room because he had been informed that the black cast of Porgy & Bess had occupied the screening room before he arrived. He suggested that all the chairs be re-upholstered.

It's also been rumored by never proven that Hughes personally financed the downfall (with propaganda, etc.) of numerous civil rights activists.

Hollywood Damage Control:

On 11 July 1936, a car driven by Howard Hughes struck and killed a pedestrian named Gabriel Meyer at the corner of Third Street and Lorraine in Los Angeles. Although Hughes was certified as sober at the hospital to which he was taken after the accident, a doctor there made a note that Hughes had been drinking. He was taken to jail and booked on "suspicion of negligent homicide." A witness to the accident told police that Hughes was driving erratically and too fast, and that Meyer had been standing in the safety zone of a streetcar stop.

Hughes brought in his "billionaire fixer." By the time of the coroner's inquiry, however, the witness had changed his story and claimed that Meyer had moved directly in front of Hughes' car. Hughes made the same claim to reporters outside the inquiry, saying, "I was driving slowly and a man stepped out of the darkness in front of me." The District Attorney recommended that Hughes be cleared of responsibility for Meyer's death.

Little Known Information:

In June 1943, while pregnant with her first daughter, actress Gene Tierney contracted German measles during her only appearance at the Hollywood Canteen. Daria was born prematurely in Washington, D.C., weighing only 3 pounds, 2 ounces and requiring a total blood transfusion. Because of Tierney's illness, Daria was also deaf and blind and had severe mental retardation. Tierney's grief over the tragedy led to many years of depression and may have begun her bi-polar disorder.

Some time after the tragedy surrounding her daughter Daria's birth, Tierney learned from a fan who approached her for an autograph at a Tennis party that the woman, then a member of the women's branch of the Marine Corps, had sneaked out of quarantine while sick with German measles to meet Tierney, at her Hollywood Canteen appearance-which led to Tierney contracting measles-which was diagnosed as the direct cause of her daughter's condition.

In her autobiography, Tierney related that after the woman had recounted her story, she just stared at her silently, then turned and walked away. She wrote, "After that I didn't care whether ever again I was anyone's favorite actress."

Howard Hughes saw to it that she received the best medical care and paid all the expenses.

CELEBRITY STYLIST BRUTALLY MURDERED:

Sadia Morrison (above), 26, was a stylist to the stars. She was found dead after being thrown from the roof of an apartment building in New York on June 13, 2008.

Morrison’s high profile client base included rappers Kanye West, Plies, 50 Cent, and Young Jeezy; singer Fantasia, boxer Zab Judah, NFL players Clinton Portis and Thomas Jones, and many more.

Reports say friends became worried about Morrison when they hadn’t heard from her on Friday.

Sadia Morrison was previously arrested after a fight that broke out in the Minxx (Pacman Jones related brawl) in February 2007. The shooting just outside of the club left a bouncer, Tommy Urbanski, paralyzed from the waist down.

Morrison pleaded no contest to the battery charge for her part in the fight. She was sentenced to three years probation.

Morrison’s brother, Paul, did not think her death was connected to the shooting at the Minxx.

Her brother spoke to the medical examiner to identify the body. He stated that she had two head injuries, one from hitting a satellite dish and another probably caused by her attacker.

Paul Morrison said his sister was fierce and blunt, and didn’t take “no” for an answer. He went on to say, “If Sadia’s with you, she’s with you,” Morrison said. “If something happens, she’s with you. Sometimes it leads to her downfall, but that’s the way it is.”

Rumors are circulating that Vivica Fox is "not" the woman in the cell phone sex tape. The woman is allegedly, porn star Adina Jewel (2nd and third photos). Adina aka Pebbles has appeared in over 300 adult films. She also bares a passing resemblance to Vivica.

MILLIONAIRE DIRECTOR ARRESTED (AS PROSTITUTE IN DRAG)

Rapper/actor Ice Cube has good instincts, he knew something wasn’t quite right with his “XXX: State Of The Union,” director, Lee Tamahori, second photo, (who also directed the James Bond film, Die Another Day with Halle Berry and Along Came A Spider with Morgan Freeman).

Cube was more than a little amused when Tamahori was arrested as part of a transgender prostitution sting-because he never liked the guy.

The star admits he and Lee Tamahori constantly "bumped heads" while they made the 2005 action movie, and he found the director's embarrassing arrest a real giggle. Ice Cube says, "After we finished the movie I read in the paper that he got arrested on Santa Monica Boulevard, dressed like a transvestite, so (it was) poetic justice."

Despite being a multi-millionaire award winning director, Tamahori, was arrested on a sex charge in Los Angeles while wearing a black dress and a wig.

He was charged with prostitution and loitering, apparently after he offered to perform oral sex on an undercover cop for cash. Tamahori accepted a plea deal to escape prostitution charges.

Insiders say Tamahori was living out a sexual fantasy.

DEATH ROW SEX PARTIES:

According to Frank Alexander, in his book, "I Got Your Back," Death Row hosted infamous sex parties/orgies. He said, 'Suge would fly women in from everywhere, mostly from Atlanta, Ohio and Las Vegas. The parties were catered with the best soul food around, including: smothered pork chops and smothered chicken, fried chicken, barbecued ribs, collard greens, black-eyed peas and cornbread.

At one of the parties, I lost track of Tupac and then someone told me he was in another room of the house. I was kicking it with the TV remote. I started switching channels, one of the bedrooms had a camera in it. Pac was in the room having sex with this girl. I turned it off right away because I didn't want to invade his privacy.

Later on when Suge showed up, I told him about it. He said, "I don't have any cameras in the bedroom." I showed him the channel and Suge flipped. No shit! I got fucking cameras in the bedroom?"

At another one of the parties, Pac walked out of the shower into the living room butt naked. The women gasped at the size of his manhood and he started playfully chasing a woman around the room with his manhood.

It wasn't like he was trying to hide anything since all the women were either dressed in scandalous bikinis or shorts or walking around nude. This was a orgy in progress.

MALE LESBIAN?

In November 2006, our friends at Essence magazine did a interesting article on a "straight," transsexual named D. Cookie Fields (above). A former Marine who was once married with two kids. What made this story unusual, despite having a sex change, Fields had never once been drawn to another man and is only attracted to women. This is not an isolated incident. In Australia, a club for heterosexual transsexuals and transvestites has opened, named the "Seahorse." Order the back issue of Essence (Nov.) to read the entire above story. SEX PHOTOS:

We all know that Vanessa Williams lost her Miss America crown in the early 80’s but what few of us know is: She was not the only female celebrity with sexually explicit photos during this era. Steamy lesbian photos of a royal family member were being pitched to men magazines-the editor’s passed on the photos. In an ironic twist, the man (Bob Guiccione) who published Vanessa’s photos for Penthouse magazine is now suffering from cancer and financial difficulties because of Internet competition.

Before Tatiana became famous appearing opposite Michael Jackson in the video, “The Way You Make Me Feel,” she was a model. She was booked to appear with Billy Dee Williams for an eyewear ad. She reveals in the book, “Once More With Feeling,” when she showed up on the set, Billy Dee was in a pretty foul mood. Allegedly, he was having personal issues with his wife or girlfriend. She adds, “even though it was only ten in the morning, I could smell the alcohol on his breath.

As the day wore on, he began to flirt with me. I tried to just laugh and brush him off. ‘On the last roll of film for the shoot, I was standing near him and was directed to sort of hover over him. He was seated behind a screen so you could only see him from the chest up. As the photographer started to shoot, allegedly, Tatiana felt Billy Dee’s hand touch her thigh. She thought it was just an accident and didn’t react but then he allegedly grabbed her crotch and held on tight.

A shocked expression flashed across my face and I let out a little scream and jumped back. Everyone on the set knew that something happened. The photographer stopped and fortunately said that we were done. I quickly ran off the set without speaking to anyone. I had been an admirer of Billy Dee’s work but I lost all respect for him after that photo shoot. I was hurt disappointed and disgusted by his behavior.

Like so many other young models and actresses, I was afraid that my career would be hurt if I spoke out about sexual harassment.

"KIMORA'S EX-EMPLOYEE WILL OUT DOWNLOW RAPPERS IN UPCOMING TELL-ALL"

Another Gay Tell-All:

Former celebrity gay stylist/rapper Caushun (pictured above) is currently in prison on grand larceny and credit card/identity theft charges. His gay tell-all will coincide with his prison release in late summer or early fall according to a source.

Caushun was once employed as a stylist for "Source," magazine, his clients included: Jennifer Lopez and Mya. He also worked as an assistant/stylist for Kimora before she allegedly took out a restraining order against him.

Not only will Caushun out black downlow celebrities, he will also reveal gay celebrity hookups unbeknownst to the public.

Allegedly, Kimora Lee will be the only woman mentioned in the book. Her chapter will detail her private sex life.

Caushun is undecided on which name to attach to the already finished book, either: Jason Christopher or his real name-Jason Herndon.

If this book doesn't come out, allegations will persist that Caushun received a prison visit to negotiate a pay-off. This book is going to be explosive according to sources who have already read the manuscript.

In Related News (Backstory):

Caushun (born Jason Herndon 1977 in Brooklyn, New York) is an rapper, often erroneously referred to as the first black, openly gay male hip-hop artist to be signed to a major record label in the United States. He was said to have almost been signed to Kimora Lee Simmons' Baby Phat Records (the major label distribution status of which is yet unverified), and no record was ever released. Trained as a hairdresser, he worked as an assistant hairstylist to Oscar Blondie for Jennifer Lopez, Kim Cattrall, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Rosie O'Donnell.

In an interview, Ivan Matias revealed that he created Caushun and that he wrote and performed all of the work attributed to Caushun. He says that the Caushun persona started out as a prank when he and friends called into a radio station as a flamboyantly gay rapper. After a series of call-in performances that became increasing popular, he decided that Caushun needed a face. Matias contacted Jason Herndon who agreed to play the role of Caushun in public. According to him, Jason has no musical talent. After a series of arrests for identity theft and other charges, Jason Herndon was dropped by Matias' production company and both Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons have cut ties with Herndon.

R. KELLY BACKSTORY:

1996: Kelly marries Andrea Lee, a choreographer and dancer from his stage show whose nickname within his inner circle is “Puppydog.” The couple will have three children, though they are very rarely photographed together in public, and Kelly associates tell the Sun-Times that Andrea is expected to knock before entering any room in their house when her husband is at home. In 2003, Andrea’s mother, grandfather and aunt tell the Sun-Times that they are upset because they are not allowed to visit her at Kelly’s Olympia Fields home, or even to speak to her on the phone.

Dec. 24, 1996: Kelly is sued for $10 million by Tiffany Hawkins, who claims she met the star when he came back to Kenwood Academy to talk to his old mentor Lena McLin’s music class. According to the lawsuit, Hawkins began having sex with Kelly in 1991, when she was 15, and the relationship ended in 1994, when she turned 18. (He would have been aged 24 to 27.) Hawkins’ charges are not reported until years later as part of an investigative story by the Sun-Times.

January 23, 1998: Kelly settles the lawsuit with Hawkins just four days after she gave a seven-hour deposition. Terms of the settlement prohibit Hawkins from talking about the amount, though sources tell the Sun-Times it was $250,000, and she is prohibited from speaking to anyone about her relationship with Kelly. Joavante Cunningham, who worked as one of Kelly’s dancers, later tells the Sun-Times that everything started going downhill for Kelly when he settled with Hawkins: “The brother’s got problems. He definitely has something going on psychologically. He should have learned from the Hawkins case and got some help.” Another woman, a friend of Hawkins’ who was prepared to testify in the case to being involved in a threesome with Kelly and the plaintiff, tells the paper: “I’m not trying to down him, because I honestly think it has to be a sickness. Looking at pictures of me and Tiffany when we were freshmen — boy, we were ugly little girls compared to what he could have had, so I didn’t understand why he did what he did.”

1999: Speaking to the Sun-Times several years later, a Los Angeles woman says she met Kelly in 1999 during the video shoot for “If I Could Turn Back the Hands of Time.” She was 17 years old at the time, though she did not have sex with the star until she turned 18 in 2000. Kelly never told her that he was married, and they began fighting as soon as she found out: “I do believe he does have a problem,” she tells the newspaper. A former Kelly assistant tells the Sun-Times that during this same period, the backstage area at the star’s concerts are often filled with underage girls. “He likes the babies, and that’s the sickness. He can control her and she doesn't know no any better.”

Early 2000: More than five years after the affair with his niece, Aaliyah, Hankerson resigns as Kelly’s manager. He writes a letter to the star’s attorney that says he believes Kelly needs psychiatric help for his compulsion to pursue underage girls. Hankerson has never spoken publicly about Kelly, but an attorney for Hankerson confirmed the substance of the letter in an interview with the Sun-Times.

Dec. 21, 2000: The Chicago Sun-Times publishes its first investigative report about what it calls a pattern of R. Kelly abusing his wealth and fame as a pop star to enter into sexual relationships with underage girls. The result of seven weeks of reporting, the story is prompted by an anonymous fax to the paper that reads: “You wrote about R. Kelly [in a review of “TP2.com”] and compared him to Marvin Gaye. Well, I guess Marvin Gaye had problems too, but I don’t think they were like Robert’s… Robert’s problem is young girls… I’ve known Robert for many years and I’ve tried to get him to get help, but he just won’t do it. So I’m telling you about it hoping that you or someone at your newspaper will write an article about it and then Robert will have no choice but to get help and stop hurting the people he’s hurting.”

August, 2001: Kelly is sued by another Chicago woman, Tracy Sampson, a former intern at Epic Records who claims she lost her virginity to the singer at age 17. “I was lied to by him,” she claims in the lawsuit. “I was coerced into receiving oral sex from a girl I did not want to have sex with. I was often treated as his personal sex object and cast aside. He would tell me to come to his studio and have sex with him, then tell me to go. He often tried to control every aspect of my life including who I would see and where I would go.” The case eventually is settled out of court when Kelly pays Sampson an undisclosed sum.

April 29, 2002: Kelly is sued for the third time by Patrice Jones, a Chicago woman who claims he impregnated her when she was underage, and that one of his associates took her to have an abortion. The lawsuit claims the relationship began after Kelly met the girl in December 1998 at the Rock ’n’ Roll McDonald’s in Chicago while she was with her date and another couple on her prom night. The case eventually is settled out of court for an undisclosed sum. The attorney in the case, Susan E. Loggans, is the same lawyer who represented Hawkins and Sampson. She tells the Sun-Times that Kelly also settled with one other girl from Minneapolis before her lawsuit was ever filed.

May 24, 2002: Kelly is sued by yet another woman, Montina Woods, an adult dancer who toured with Kelly’s friend, Ronald Isley. Woods claims she was unknowingly videotaped by Kelly during sex. In the months to come, Loggans tells the Sun-Times that the singer pays additional sums to an unspecified number of other women who threatened to file similar lawsuits; terms of the settlements prohibit her from talking about the specifics.

Oct. 4, 2006: Henry “Love” Vaughn, a Chicago man who says he has been a “mentor and guide” to Kelly since the singer was a teen, files a lawsuit alleging that Kelly attacked him during a party at the star’s Olympia Fields home, and that Kelly reneged on an agreement to pay him for the idea for the song “Step in the Name of Love.” In an interview with the Sun-Times, Vaughn says that on the night of the alleged attack, Kelly’s daughter was dancing at the party: “She was all dressed up with tight jeans and makeup on, a seven year old girl, dancing on top of the pool table. It was ridiculous. She told my lady, ‘I’m having a show next week; when you come, bring $100.’ Nobody would tell this, but I ain’t scared to tell the truth. Shame the devil.” Kelly spokesman Allen Mayer says, “Vaughn’s story is outrageous nonsense.”

Unconfirmed Rumor: Rapper 50 Cent is making explosive allegations in his song "U So Tough." The lyrics imply that rapper T.I. snitched to the Feds to get a reduced sentence on weapons charges. People have always wondered how a convicted felon caught with weapons and silencers was just sentenced to 12 months. Media reports indicated that several silencers were confiscated in the raid which carries a 5-year sentence (on each silencer) and this doesn't include the weapons charges. Allegedly, people are whispering that T.I. may be wired for sound. 50 was instrumental in ruining Ja Rule's career, will this unconfirmed rumor do the same for T.I's career since the rap industry and urban neighborhoods despise snitch allegations?

REMEMBERING KENNY GREENE OF "INTRO" (WHO DIED OF AIDS)

Kenny Greene, center, (January 17, 1969 - October 1, 2001) was the lead singer of the R&B group "Intro." Greene helped form the group and he wrote and produced most, if not all, of the group's tracks.

Kenny Greene also wrote many of the songs on Mary J. Blige's "What's The 411?," including: "My Love," "Reminisce," "You Remind Me," and "Love No Limit."

The last time he recorded was early in 2001 singing background vocals for Tyrese on the song "For Always" on the "2000 Watts," album.

Sadly, his life was cut short by AIDS.

Here are a few excerpts from an interview (with Sister 2 Sister magazine) conducted in 2001 shortly before his death.

Jamie: Hi Kenny. You sound good.
Kenny: Yeah, You know I have AIDS?
Jamie: I know. How long have you been in the hospital?
Kenny: It's been a long time.
Jamie: What? A month?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: How long have you known you had AIDS?
Kenny: I've known for a long time, but it's just....I sprained my ankle and this ball came under my foot like a bruise and it just swelled up to the size of a tennis ball. It's called Kaposi's sarcoma. It's an AIDS related disease.
Jamie: How long ago did you sprain your ankle?
Kenny: Like October.
Jamie: So after the ball came up under your foot, what happened?
Kenny: I was walking around on it and I should've got help from the VA Hospital.
Jamie: From the Veterans hospital? Why? Are you an ex-soldier?
Kenny: Yeah. I'm not active now but I was in for three years. I was in the Army.
Jamie: You're kidding?! Well, how old were you when you just kept walking around on it?
Kenny: Yeah, I should've went to the VA Hospital and got it taken care of, but I didn't know what it was.
Jamie: Well, didn't it scare you?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: It did, huh? Well how did you get the AIDS? Was it intravenously or are you homosexual?
Kenny: Yeah, I'm homosexual...Well, I'm bisexual. I had two girlfriends.
Jamie Do you still like girls?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: Do they come to see you?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: Do you think you can come out of the hospital eventually?
Kenny: I transfer somewhere else when I come out of here, but they said it's going to take me six to nine months to recover. So I'll be in a wheelchair.
Jamie: What part of your body is affected now?
Kenny: My legs.
Jamie: Do you have sores on them?
Kenny: No.
Jamie: Well what's wrong with them?
Kenny: There's no strength in my legs 'cause I've laid in this bed so long.
Jamie: How did you get AIDS? Do you know the guy who gave it to you?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: Is he still alive?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: What do you want to tell people out there about the condition that you're in now?
Kenny: Keep protecting yourself with condoms and don't have unprotected sex.
Jamie: Was this guy that you were with a constant partner?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: Is he in the hospital?
Kenny: No.
Jamie: He's okay?
Kenny: Yeah. He's a carrier.

Unconfirmed and unfounded allegations continue to buzz overseas (Italy) that Gene Anthony Ray was so broke at one time, before his death, it's no secret he slept on park benches when he arrived in Italy. Shortly afterwards, rumors continue to circulate that he made money as an alleged escort. Allegedly, he was paid well because of his former name status. During this time, Ray also roomed with a porn star.

Rumors are circulating in the ATL that a dirty south rapper recently got raped. We don't know if it was a gang rape or if the rape occurred in prison but our source informed us, the rapper is "not" T.I., that's all we know. We'll keep you posted as this story develops.

"Lord of the Dance" star Michael Flatley settled a lawsuit against a lawyer who, along with his client, allegedly tried to extort money ($33 million dollars) from the entertainer with false allegations of sexual assault, Flatley's lawyer said Tuesday.

Flatley sued former black stripper Tyna Marie Robertson (second photo) and lawyer D. Dean Mauro in Los Angeles Superior Court in March 2003, and the case was set to go to trial Oct. 22. Tyna Robertson is also the ex-girlfriend of Chicago Bears middle linebacker Brian Urlacher. The two currently have disagreements over visitation with their 2-year-old son, Kennedy.

The suit stemmed from Robertson's allegations that Flatley raped her at The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas in October 2002. Las Vegas police confirmed a report was made, but no charges were filed.

Flatley, now 49, claimed he and Robertson had consensual sex in his hotel suite.

RAPE SCANDAL: INVOLVING LISA RAYE'S HUBBY & BACKSTORY ALLEGATIONS

Last week a famous American woman accused Lisa Ray's husband, Michael Misick of rape. This story was picked up by media outlets including the mainstream "Huffington Report."

One of our sources, who was in Turks & Caicos the weekend the alleged rape occurred, supplied us with the following allegations.

Introduction:

Turks & Caicos has become a hot spot for black celebrities since Lisa Raye became first lady. Over the last few years, locals have spotted Star Jones, Gabby Union and her crew, Jasmine Guy, Duane Martin and Tisha Campbell, etc.

Unconfirmed Rumors:

Despite appearances, our source informed us, unbeknownst to the public, Lisa Raye and Michael Misick have "allegedly" been separated for quite some time but still make public appearances together. Lisa also owns two businesses in Turks & Caicos and has citizenship there.

The weekend of the alleged sexual assault, Premiere (Misick) hosted a party. Our source decided not to attend because according to her, the Premiere wants to be a star so bad, she didn't want to observe him backing it up on the dance floor and making himself accessible to everybody by giving them his cell phone number.

Allegedly, the party got out of hand and the alleged rape, took place at the party, according to the victim.

Allegedly, over the last few years, locals have become disillusioned with Misick's leadership but regardless, they have vowed to stand by him during this time of crisis.

Misick vehemently denies the rape allegations and it's rumored his brother, an attorney-is currently advising him.

Meanwhile, the FBI continues to investigate.

Despite maintaining a life of luxury (sprawling home with a pool, a Porsche and a Mercedes) in Dallas when he played for the Cowboys.

In 1983, Tony Dorsett and four teammates were mentioned in a Federal cocaine investigation. That year his wife filed for divorce and his father died of a stroke. The following year the I.R.S. seized Dorsett's two homes, and it was revealed he had lost $600,000 on an oil deal and that the Cowboys had loaned him $500,000 to help with the divorce settlement and the I.R.S.

Within a five year period, Dorsett's fiancee and a girlfriend died, no foul play was involved.

Darryl Keith Henley was a cornerback in the NFL. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the 1989 draft from UCLA. In his career he played in 76 games, he amassed 12 interceptions.

Currently, Henley is serving a 41 year sentence for trafficking cocaine and for attempting to take out a murder contract on the judge from his cocaine trial.

Henley was a sophisticated drug trafficker who seduced a Rams cheerleader and tricked her into carrying his cocaine across the country, a prosecutor said.

NBA PLAYER WAS SERIAL RAPIST:

Tom Payne (born November 19, 1950) is a former professional basketball player.

A 7-2 center, Payne played with the Atlanta Hawks of the NBA during the 1970-71 season. He was also the first African American ever to play basketball for the University of Kentucky.

Payne’s promising career ended suddenly in May 1972, after police in Georgia arrested him after investigating several rapes in the Atlanta area. Later, he was indicted in Kentucky in connection with one rape and two attempted rapes. In 1972 he was convicted on two counts of rape and one count of aggravated sodomy in Atlanta. He served five years in prison in Georgia, two and a half of those in solitary confinement for participating in a prison riot.

Immediately after his release from prison in Georgia, Payne was extradited to Kentucky, where he was convicted on one count of rape and two counts of attempted rape. He served five years in prison in Kentucky before being paroled in 1983. After his release from prison, he attempted a basketball comeback with the Louisville Catbirds of the CBA. He also made an attempt at a professional boxing career, participating in five bouts. Later, he moved to Hollywood and became an actor, once appearing in Night Court, as well as a McDonalds commercial.
On Valentine’s Day, 1986, Payne was caught by Los Angeles police raping a woman. He was convicted of this crime, which also violated his parole in Kentucky.

Payne was released from prison in 2000 after legal wrangling to get his sentenced reduced. He hoped to move to Cincinnati to settle down with his brother. Instead, he was transferred back to Kentucky, where he faced an additional 15 years in prison for violation of parole from the 1971 charge. He and his family are fighting the courts to have this sentence reduced.

Adult star Taylor Rain (second photo) has never appeared in a scene with a black man and has said she will simply not do interracial scenes. This choice may be due to her father's influence and his dislike of interracial sexual relations. Despite this, Rain is allegedly close friends with rapper Lloyd Banks in her private life.

Rapper Juvenile (above) is in a "devastated" state of shock following the shooting death of his four-year-old daughter. The bodies of Jelani, her 11-year-old stepsister Micaiah and their policewoman mother Joy Deleston, 39, were found with gunshot wounds at their Atlanta, Georgia home on Thursday. Jelani's stepbrother Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr., 17, 3rd photo, has been charged with all three murders. Jelani was the daughter of Juvenile - real name Terius Gray - with Deleston. The hip-hop star's manager Aubrey Francis admits Juvenile is struggling to come to terms with the tragedy. He says, "It really shocked him and devastated him to the point where I've never seen him before. Right now he is relaxing and trying to grasp everything of what has happened." High school student Terrell Jr. remains in custody at the DeKalb County jail. In 2003, a DNA test confirmed Juvenile was Jelani's father and the rapper was arrested for abandonment of a dependent child.

Marvin Dawson, Monique's ex-boyfriend makes the following statements: [Mo'Nique] is an avid marijuana user, but she also did cocaine. And what's worse, she began making money dealing coke ... [After we separated] Mo'Nique threatened my life! She said if I ever told anyone about her lifestyle, she'd hire someone to kill me.

Marvin also added that Mo'Nique also cheated on her taxes. She would have people pay her $35,000 in cash to do a stand-up show and not claim a penny of it on her taxes.

BLACK UNDERWORLD:

Drug kingpin Nicky Barnes (above) reveals in his book, “Mr. Untouchable,” that a woman named Thelma (Tee) was his stand-up woman during his reign as New York’s biggest kingpin during the 70’s. Despite having a harem of mistresses and presiding over a multinational dealership that pushed drugs and laundered money with the efficiency of a Fortune 500 company. Barnes could always count on Tee. Not only was she gorgeous-when she revealed that she was pregnant, he bought her a Benz and set her up in a Washington Heights penthouse, all expenses paid.

Tee was the only woman ever present during ‘drug meetings,’ with council members and she would not hesitate to hide a small caliber gun between her legs, to protect herself and Barnes-if they were ever stopped by police while ‘ridin dirty.’ She was a ‘ride or die’ girl.

Once, while Barnes was under surveillance, he was hesitant to go pick up a car with a shipment of drugs in the trunk. Instead, Tee volunteered to go, since women were less suspicious. Tee retrieved the car and brought the drugs back to Barnes.

During this era, Tee was one of the few black women spotted in full-length sable coats, shopping on Fifth Avenue on a daily basis.

Tee also ran the drug mill houses, where they cut and bagged the drugs. She hired her relatives, mainly women because Barnes preferred women working in the mills. “If men work the mill, they’ll smoke weed, turn on the TV or drink. Takes twice as long to do the work, giving cops twice the time to bust their operation. But women? They just want to be done and get away.”

Tee’s crew routinely bagged 200 kilos per day with a street value of $20 million in 1973.

In the mid 80's, singer Howard Hewitt and his then girlfriend were arrested at a Florida mall by undercover FBI agents who had a sting in place. Authorities accused them of drug trafficking (allegedly, cocaine kilo's). On July 14, 1986, Howard was acquitted of all charges but his girlfriend was convicted and served time in prison.

Drug kingpin Nicky Barnes reveals in his book, “Mr. Untouchable,” that he enjoyed taking in the view from his private yacht, cruising up the Hudson as the sun set on Manhattan. Tee held the arm of his blue blazer and referred to him as Captain Barnes. Life was good, so good, that Barnes had safety deposit boxes at numerous banks, overflowing with millions of dollars in cash.

He didn’t plan to go down like Al Capone for tax evasion. Since the Republican administration provided tax breaks for the wealthy, he invested millions in FHA housing and got incredible incentives which allowed him to pump his drug profits into housing complexes and once the investment matured, Barnes ended up with millions in legitimate cash, this was the way he laundered his money.

One night, Barnes was arrested with a duffel bag full of money. The prosecutors made sure he stayed behind bars despite two bail hearings.

Barnes called Tee and told her to see if his friend Chuck Goldfarb was back from overseas. A few nights later, Goldfarb walked into Rikers, opened a briefcase of $100,000 in tens and twenties and asked for Barnes’ release.

Goldfarb was a major player in the casino business and had just sold the ‘Silver Slipper,’ to Howard Hughes.

Barnes was released that evening.

One evening, Joe, an old friend of Barnes approached him, he wanted to buy drugs, Barnes’ put him in touch with a man sitting at the bar. Shortly afterwards, Solomon “Solly” Glover came over to Barnes booth.

Solly was Barnes’ personal arms dealer, he supplied the Barnes crew with guns and silencers. Solly told Barnes that Joe was an informant.

Barnes contacted protégé and future kingpin, Guy Fischer. Guy’s relative was a cop and their source for information, he confirmed Solly’s story.

That evening; Joe was killed, execution style.

BLACK PLAYMATE BUSTED FOR COCAINE TRAFFICKING:

A Playboy playmate from Atlanta was arrested in South Carolina on drug trafficking charges after police say a cleaning of her hotel room turned up kilo of cocaine.

The playmate, Kia Drayton, 24, (pictured above) and Otis Leon Story, 33, also from Atlanta, were taken into custody Wednesday as they left their room at the Renaissance Hotel where the drugs were found, according to a North Charleston Police Department report.

Police say when they searched the gold Cadillac Escalade Drayton was driving, they found two handguns, a .40-caliber Glock 22 and a .357-caliber Glock 32. Police said they seized 1,138 grams of cocaine.

Both also are charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime. Their bail was set at $2.2 million each and they remained in jail Friday morning.

Drayton, the December 2006 Playboy Playmate of the Month, identified herself as an employee of the men's magazine during an arraignment hearing. A spokesperson for Playboy refused comment Friday evening.

According to the police report, hotel management called police Tuesday after a housekeeper found a brick-shaped package covered in duct tape in Drayton's hotel room. A hotel employee told police he opened the package and found a white powdery substance. Police said tests showed the substance was cocaine.

Police watched the hotel and saw Drayton and Story entering the room. The police report says investigators stopped Story when they saw him walk out of the hotel room holding a black duffle bag. The bag contained a white substance, according to the report.

Update: Kia Drayton's career is over and people have already started distancing themselves from her. She will also receive a lifetime ban from the Playboy mansion and the tabloids are currently on the case, focusing their stories on drug trafficking, gun running and Drayton's alleged bi-sexuality.

After Don Imus made his racial statement about the Rutgers Basketball team, African American’s had a right to be outraged and actress Whoopi Goldberg was a vocal critic despite naming her production company of several years, “One Ho Productions.”

Drug lord Nicky Barnes (1st photo) had one of his women (Shamecca) meet him in the Cayman Islands. She managed to smuggle a million dollar in diamonds through customs. Barnes had decided to keep the diamonds in a safety deposit box in the Caymans in case he had to leave the States on short notice, he could start over again. Later that evening, he took Shamecca water skiing, cave diving and they shot underwater photography.

Afterwards, they went to the casino. While Barnes played craps, Shamecca had her eye on the sophisticates around the baccarat table. She told him, "I want to learn that." Shamecca was a natural and before long a crowd had gathered around her, she won $10,000. The next day, they added the money to the safety deposit box.

Later, Barnes had a idea. Why not buy a casino on the Las Vegas strip? He brought it up to his "drug council members." "We have to make investments! We're making too much to have cash just sitting around in safety deposit boxes!" Guy Fisher (future kingpin) spoke up and said, "Then lets buy the Apollo." Barnes got arrested before he could purchase the Apollo. While he was incarcerated, Guy Fisher (2nd photo) ended up buying the Apollo and renovating it.

Tatiana reveals in the book, “Once More With Feeling,” that she was hired to go on the “Bad” tour with Michael Jackson to perform the sketch from “The Way You Make Me Feel,” video. After one performance she had a idea, I called Michael and asked could I take the sketch a step further, he said, “Yeah, that would be great.” I thanked him and hung up. During the next performance, we embraced and shared a longer kiss; the crowd went wild! When I got backstage, all the dancers congratulated me.

When I got back to the hotel room, Michael’s bodyguard Miko Brando came out of nowhere and started screaming at me at the top of his lungs. “How fucking dare you do that to Michael! He yelled. “You bitch, you fucking bitch, what were you doing? How can you take advantage of him like that in front of all those people? He went on and on, obviously having no idea that Michael and I had talked beforehand. It seemed unreal.

Then Michael’s manager, Frank Dileo, walked past. After every prior show, Frank would tap me on the shoulder and tell me how great I was. That night he didn’t say a word but instead gave me the most evil look I have ever seen.

To this day I have no idea what I did that was so horrible. That was the end of the tour for me. I was not asked back when the Bad tour went to several cities. Sheryl Crow took my place.

I went home and cried. Michael’s mother Katherine was also puzzled by what happened.

PRINCE:

Tatiana adds, she met Prince at her birthday party. She was taken at how beautiful he was in person, even more so than on camera. She asked him to dance, everyone in the club stopped to watch. When the party ended, Prince invited her for a ride in his limo. They rode around for a couple of hours, listening to demos of his new music. He asked her to go to his hotel, she did. At one point, while they were talking, Prince reached over and pulled her top down. She was shocked and said, “I thought you were shy!” Referring to my breasts, he said, “They’re so beautiful!”

Next he led me to his big walk-in closet. He had hundreds of suits in every color. It was 4.a.m in the morning; he invited me to stay, promising to take me home in the morning. I agreed and he gave me a pair of silk pajamas and he put on a black Lycra cat suit. We kissed and cuddled as we drifted off to sleep. After that first date, Prince and I went out a few more times. One time, he sent his brother, Dwain in a Rolls Royce to pick me up. I brought him a birthday gift, a belt that spelled out Gemini. Since I knew he didn’t like to be handed gifts, Dwain promised to give it to him later. During the next several months, I shared a few more romantic interludes with Prince. There were moments of passion but he never went too far (they never had sex). The closeness we had, however, was more important than sex.

We talked and talked, there was nothing we didn’t talk about, And we would laugh hysterically. Prince is wonderful but he is also eccentric. Along with the brilliance, there is a temperamental side and I’ve seen both his Dr. Jekyll and his Mr. Hyde. His mood could change at the drop of a hat. He’d be fine one minute, then dark, dramatic and withdrawn the next.

Prince and I lost touch for about four years. We met by chance one night at a club and started talking about an interview I had given to the Star tabloid during the scandal involving Michael Jackson and the underage boy. Prince was upset that I had spoken to the tabloid; he attacked me for my comments and he was especially bothered by a line that quoted me as saying that Michael would never get married. He shouted, “Did you need the money that bad?” Are you that poor-that broke, that you sell your story to the tabloids?

(HIP-HOP SHAKEDOWN?)

When Tupac was alive, reportedly, local gang bangers showed up on a few movie sets and demanded money from him because he was operating in their territory.

Now, we are hearing, allegedly, rapper Nelly, who is currently filming a movie in Hollywood is going through the same set of circumstances. Allegedly, a 'kingpin banger' and his set is attempting to shake Nelly down for the tune of $100,000 dollars if he wants to continue filming the movie in the banger's territory-in peace.

We don't know what Nelly's response is to this situation.

But, if true, don't expect an admission from Nelly regarding this situation, celebrities (especially rappers) never fess up to being extorted.

Brandy was recently awarded an undisclosed seven figure sum to launch her own record label. Her talentless brother Ray-J will be her first artist. Also, our "satellite-shadow unit," has unearthed Brandy's plan to allegedly relocate to Miami. Why Miami? It's harder to collect civil suit judgments in the state of Florida. That's why O.J. Simpson relocated to Florida but Fred Goldman has a relentless legal team.

Actor Darius McCrary (Family Matters) is allegedly using his 'has been,' celebrity status to impress women on online dating sites that cater to a wealthy female clientele. Wonder why Darius can't get a date in Hollywood?

In 2006, R. Kelly's cousin, Damon Kelly (1st photo) was allegedly featured in adult film, "Nite Lite...Day Lite," produced by Zaniby Media. Kelly played a strip club dancer by night and a call boy by day. Sex tapes must run in the family.

MURDER-FOR-HIRE:

A former representative for the late rapper Eazy-E continues to insist, when Eazy-E was alive, he received death threats, and it was discovered that Neo-Nazi skinheads had allegedly taken out a contract on his life, for reasons unknown. The rep adds, allegedly, “The FBI never bothered to inform Eazy-E that his life was in danger.  It may have been because of the Fuck Tha Police song.”  This is the reason “Ruthless Records,” was protected by Isreali trained security forces."  The contract was allegedly cancelled after it was discovered that Eazy-E was dying of AIDS.

The late Rick James reveals in his book, “The Confessions Of A Super Freak,” that he often went out on midnight cruises in his Rolls Royce looking for fresh sex partners to participate in orgies behind the walls of his sprawling Mulholland Drive estate, where prostitutes and high rollers along with slumming celebrities participated in sex and drugs.

James often referred to himself as a sex athlete with an appetite for kinky sex.

He also reveals, when he was declared a rock star fugitive, he ran scared through the back alleys of South Central, Los Angeles.

James would eventually descend into severe cocaine addiction ($7,000 per week).

Former drug kingpin Nicky Barnes reveals in his book, “Mr. Untouchable,” that he met Melvin at the "Gold Lounge". Barnes claims that Melvin sold him some good cocaine and they became friends over time. Barnes adds, ‘the only problem with Melvin, he was never strapped despite being in the drug game.” ‘Personally, I liked Melvin. But he felt nobody he knew would set him up. He thought he was too well liked.

One time I met up with Melvin to shoot the breeze, he brought his baby boy along in a stroller. The kid was named Sean John Combs, later known as Diddy. We smoked and laughed and little Sean cried at the top of his lungs. I told Melvin, ‘your kid has a set of pipes on him.’ Melvin Combs would eventually pay the price for never being strapped. He trusted the guys he did business with and they were snakes. I don’t know why he got killed but it was this one guy who I tried to warn him about.

I told Melvin that dude was a treacherous motherfucker who would stab you in the back. But Melvin didn’t listen. He thought there’d be honor among thieves. Melvin was just too nice.’

GAY PORN STAR, PLAYGIRL MODEL ARRESTED FOR MURDER:

Police arrested a married gay porn star; who also appeared in the 2006 Campus Hunks issue of Playgirl, he also worked as an exotic dancer and for the escort company "Boys Next Door.” He was captured along the Mexican border last week for the slaying of a wealthy Denver businessman. The alleged killer, Tim Boham, 25, (above) has appeared in numerous porn films and gay magazines under the name Marcus Allen.

The victim, John P. Kelso, 43, was found in the bathtub of his upscale home Nov. 13. His wealth has been reported as "sizable. "Boham was charged with first-degree murder after deliberation, first-degree felony murder and aggravated robbery. The two men reportedly knew each other. A motive for the killing was unclear but Kelso, reportedly often hired the services of males dancers/escorts.

Boham is reportedly married (and has a 5-year-old daughter) and was widely known in the gay porn industry as a performer who was "gay for pay.” Unconfirmed reports allege Boham was in trouble with the law several years ago for firing a gun at a business associate. It is unclear what wounds, if any, that person had. The Rocky Mountain News reported that a neighbor of Boham's said the former porn model "hated gays" and "sanitized" his apartment because a gay man once lived there.

Several Denver media reported Boham regularly disparaged gays as he moved away from the industry, but many who worked with Boham here in Los Angeles, both on and off screen as well as at least one magazine editor, recall that he was always homophobic despite his chosen line of work. According to friends, Boham had the right look but not the right attitude for modeling work. "He didn't like people telling him what to do. He seemed like an angry person. His opportunities were tapering off." Lara Holland, who lived in a Denver mansion on High Street in an apartment a floor below Boham, gave an interview. "Boham has an explosive temper and owned a large collection of guns, including a rifle with a silencer and a scope", Holland said. Boham, also picked fights over petty disputes with friends, she said. "He got into bloody fistfights," Holland said. He just had anger issues.

Boham told his family that he killed Kelso because he believed that Kelso kept $100,000 to $400,000 in his household safe. The Post reported that court documents said Boham planned to use the money to go to South America with his girlfriend, he told his mother and sister shortly after the shooting, the records allege. But Boham said his plan went awry when Kelso refused to open the safe, and there was a brief struggle during which he accidentally shot Kelso, according to the Post. Boham told his family that when he cut the safe open, it was empty and "so he had done this for nothing," according to a police affidavit.

RAPE ALLEGATIONS: "DID SOUL LEGEND JACKIE WILSON HAVE A DARK SIDE?"

According to Atlanta talk show hostess Alexyss K. Tylor (1st photo), "Jackie Wilson raped her underage mother, and she is the product of that rape."

This is not the first time rape allegations have been leveled against singer Jackie Wilson. Patti LaBelle stated in her book that Wilson attempted to sexually assault her until someone rescued her.

By the time Jackie Wilson was 18, he had fathered nine kids. Throughout his life span, he fathered 17 kids in total with numerous women.

WNBA" SCANDAL REWIND (FEMALE-TO-FEMALE RAPE ALLEGATIONS)

LOS ANGELES (AP) — In 2003, former WNBA player Latasha Byears, above, who helped the Los Angeles Sparks to two league championships, is under investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a former "female" teammate, a television station reported. Byears and three men who have no connection to the Sparks allegedly raped the victim at a party and allegedly videotaped (cell phone) the alleged assault-following a June 5 game against the Sacramento Monarchs at Staples Center, KCOP-TV reported Tuesday night.

At 5-feet-11 and 203 pounds, Latasha Byears epitomized the power in power forward.

The Sparks waived Byears on June 10, five days after the alleged incident.

Byears pleaded no contest to reckless driving in 2002 and was suspended for one game. Later that year she was suspended for two games after throwing a ball at Michelle Marciniak's face during a game against the Seattle Storm.

We all know that Kobe Bryant's former bodyguard/fixer (Patrick Graber) wrote a book "Dead Women Tell No Tales," and in the book, he makes explosive allegations, accusing Kobe of trying to hire him to kill the girl in Colorado who accused Kobe of rape. According to Graber, the verbal exchange went like this.

Kobe allegedly told Graber, "The only person you deal with is Jose, the head of my security team. I want you to write a letter to me at the Staples Center. Jose receives all my mail there and reads it. He will then get in touch with you. This is the last face-to-face contact between us."

"I'll pay you $1 million dollars for the job. Just make sure she doesn't appear in court!" According to Graber, he was dead serious. Graber says, "I had seldom seen such deadly focus. This was the look of a stone cold killer."

Graber says he tried to reason with Kobe by saying, "I wasn't talking about money, but your security. If this girl disappears, a lot of fingers will point at you. I don't think it would be wise and I do not enjoy the idea of this Jose having such a potentially incriminating document, that I'm supposed to write." Graber was worried. He could not figure out all the angles.

"He isn't a cop, you know. He works for me," Kobe insisted. "That man is absolutely reliable, he wouldn't shit if I told him not to! He barked a laugh. At that moment, Graber wondered if he was actually out of his mind.

It was then that Garber realized that Kobe didn't want Jose to know they knew each other. Bryant obviously wanted to distance himself from his alleged hired assassin. By doing that, he would be able to deny complicity in the conspiracy. No one, not even Jose would know that Kobe had initiated the whole plot. If this blew up, Kobe would have plausible deniability. Clever. Make it look like his chief of security and one of his bodyguards cooked this up and sit on the sidelines. Graber was uncomfortable, he could have thought of a million things he would rather do than give this Jose a letter soliciting him for the murder of a victim.

Kobe startled Graber when he asked, "How do you like El Segundo?" He had never told Kobe where he lived. Bryant had obviously been researching him. He didn't like the way this conversation was heading. Graber's family lived there. Kobe added, "Nice schools your kids go to."

Graber felt his face get hot with rage. According to Graber, Kobe then asked about the schools his children attended. This meant he knew that Patrick's two children went to two different schools and this meant that Kobe was not bluffing. The bodyguard had never talked about his family to anyone even remotely connected to Kobe. Someone had to be watching his kids.

RACISM ALLEGATIONS

Baseball manager Tony La Russa was accused of being a racist in 1999 by baseball player Ron Gant, second photo. When La Russa coached the Oakland A's, he always seemed to have public altercations with black players, mainly Ricky Henderson and Ruben Sierra yet he always put Mark McGwire on a pedestal. He even went so far as to defend Mark McGwire of steroid use on 60 Minutes when McGwire couldn't even defend himself in front of a congressional hearing.

Also, sports fans were shocked when it was revealed that Tony La Russa has a pair of estranged daughters (never publicly acknowledged) with a woman he was married to from 1965 until 1973.The daughters, who are obviously now adults, claim La Russa abandoned them and never offered any type of support -- a claim the Cardinal manager denies. La Russa allegedly met with the girls only once since the divorce, in a hotel room in 1995 with lawyers present. Allegedly, these girls were so desperate to have their father in their lives, they went to court to try and force the system to make La Russa be a part of their lives but their suit was dismissed.

It was also reported in the bay area, Barry Bonds once greeted Tony La Russa on the field, La Russa allegedly turned his back on Bonds without saying a word. When confronted about the incident, La Russa denied the story.

Baseball slugger Ron Gant was quoted as saying: "Rickey Henderson didn't like him, Royce Clayton didn't like him." "He treated Ozzie Smith like dirt. Brian Jordan didn't like him. I don't know too many people who did like him." All of those players are black.

La Russa responded: "That's called unforgivable," La Russa, the St. Louis Cardinals manager, said. "That's lower than cheap. But I'm not going to sue him.

Gant would later recant his allegations.

In 2007, La Russa was arrested for a DUI.

"SKY VILLA'S" SATELLITE DIVISION PRESENTS: (POTENTIAL BOMBSHELL)

A few years ago a "female" rapper (who's a one hit wonder) befriended a pre-teen girl after a concert in Chicago. The young girl was so impressed when she wrote to the rapper, and she wrote back. Over time they developed a friendship of sorts.

During this time the young girl was struggling with her sexuality.

One day the young girls mother came home to find her missing. She called the police. She tried to figure out where her daughter was. She decided to look in her daughter's diary, and figured out she was with the rapper.

The young girl finally answered her cell phone, and informed her parents that "She was not coming home." Her Godmother insisted on talking to the rapper, and told her in so many words that better put her on the next bus or criminal charges would be filed.

Alleged letters sent by the rapper to the girl are rumored to be disturbing and sexual to say the least. The girl won't reveal whether she had an inappropriate sexual relationship with the rapper therefore making it harder to press charges and thus far, the letters haven't been offered up as evidence.

Keep in mind, this is not a "famous" female rapper but she is very well known for one hit record.

We have also been informed that compromising photos of the rapper and the girl "may" exist.

We know the identity of the rapper, once everything is verified, it's a possibility the data (including a photo of the rapper and diary passages) surrounding this case will appear on our sky villa website. We will not feature a photo of the minor since she's underage.

We'll keep you posted!

"DOWNLOW HOLLYWOOD COUPLES?"

Rock Hudson & Phyllis Gates:

We all know that actor Rock Hudson eventually died of AIDS and tried to hide his sexuality, early in his career by marrying his agent's secretary Phyllis Gates, above. But, new allegations have emerged, stating that Phyllis may have been a lesbian. In Gates' 1987 autobiography My Husband, Rock Hudson, the book she wrote with veteran Hollywood chronicler Bob Thomas, Gates insists she dated Hudson for several months and lived with him for two months before his surprise marriage proposal.

She claims to have married Hudson out of love, as it was later purported, to stave off a major exposure of Hudson's sexual orientation. However, after her death from lung cancer in January 2006, several articles suggested Gates was not as innocent as she claimed, and was in fact a lesbian who married Hudson for his money, knowing from the beginning he was gay.

Also, The book, "The Thin Thirty," chronicles Hudson involvement in a 1962 sex scandal at the University of Kentucky involving the football team. Unproven allegations of male prostitution are also detailed in the book.

Rudolph Valentino & Jean Acker:

In the 1920s, Rudolph Valentino was known as a Latin sex symbol. Rumors also circulated that he was secretly gay.

In 1919, Valentino married Jean Acker. Acker was a bit actress who was mainly cast as a favor to her lesbian lover Alla Nazimova. The three had become friends and Valentino appeared to be oblivious to Acker's orientation.

Acker was caught in a love triangle with two women, Grace Darmond and Alla Nazimova; both of which threatened to destroy her career if she left either of them. Seeing a chance to escape unscathed, Acker married Valentino.

The marriage was never consummated, with Jean locking him out of their hotel suite on their first honeymoon night. She later fled to Darmond's.

"BLACK MALE CELEBS & TRANSGENDERED PROSTITUTES" AND MURDER FOR HIRE? PART III

Recently, a popular rapper was allegedly involved in a car accident while circling the block, cruising shemale prostitutes in Atlanta, GA.

Last year, the downlow craze was in full effect among black celebrity men. Now, the ‘tranny trend’ has taken over among these same-closeted men.

I recently watched a TV show that featured a frumpy online ‘low rent’ white transsexual prostitute named ‘Melissa.’ She revealed that a lot of her clients were rappers.

We did a story a few months ago on the top transsexual black prostitute in the country, flown in by private jet to entertain some of the richest men in hip-hop and R&B at $5,000 per encounter, her photo also accompanied our story and she looked like a very attractive ‘biological’ woman. A New York paper picked up our story, dug a little deeper and revealed that one of her top clients is a black hip-hop mogul (who is currently involved in a relationship with a woman).

We have also been informed that a black male performer, known as s super freak offstage (in the bedroom) enjoyed being serviced (bottom) by a beautiful Asian transvestite despite being photographed with different girlfriends during his career.

Back in the day, a married championship boxer once discreetly dated a black transsexual prostitute. This boxer is one of the few fighters to still have money in the bank.

A handsome black actor who appeared as a cop on TV, also, had a thing for transsexual prostitutes yet he also dated women for public consumption.

A beautiful black call girl in San Francisco who stood 6’1 once encountered a black celebrity known as a ‘serial tranny chaser,’ at a private club. They exchanged numbers. He called her the following day and complimented her on her beauty. He then asked, ‘by any chance, due to your height, were you once a man? She said, ‘hell no.’ He was no longer interested and hung up in her face. This same man, despite openly dating women, is filthy rich and has patronized so many transgendered prostitutes over the years; that many have been able to pay for sex change operations and buy homes.

Our ‘AIDS’ infected actor is damn near exclusively into transgendered prostitutes and is a regular customer on the shemale stroll in Los Angeles on Santa Monica Blvd. He is also known in the ATL and is a frequent customer of transvestite prostitutes in Midtown at the intersection of Spring and W. Peachtree.

The demand has become so great for transsexual/transvestite and downlow prostitutes (among the hip-hop industry and athletes) that escort agencies across the country are opening a separate division to meet the demand. Upscale call girls make a fortune during Super Bowl and All-Star weekend. Now, you can add tranny's and downlow escorts into the mix.

Last year, our "sky villa encrypted link" featured a black singer with his "transvestite" girlfriend. When he was around his friends, he had his girlfriend dress like a male, as one of the boys. When they went out on discreet dates, he had her dress in designer women's wear.

Last year, we featured an article on Karen Dior last year, a adult performer (drag queen) who died of hepatitis stemming from AIDS. Allegedly, Dior was also a favorite among Hollywood men, black and white.

The majority of rappers and athletes are "not" bi-sexual or gay but a large percentage of them are.

After Eddie Murphy’s incident with a transsexual (Atisone “Shalomar” Seiuli), pictured at the top of this page (center). Numerous transsexuals appeared in tabloids and on talk shows to provide accounts of alleged sexual encounters with Murphy. However, allegedly, they later ‘mysteriously’ recanted their accounts.

Just as mysterious: Allegedly, transsexual author Candace Watkins published an obscure book titled "In the Closet with Eddie Murphy" that featured stories from Seiuli and other transsexuals who claimed to have had sexual encounters with Murphy, this book disappeared as quickly as it appeared and no copies can be found.

Seiuli's new found celebrity status led to several professional gigs after the Eddie Murphy scandal; after appearing in a pornography film, she discontinued her street prostitution work and became the "House Madame" at the illustrious Los Angeles nightclub “7969” where she performed erotic routines as a dominatrix with live snakes for celebrity audiences.

Rumors suggest that Seiuli was contemplating writing a tell-all book involving her encounters with rich celebrity men. Shortly after these rumors surfaced, on the morning of April 22, 1998, Seiuli was found dead outside of her apartment.

Despite a final autopsy report that concluded-she died from severe head trauma and multiple fractions suffered during an accidental fall. Rumors continue to circulate that her death was actually a murder (cover-up) orchestrated by a hired assassin to keep her quiet, permanently.

Nicky Barnes reveals in his book, “Mr. Untouchable.” Despite being in prison, former drug lord Nicky Barnes was involved with two very attractive black women, Tee and Shamecca. Barnes had one of his associates on the outside buy Shamecca a BMW and Tee found out about it.

Tee got a glimpse of Shamecca in a Harlem restaurant. She parked her car, stormed in the restaurant and gave Shamecca a beatdown. After they were separated, Shamecca left the restaurant, got into her car and drove off. Out of nowhere, Tee rammed her BMW, a full-on collision. The women got out of their cars and began fighting again. Bystanders had to break them up.

A few weeks later, Tee visited Barnes in jail and told him, “Your little bitch Shamecca was out with your protégé Guy Fischer, center photo above, at a basketball game. They were kissing and she was rubbing her fingers though his hair.” Barnes thought Tee was trying to start trouble because she was jealous until a week later, when a friend confirmed the same thing. Barnes also found out that Guy was hogging all the money from the other guys and had bought two Mercedes Benz’s, a Rolls Royce and a Lear Jet to take weekend shopping excursions to Paris.

To make matters worse, he found out that Tee was now messing around with a guy named Tito and this man had moved into the penthouse Barnes had bought Tee, Barnes was infuriated.

During this time, the DEA sent Barnes a manila folder. He opened the envelope and saw photos of Guy eating with Shamecca, kissing her and holding on to her at a basketball game. The envelope also contained the following information: In 1977, during Nicky and Guy’s Federal trial, although Nicky was locked up because his bail had been revoked, Guy was out on bail and Nicky instructed him to find out which juror had financial problems and offer that person $100,000 to rule in their favor. He learned that Guy found a juror, paid her off and instructed her to get him off, only. Barnes was furious and vowed to bring Guy Fisher down!

This was the moment that Barnes decided to snitch on his entire organization. He also planned to get back at Tee and Shamecca for cheating on him.

Due to Barnes’ information, everyone in the organization received indictments, including Tee and Shamecca.

Shamecca was out on $50,000 bail and was sitting at the Monarch Tavern in Washington Heights when a guy came from behind in a white ski mask, shooting her in the neck and the back of the head with a .45, killing her. Witnesses thought it was a black man who wore a white mask. Barnes says, they were right, although I did not order this hit, my nephew Mellon carried out this job. He got so entrenched with the Italian mafia and Shamecca knew a few secrets about his operation, he didn’t want her to rat on him or his Italian friends. When an Italian supplier told him, if he carried out the hit, Gotti and the Brooklyn crew would be endeared to him. Mellon jumped at the chance to impress Gotti.

Around this time, Barnes’ learned that Guy Fisher (the new kingpin) and the organization, known as ‘The Council,’ had put out an $8 million dollar contract on his life and his children’s life. Guy allegedly wanted Barnes’ entire family taken out.

Meanwhile, Tee pled guilty to running a heroin ring and got a 10-year sentence. She also turned over $10 million dollars of Barnes’ money to the Feds. Barnes’ wondered, where was the rest of the money? The money he left in hundreds of safe deposit boxes all over the world. He figured, Tee probably got greedy and kept that money for herself.

The Feds also told Tee that they would reduce her sentence if she testified against John Gotti, she declined, she was too scared and she remembered what happened to Shamecca.

In his book, Barnes also reveals, ‘The last I heard of Guy Fisher, he was carrying on a torrid homosexual affair with a fellow inmate in prison.’

On January 5, 1998, jurors acquitted actor Mykelti Williamson, above, of attempted manslaughter for allegedly stalking his ex-wife while living with his current wife.

Williamson allegedly stabbed his ex-wife and her male friend. Williamson is best known for his role as Bubba in the film, "Forest Gump."

According to an unconfirmed report, this wasn't the first incident that involved Williamson and a knife. But that's an unsubstantiated rumor. In the 1998 case, although acquitted of all charges, Williamson had to allegedly pay the male victim a substantial sum in a civil suit.

Williamson's first wife was actress Olivia Brown, pictured above. She appeared on the TV shows, "Miami Vice," and "Designing Women." After divorcing Williamson, she was once linked with actor Eddie Murphy after appearing in "48 Hours." She was also linked to Tomi Jenkins of the group Cameo. Brown made headlines when she bought Al Capone's former Miami estate. After "Miami Vice," was cancelled, she sold the home.

Rudy Houston first appeared on "Solid Gold," as a dancer. From there, he appeared as Janet Jackson's leading dancer in the video "What Have You Done For Me Lately?" above, and he also appeared in Pebbles' "Mercedes Boy," video.

Rudy sent shockwave's through Hollywood when he appeared on a talk show after undergoing a sex change.

Allegedly, he approached a female superstar he had once worked with at a nightclub (after his sex change) and started asking her about mutual friends, she asked, excuse me, but do I know you? He told her who he was, she was shocked as she embraced him.

Allegedly, Rudy moved out of Hollywood, whereabouts unknown.

Irish singer Sinead O'Conner came to blows with flamboyant musician Prince after he objected to her covering his song "Nothing Compares To U." The Purple Rain hitmaker wrote the song in 1984 for funk band "The Family," but it was only until O'Conner's 1990 version that the track became an international success. However, Prince was not happy she had covered the song because he had planned to give it to another female singer - and their meeting to discuss the matter did not go as planned. O'Conner says, "At the time he had a lot of female proteges and I had covered his song without having anything to do with him. "He invited me to his house in Los Angeles and started to go off on me for swearing in interviews. When I told him to go f**k himself, he got very upset and became quite threatening, physically. I ended up having to escape." "He can pack a punch. A few blows were exchanged. All I could do was spit. I spat on him quite a bit."

According to Margaret Maldonado in her book, "Jackson Family Values," her then boyfriend Jermaine Jackson didn't want her to forge out a career, instead, he wanted her barefoot and pregnant despite the fact, he wasn't allegedly, bringing any money into the household. Maldonado would go on to produce "The Jackson's: An American Dream." When the series became a ratings success, she got other offers.

One evening, allegedly, Jermaine showed up at a studio where Maldonado was working, he had their two sons in tow. Although Maldonado had left earlier, Jermaine allegedly screamed, "she should be home cooking their dinner and she's here working. What kind of mother would do that?"

Allegedly, ten days later, Jermaine made another surprise visit. When Maldonado left the studio, she saw Jermaine racing towards her from across the street. He seemed to be in a wild rage as he rushed up and roughly grabbed her arm, he then threw her to the ground. Then, Jermaine grabbed her car keys out of her hand. He jumped into her Mercedes. The car engine roared. He threw the car into reverse, hit the accelerator and in a fury, smashed the car deliberately, into a tree. Maldonado says, "He was totally and completely out of control." And then he screamed in front of our sons, "Your mother is a whore. All she cares about is money. She doesn't care about us being a family anymore."

Maldonado's recounts another incident when Jermaine lost his temper in public. They were attending a birthday party for a Motown executive, when suddenly, in front of everyone, Jermaine allegedly grabbed her by the back of her hair and pulled her through the crowd and out into the parking lot. He slammed her against a car and loudly accused her of flirting with a man inside the party. Maldonado broke away from him, jumped into her car, called Joe Jackson and told him his son was acting crazy and drinking heavily. When Maldonado arrived at the Jackson compound, Joseph greeted her at the front gate and asked her, "What did you do to my son?" Maldonado was floored. She and Jermaine would break up shortly after this incident.

In March 2003, Antoine Fuqua -- director of "Training Day" and "Tears of the Sun" was been sued by an alleged former mistress for threatening her and making false charges against her to conceal their affair from his wife, actress Lela Rochon. ("The Division," "Any Given Sunday").

Tanya Evans, a 30-year-old personal trainer and single mother, filed the lawsuit last Thursday in LA Superior Court. Evans claims that she and Fuqua had a ten-month relationship from spring 2001 until March 2002.

Evans was arrested for allegedly stalking Fuqua and Rochon. A spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office said on Friday that prosecutors later dropped most of the charges against Evans for lack of sufficient evidence. Evans was tried in November on a single misdemeanor count of making harassing phone calls, but a jury acquitted her.

Evans asserts that these were false criminal charges instigated by Fuqua after the two of them broke up. She says Fuqua repeatedly threatened her and her 13-year-old daughter and that even after her arrest, she received a threatening phone message from the director, saying, "You'd better keep your mouth shut. If my wife ever finds out, you'll wind up missing like Chandra Levy."

Despite this incident, the couple remains married and are the parents of two children.

In Related News: From 1984-1987 Lela Rochon was married to breakdancer and choreographer Adolfo "Shabbadoo" Quinones, pictured above in the black hat. The two met on the film set of "Breakin," and "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo." Shabbadoo is also a top choreographer and has choreographed for, Three Six Mafia, Madonna and Lionel Richie, etc. Also, before Rochon married Fuqua she was involved in a relationship with Michael Jackson's older brother, Jackie Jackson.

Fiery messages socialite Kim Kardashian left on ex-boyfriend Ray J's voicemail about his new love Whitney Houston have been sampled in a controversial new R&B hit. Kardashian, who appeared on a leaked sex tape with her ex last year (06), blasted Ray J and his new girlfriend in phone messages, which were recorded after the R&B star's voicemail was hacked into. Ray J explains, "There's this 1-800 number, where you can check people's messages through this spy company. I guess somebody did that. "Then they put a soundtrack to the s**t... and now it's going to be Kim dissing Whitney, Kim talking s**t to me about the bitches I've f**ked."

Former Village People lead singer Victor Willis has battled drugs for the last 15 years. He was a fixture in bay area crack houses and the "West County Times," newspaper once reported, allegedly, Willis was someone the police wanted to interview, regading the murders of two women, possibly as a material witness. Both bodies were found at a park located in Berkeley. As fast as this story appeared, it disappeared from the headlines without Willis being charged with any crime or being named as a suspect.

When Willis left the Village People, Ray Simpson (brother of Valerie Simpson from Ashford & Simpson) took his place.

In interviews, Willis use to brag about first wife Phylicia Rashad's (Cosby Show) alleged jealousy regarding other women.

Willis' recent bust occured when he was pulled over for erratic driving in a new Corvette.

What few people know, Willis can afford his drug habit, like Rick James. According to recent reports, though he's not publicly performed in years, the reclusive star remains the “wealthiest of all the Village People members due to lucrative royalties he still receives” from his writing credits for hits like "Y.M.C.A.", "In The Navy," and numerous other hits he penned for other artists.

Willis currently receives $1.5 million dollars per year in songwriter royalties.

HIP-HOP: CONFESSIONS OF A DOWNLOW BROTHER

Radaronline.com has broken one of the biggest stories of the year. Former MTV producer Terrance Dean has written a memoir titled Hiding in "Hip-Hop: Confessions of a Down Low Brother in the Entertainment Industry," which will chronicle “the author’s life as a closeted homosexual working in the film and music industry and his relationships with other closeted homosexuals-film stars, rap artists, and music producers."

Author Terrance Dean is a former MTV producer and the founder of something called Men’s Empowerment, a New York-based non-profit directed at helping men of color. When reached by phone, Dean declined to discuss the book, but a spokeswoman for the publisher said it will identify Dean’s closeted exes without naming them. “Let’s put it this way: You’ll know who they are,” she promised. “It’s a no-holds- barred look at Hollywood and hip-hop and who’s living on the down-low.”

LARRY JOHNSON (FORMER NBA STAR)

In 1997, the very married former New York Knicks star Larry Johnson denied claims that he got a 26-year-old black model pregnant.

"All of it is false," . "Everything's untrue. People are trying to get money ... I'm not going to let none of that junk get to me and get me down. My family is my first priority." Nevertheless, Johnson's blonde wife was devastated.

The model, Laura Tate, a former Jet Beauty of the Week, claimed that she was six months pregnant as a result of an "ongoing, romantic" relationship with Johnson, a married father of three.

Tate is also claiming that Stacey Augmon, a player with the Portland Trail Blazers and a former teammate of Johnson's at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, has threatened her with physical violence because of her accusation. He allegedly indicated to Tate in a phone conversation that Johnson has asked him to "take care of the situation."

According to Harold Becks, Tate's attorney, Tate and Johnson had a romantic relationship since November 1995. She learned she was pregnant in December 1996.

The model alleges that when she told Johnson about the pregnancy, he wired her thousands of dollars to get an abortion. "She's Catholic, and she told him she can't do that," Becks told the Daily News. He said a representative for Johnson sent Tate $5,000 for the procedure.

Tate produced documentation for the paper showing that a Johnson lawyer had composed a draft agreement for a settlement of the situation. However, the arrangement fell through, and the model went public.

After Johnson retained the late Johnnie Cochran as his lawyer, this story disappeared from the headlines.

The majority of filthy rich celebrities (entertainment and sports) hire former intelligence agents as their security specialist/personal bodyguard. Their main functions, to do damage control in regard to scandals and to run background checks.

Patrick Graber, above, claims he was a former security specialist for NBA superstar Kobe Bryant has written an explosive book (Dead Women Tell No Tales) above, with explosive allegations, as follows:

Graber starts off taking on particular assignments for Bryant that didn't involve his regular security detail. He also alleges that he observed Bryant's bizarre infidelities first hand with several women at the same time.

Graber alleges he met Kobe Bryant in July of 2003 in a luxury penthouse where Bryant was allegedly entertaining two of his mistresses. This is where, according to Graber, that Kobe asked him to eliminate the witness in the Colorado rape case.

Graber's background: He served inside the "Special Forces," for the "Seychelles People's Defense Forces," (SPDF). He was also a bodyguard to President France Albert Rene. After his discharge from the military, Graber became a security specialist and personal bodyguard for celebrities in Hollywood. In 2003, he started working for Kobe Bryant.

On September 18, 2003, the LA District Attorney announces the arrest of Patrick Graber, accusing the Swiss national of planning to carry out the murder of the victim in the Colorado rape case for $3 million dollars.

In 2004, all initial counts against Patrick Graber are dismissed.

MOONLIGHTING MADAM DROPS CELEBRITY NAMES:

This photo provided by the Las Vegas Police Department shows Esperanza Brooks. Police said Friday, June 8, 2007, that Brooks, 36, a cheerleading coach at the prep school founded by tennis star Andre Agassi, was arrested. Police said 36-year-old Esperanza Brooks was arrested Wednesday night in a Las Vegas restaurant after agreeing to deliver three prostitutes and drugs to undercover detectives at a hotel-casino

June 15, 2007 -- LEGAL eagles are shocked that Las Vegas police have allowed the names of Miami Heat superstar Shaquille O'Neal and former President Bill Clinton to be dragged into a prostitution case.

An accused Sin City madam, Esperanza Brooks, 36, dropped their boldfaced names as she bragged about having high-powered clientele while being secretly recorded by an undercover cop, according to a Las Vegas police report made public this week by the department.

"These are not your average girls. Some of them have worked with Bill Clinton," Brooks told an undercover officer while assuring him of her girls' cleanliness, according to the Vegas police report. The Post's Marianne Garvey also reports Brooks boasted to cops that she had 40 women working for her.

A spokesman for Clinton said, "Apparently, total fabrications that get made up in Vegas don't stay in Vegas." O'Neal's reps failed to get back to Page Six for two days.

Las Vegas Metro Vice Lt. Karen Hughes told local TV station KLAS that Brooks "sold herself as being involved in high-end prostitution, which means the girls are very top-notch - dealt with celebrities."

But legal experts were shocked at the unprofessionalism of the Vegas cops for allowing the unsubstantiated and wild claims about O'Neal and Clinton to be included in public documents. "The Vegas police allowed a criminal suspect to defame two prominent men while she didn't even know she was being recorded," said criminal defense lawyer Ed Hayes. "This would never happen in New York."

Brooks, arrested with four other women, worked by day as a cheerleading coach at the Andre Agassi College Prep Academy, a public charter school the tennis ace founded in 2001 in the ghetto section of Vegas.

The two-week investigation ended when Brooks agreed to provide "blond" girls with "large breasts" to three Asian business partners invented by the undercover cop. The fee of $10,000 included a quantity of cocaine.

When the buxom trio arrived at a resort on the Vegas Strip at 2 a.m., cops swooped in and arrested them, Brooks, and another woman booker. Brooks is being held on $28,000 bond on 14 counts of prostitution-related crimes.

TAMEKA: A WOMAN WITH A PAST?

Sandra Rose ran the following story yesterday.

The National Enquirer claims Usher’s fiancee Tameka Foster, is an ex-con whose first boyfriend was gunned down in an execution style gang shooting.

Allegedly, Tameka, who is presently pregnant with usher's baby and set to marry him this weekend, has a sordid past she’s kept hidden from the R&B star.

"Poor Usher has no idea who he’s marrying," Tameka’s half sister Valencia Foster told The Enquirer. "He’s a wonderful guy- but Tameka is giving him a big-time snow job."

Valencia, 49, explained that Usher led a prayer before dinner, then turned to her and said: "’You know all the family secrets- tell me about them.’ Before I could say a word, Tameka kicked me so hard under the table she almost put a hole in my leg," Valencia said.

"Then she pulled me aside and whispered: ‘Don’t tell him anything.’"

This type of story would fetch between $5,000-$10,000 from the tabloids.

Rumors are circulating that Robin Thicke will perform at the wedding this weekend. Hopefully, the couple will have more than one minister administrating the vows because they will need all the prayers they can get.

Also, I hope Usher signs Tameka to a iron-clad prenuptial agreement.

In the 1980's, a few tabloids commented on Sherman Hemsley's private personal life. They focused on the 69-year old actor, allegedly, never being married or fathering kids.

They also focused on his much younger male friend, who at the time, shared his home. Allegedly, the two men had made a pact. Whomever made it first, would help the other.

A few years later, allegedly, they had a huge falling out and a few media outlets predicted a impending lawsuit but the story disappeared from the headlines.

THE DOCTOR & THE DEATH OF THE RICHEST WOMAN EVER:

In addition to his list of famous plastic surgery patients, Harry Glassman (Victoria Principal's former husband) received additional notoriety when he became tangled up in the headlines that swirled around the mysterious 1993 death of the richest woman in the world, ever, tobacco heiress Doris Duke.

Just a year before her death, Duke, at age 79, had a face lift performed by Glassman. Two days after the operation, Duke fell and broke her hip when she returned to her Los Angeles estate. It was Glassman who referred Duke to his friend Dr. Charles Kivowitz, the attending physician who classified Duke’s condition as in terminal decline and prescribed an IV of morphine which allegedly killed her, (after her death, there was never an autopsy before the quick cremation).

When New York Surrogate Eve Preminger appointed Richard Kuk, a former Manhattan district attorney, to investigate any evidence of foul play, he found that shortly before Duke’s death, she issued a check to Glassman for $500,000 as “a gift” and that the Chicago law firm Glassman recommended had charged Duke $9 million in legal fees for a mere 18 months of service.

In January 2003, Glassman was arrested on a domestic violence charge. On May 27, 2006 Principal filed for divorce from her husband of 21 years, after they separated in March 2006 citing irreconcilable differences.

Despite a prenuptial agreement and Glassman being a top plastic surgeon, Principal had to pay her former husband a $25 million dollar divorce settlement.

Victoria Principal currently lives in Malibu, with homes in Utah and Switzerland. Principal nets $100 million per year from her skin care line.

During her lifetime, Doris Duke was a friend to blacks. She donated money for black churches to be rebuilt when they were burned down by racists and she also played the organ in black churches across the country. Each summer, she made it a point to hire black youths to work the summer months on her farm.

Despite being a billionairess, Duke often spent time among blacks in Harlem nightclubs and she funded a chain of nightclubs for black singer Ada "Bricktop" Smith. Diahann Carroll's "Dynasty," character (Dominique Deveraux) was based on Bricktop.

Duke generated $1 million per day off her investments and Duke University is named after her family. She also donated millions to black causes.

The love of her life was also a "man of color."
