Sky Villa "Newsletter" Highlights & 3 Blind Items

Ricky James Brascom (1st photo), a friend of Justin Timberlake and Diddy, allegedly used chartered jets to smuggle hundreds of pounds of cocaine and millions of dollars in drug money.

Brascom gave everyone the impression (including Diddy & Timberlake) that he was a major player in the hip-hop industry. They had no idea he led a double life as a drug kingpin.

Ricky James Brascom was living the high life. As the CEO of Behind da Scenes Entertainment, he was well-known in the rap industry, and regularly hobnobbed with celebrities. He had recently shot a video with Diddy and was a guest at Justin Timberlake’s birthday party in Las Vegas.

In October, the 28-year-old music executive, who went by the nickname DP, bought a beautiful home in a gated community in L.A.'s Woodland Hills. One of his neighbors was Dr. Dre. He drove around in a $250,000 2010 Aston Martin Rapides and a 2009 BMW 750 Li.

He bought his girlfriend a 2008 Mercedes CL63 AMG.

Cocaine shipments were flown out of Van Nuys Airport, Ontario International Airport, and LAX by Los Angeles pilot Leonardo Concepcion, who was employed by Star Jet.

“They were using smaller model planes that don’t require a crew." “The coke was flown in suitcases.” Rob Villeza (U.S. Attorney) says the men would pull their limousines up to the plane and load their suitcases on the plane without any scrutiny.

“There are no security measures that will examine or inspect what is in your luggage,” adds Villeza. “Charter jets are really expensive. It can range from $20,000 to 50,000 a flight, depending on the flight. But if you are flying cocaine worth millions of dollars, and your profit is substantially more than $50,000, you might determine it is a wise investment.”

During a six-week period, the ring moved more than 390 kilograms of cocaine, and over $4 million in drug cash, according to court documents. During that time, federal law-enforcement authorities intercepted 298 kilograms of cocaine and $1.1 million.

Also busted was Darrin Ebron, a Baltimore DJ (above) who allegedly acted as a drug distributor for Brascom. Ebron, known in Hollywood as the “poor man’s Puffy,” worked in the fashion and entertainment business and was the disc jockey when actor Eddie Murphy attempted to marry Tracey Edmonds in 2008 on an island off Bora Bora.

Charles Dwight Ransom Jr., 36, of Hollywood, another “CEO” of Behind da Scenes Entertainment, also allegedly shipped cocaine to his own distributors in Baltimore and shepherded cocaine shipments for Brascom.

Dawn Robinson's (formerly of En Vogue) estranged husband left a scathing message on his myspace page alleging that Dawn once patronized online swinger sites and hooked up with 17 men (in one month). These claims were proven false by Panache after an extensive investigation was completed, Dawn was also in the company our editor when she was allegedly spotted at a swingers establishment. Dre also claims he was retaliating by this false rant because Dawn and her sister had been leaving negative myspace comments on his page. Why not block them Dre?

This attack sounds premeditated to me. Orchestrated. Now, a man in Atlanta is making unconfirmed allegations that he saw Dawn at an Atlanta swingers club, Panache also proved these allegations to be false. Dre seems to be using this opportunity to promote his 3-year-old album, "The Dre Allen Project." His marriage to Dawn gave him the most publicity he has ever received in his career. It's also been rumored that this is their second marriage (a remarriage).

Unfortunately, Dawn wasn't forewarned about the numerous problems Dre has had with various black women in Hollywood. We contacted a former girlfriend, who refused to speak to us, she sounded terrified when his name was brought up. Another former girlfriend told us, "He is a living nightmare and will put you through hell."

The following is an alleged excerpt from Dre's bio: Born in California's San Francisco bay area in the mid 70's, Dre Allen is a man who was physically, sexually & emotionally abused as a child. A guy who was homeless for 8 years straight and survived. Locked up for 3 years of his life in juvenile halls, group homes, foster homes & jails. A guy who was beaten, stabbed, robbed & who's father was a pimp. Conceived slightly before his mother went to prison, developed while his mother did a year armed robbery & abandoned at birth.

I've always wondered why Kobe Bryant never sued his former "fixer," Patrick Graber (directly above) for making very damaging allegations about him in his book, "Dead Women Tell No Tales." Before Graber worked for Bryant, he was black ops and a bodyguard to a former French President. Graber makes the following accusations in his book.

According to Graber, one day, he was assigned to work for Kobe's alleged mistress, Jacqueline.

Graber and Jacqueline got into a conversation about another one of Kobe's alleged mistresses, adult star, Mila.

Jacqueline allegedly told Graber, "Mila is our partner sometime." She laughed, "Kobe likes her because she lets him do anything he wants with her. " Jacqueline added, "I don't like a certain sex act but he can do that act with her." "He just bought her a brand new car. A nice little red Mazda Miata convertible."

"That doesn't bother you?" Graber asked. It became clear that this was a bizarre relationship. But then again, Kobe was married to Vanessa and if this didn't bother Jacqueline, why should Mila? Graber reasoned.

Jacqueline replied, "You know, Kobe has lots of girlfriends, and no, it doesn't bother me. I got this truck from him and it's worth more than a Miata."

With no prompting from Graber, Jacqueline went on to explain. "This is one of the vehicles that Rick Fox got from Marina Ford. "So, it belongs to Rick then?" "Yes, but not really, no. Rick pays for it. The two have an agreement that all services are charged to Rick first. Kobe then pays him," she related.

Graber realized, this way no bill for an unaccountable car would ever show up at Kobe's home. That way, Vanessa would never know and Kobe would never have to explain a car he didn't possess.

Former "Bond," girl Waris Dirie (above) has been found, three days after the former model vanished. The 43-year-old was discovered walking through the Grand Place square in Brussels on Friday and appeared to be in good health. Just hours earlier, Belgian police had begun a nationwide search for the U.N. goodwill ambassador, who had last been seen getting into a taxi after a mix-up concerning hotel arrangements on Wednesday (05Mar08). Estelle Arpigny, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office, says Dirie is being questioned about her disappearance.

In Related News: Waris Dirie was attacked in March 2004 at her home in Vienna. She had moved from her flat in Cardiff to escape a 26-year-old Portuguese stalker who had become convinced that she loved him.

Paulo Augusto was in custody after apparently following her 1,000 miles across Europe and gaining access to her apartment by climbing through a neighbor's window.

Waris suffered minor injuries when her assailant threw her to the floor. The attacker left in a taxi, only to return later on foot and smash one of the building's ground-floor windows. He was arrested when neighbors called the police.

The suspect had met Waris Dirie six months earlier when his brother was working at her previous residence in Wales, police said. He later broke into that home and stole items of her clothing.

A contract was taken out on former boxer Mike Tyson's life after he ordered the killing of the men responsible for murdering his bodyguard, according to witness testimony on Monday in a gang trial.

The plot to kill Tyson was planned to be carried out in the summer of 2000, two months after the June death of Darryl Baum-the man accused of shooting rapper 50 Cent nine times in May of the same year (00).

Gang member Shelby Henderson testified in Brooklyn, New York Federal Court in the trial against member Abubakr Raheem. Henderson claimed that when he learned of the $50,000 bounty Tyson had offered to have their members killed, gang leader Damion 'World' Hardy planned a retaliation.

The plot was later abandoned.

Raheem is currently on trial accused of driving the getaway car during two killings. Tyson confessed earlier this month (Jun08) he's convinced he will be murdered because he has so many enemies in his life.

The 41-year-old told the New York Post, "I already expect the worst to happen... I expect one day somebody will blow my brains out over some BS (bulls**t). No one gives a s**t about Mike Tyson. Someone accuses me of a horrible crime, others say, 'Yeah, he's capable of that. Mike probably did it."

Billionaire Howard Hughes was allegedly the most racist man to ever come through Hollywood according to the following allegations. He allegedly had an intense hatred for Blacks. Once, when Sammy Davis, Jr. was headlining at one of his Las Vegas hotels, aides had to physically restrain Hughes when he got up to go towards the stage saying, "What is this n***er doing performing on my stage." Hughes was also upset when he was notified that Arthur Ashe was practicing on one of his hotel tennis courts, he tried to get Ashe banned. Also, an white actress who appeared in the stage version of "The Great White Hope," said Hughes was infuriated with her due to her interracial loves scenes and had her blacklisted in Hollywood.

Hughes was on the verge of purchasing a major network until he saw an episode of the "Dating Game," with a black man and white woman, he cancelled the deal. Hughes also refused to sit down in a chair in a studio screening room because he had been informed that the black cast of Porgy & Bess had occupied the screening room before he arrived. He suggested that all the chairs be re-upholstered.

It's also been rumored by never proven that Hughes personally financed the downfall (with propaganda, etc.) of numerous civil rights activists.

Hollywood Damage Control:

On 11 July 1936, a car driven by Howard Hughes struck and killed a pedestrian named Gabriel Meyer at the corner of Third Street and Lorraine in Los Angeles. Although Hughes was certified as sober at the hospital to which he was taken after the accident, a doctor there made a note that Hughes had been drinking. He was taken to jail and booked on "suspicion of negligent homicide." A witness to the accident told police that Hughes was driving erratically and too fast, and that Meyer had been standing in the safety zone of a streetcar stop.

Hughes brought in his "billionaire fixer." By the time of the coroner's inquiry, however, the witness had changed his story and claimed that Meyer had moved directly in front of Hughes' car. Hughes made the same claim to reporters outside the inquiry, saying, "I was driving slowly and a man stepped out of the darkness in front of me." The District Attorney recommended that Hughes be cleared of responsibility for Meyer's death.

Little Known Information:

In June 1943, while pregnant with her first daughter, actress Gene Tierney contracted German measles during her only appearance at the Hollywood Canteen. Daria was born prematurely in Washington, D.C., weighing only 3 pounds, 2 ounces and requiring a total blood transfusion. Because of Tierney's illness, Daria was also deaf and blind and had severe mental retardation. Tierney's grief over the tragedy led to many years of depression and may have begun her bi-polar disorder.

Some time after the tragedy surrounding her daughter Daria's birth, Tierney learned from a fan who approached her for an autograph at a Tennis party that the woman, then a member of the women's branch of the Marine Corps, had sneaked out of quarantine while sick with German measles to meet Tierney, at her Hollywood Canteen appearance-which led to Tierney contracting measles-which was diagnosed as the direct cause of her daughter's condition.

In her autobiography, Tierney related that after the woman had recounted her story, she just stared at her silently, then turned and walked away. She wrote, "After that I didn't care whether ever again I was anyone's favorite actress."

Howard Hughes saw to it that she received the best medical care and paid all the expenses.

Sadia Morrison (above), 26, was a stylist to the stars. She was found dead after being thrown from the roof of an apartment building in New York on June 13, 2008.

Morrison’s high profile client base included rappers Kanye West, Plies, 50 Cent, and Young Jeezy; singer Fantasia, boxer Zab Judah, NFL players Clinton Portis and Thomas Jones, and many more.

Reports say friends became worried about Morrison when they hadn’t heard from her on Friday.

Sadia Morrison was previously arrested after a fight that broke out in the Minxx (Pacman Jones related brawl) in February 2007. The shooting just outside of the club left a bouncer, Tommy Urbanski, paralyzed from the waist down.

Morrison pleaded no contest to the battery charge for her part in the fight. She was sentenced to three years probation.

Morrison’s brother, Paul, did not think her death was connected to the shooting at the Minxx.

Her brother spoke to the medical examiner to identify the body. He stated that she had two head injuries, one from hitting a satellite dish and another probably caused by her attacker.

Paul Morrison said his sister was fierce and blunt, and didn’t take “no” for an answer. He went on to say, “If Sadia’s with you, she’s with you,” Morrison said. “If something happens, she’s with you. Sometimes it leads to her downfall, but that’s the way it is.”

Rumors are circulating that Vivica Fox is "not" the woman in the cell phone sex tape. The woman is allegedly, porn star Adina Jewel (2nd and third photos). Adina aka Pebbles has appeared in over 300 adult films. She also bares a passing resemblance to Vivica.

Rapper/actor Ice Cube has good instincts, he knew something wasn’t quite right with his “XXX: State Of The Union,” director, Lee Tamahori, second photo, (who also directed the James Bond film, Die Another Day with Halle Berry and Along Came A Spider with Morgan Freeman).

Cube was more than a little amused when Tamahori was arrested as part of a transgender prostitution sting-because he never liked the guy.

The star admits he and Lee Tamahori constantly "bumped heads" while they made the 2005 action movie, and he found the director's embarrassing arrest a real giggle. Ice Cube says, "After we finished the movie I read in the paper that he got arrested on Santa Monica Boulevard, dressed like a transvestite, so (it was) poetic justice."

Despite being a multi-millionaire award winning director, Tamahori, was arrested on a sex charge in Los Angeles while wearing a black dress and a wig.

He was charged with prostitution and loitering, apparently after he offered to perform oral sex on an undercover cop for cash. Tamahori accepted a plea deal to escape prostitution charges.

Insiders say Tamahori was living out a sexual fantasy.

According to Frank Alexander, in his book, "I Got Your Back," Death Row hosted infamous sex parties/orgies. He said, 'Suge would fly women in from everywhere, mostly from Atlanta, Ohio and Las Vegas. The parties were catered with the best soul food around, including: smothered pork chops and smothered chicken, fried chicken, barbecued ribs, collard greens, black-eyed peas and cornbread.

At one of the parties, I lost track of Tupac and then someone told me he was in another room of the house. I was kicking it with the TV remote. I started switching channels, one of the bedrooms had a camera in it. Pac was in the room having sex with this girl. I turned it off right away because I didn't want to invade his privacy.

Later on when Suge showed up, I told him about it. He said, "I don't have any cameras in the bedroom." I showed him the channel and Suge flipped. No shit! I got fucking cameras in the bedroom?"

At another one of the parties, Pac walked out of the shower into the living room butt naked. The women gasped at the size of his manhood and he started playfully chasing a woman around the room with his manhood.

It wasn't like he was trying to hide anything since all the women were either dressed in scandalous bikinis or shorts or walking around nude. This was a orgy in progress.

In November 2006, our friends at Essence magazine did a interesting article on a "straight," transsexual named D. Cookie Fields (above). A former Marine who was once married with two kids. What made this story unusual, despite having a sex change, Fields had never once been drawn to another man and is only attracted to women. This is not an isolated incident. In Australia, a club for heterosexual transsexuals and transvestites has opened, named the "Seahorse." Order the back issue of Essence (Nov.) to read the entire above story. We all know that Vanessa Williams lost her Miss America crown in the early 80’s but what few of us know is: She was not the only female celebrity with sexually explicit photos during this era. Steamy lesbian photos of a royal family member were being pitched to men magazines-the editor’s passed on the photos. In an ironic twist, the man (Bob Guiccione) who published Vanessa’s photos for Penthouse magazine is now suffering from cancer and financial difficulties because of Internet competition.

Before Tatiana became famous appearing opposite Michael Jackson in the video, “The Way You Make Me Feel,” she was a model. She was booked to appear with Billy Dee Williams for an eyewear ad. She reveals in the book, “Once More With Feeling,” when she showed up on the set, Billy Dee was in a pretty foul mood. Allegedly, he was having personal issues with his wife or girlfriend. She adds, “even though it was only ten in the morning, I could smell the alcohol on his breath.

As the day wore on, he began to flirt with me. I tried to just laugh and brush him off. ‘On the last roll of film for the shoot, I was standing near him and was directed to sort of hover over him. He was seated behind a screen so you could only see him from the chest up. As the photographer started to shoot, allegedly, Tatiana felt Billy Dee’s hand touch her thigh. She thought it was just an accident and didn’t react but then he allegedly grabbed her crotch and held on tight.

A shocked expression flashed across my face and I let out a little scream and jumped back. Everyone on the set knew that something happened. The photographer stopped and fortunately said that we were done. I quickly ran off the set without speaking to anyone. I had been an admirer of Billy Dee’s work but I lost all respect for him after that photo shoot. I was hurt disappointed and disgusted by his behavior.

Like so many other young models and actresses, I was afraid that my career would be hurt if I spoke out about sexual harassment.

Another Gay Tell-All:

Former celebrity gay stylist/rapper Caushun (pictured above) is currently in prison on grand larceny and credit card/identity theft charges. His gay tell-all will coincide with his prison release in late summer or early fall according to a source.

Caushun was once employed as a stylist for "Source," magazine, his clients included: Jennifer Lopez and Mya. He also worked as an assistant/stylist for Kimora before she allegedly took out a restraining order against him.

Not only will Caushun out black downlow celebrities, he will also reveal gay celebrity hookups unbeknownst to the public.

Allegedly, Kimora Lee will be the only woman mentioned in the book. Her chapter will detail her private sex life.

Caushun is undecided on which name to attach to the already finished book, either: Jason Christopher or his real name-Jason Herndon.

If this book doesn't come out, allegations will persist that Caushun received a prison visit to negotiate a pay-off. This book is going to be explosive according to sources who have already read the manuscript.

In Related News (Backstory):

Caushun (born Jason Herndon 1977 in Brooklyn, New York) is an rapper, often erroneously referred to as the first black, openly gay male hip-hop artist to be signed to a major record label in the United States. He was said to have almost been signed to Kimora Lee Simmons' Baby Phat Records (the major label distribution status of which is yet unverified), and no record was ever released. Trained as a hairdresser, he worked as an assistant hairstylist to Oscar Blondie for Jennifer Lopez, Kim Cattrall, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Rosie O'Donnell.

In an interview, Ivan Matias revealed that he created Caushun and that he wrote and performed all of the work attributed to Caushun. He says that the Caushun persona started out as a prank when he and friends called into a radio station as a flamboyantly gay rapper. After a series of call-in performances that became increasing popular, he decided that Caushun needed a face. Matias contacted Jason Herndon who agreed to play the role of Caushun in public. According to him, Jason has no musical talent. After a series of arrests for identity theft and other charges, Jason Herndon was dropped by Matias' production company and both Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons have cut ties with Herndon.

1996: Kelly marries Andrea Lee, a choreographer and dancer from his stage show whose nickname within his inner circle is “Puppydog.” The couple will have three children, though they are very rarely photographed together in public, and Kelly associates tell the Sun-Times that Andrea is expected to knock before entering any room in their house when her husband is at home. In 2003, Andrea’s mother, grandfather and aunt tell the Sun-Times that they are upset because they are not allowed to visit her at Kelly’s Olympia Fields home, or even to speak to her on the phone.

Dec. 24, 1996: Kelly is sued for $10 million by Tiffany Hawkins, who claims she met the star when he came back to Kenwood Academy to talk to his old mentor Lena McLin’s music class. According to the lawsuit, Hawkins began having sex with Kelly in 1991, when she was 15, and the relationship ended in 1994, when she turned 18. (He would have been aged 24 to 27.) Hawkins’ charges are not reported until years later as part of an investigative story by the Sun-Times.

January 23, 1998: Kelly settles the lawsuit with Hawkins just four days after she gave a seven-hour deposition. Terms of the settlement prohibit Hawkins from talking about the amount, though sources tell the Sun-Times it was $250,000, and she is prohibited from speaking to anyone about her relationship with Kelly. Joavante Cunningham, who worked as one of Kelly’s dancers, later tells the Sun-Times that everything started going downhill for Kelly when he settled with Hawkins: “The brother’s got problems. He definitely has something going on psychologically. He should have learned from the Hawkins case and got some help.” Another woman, a friend of Hawkins’ who was prepared to testify in the case to being involved in a threesome with Kelly and the plaintiff, tells the paper: “I’m not trying to down him, because I honestly think it has to be a sickness. Looking at pictures of me and Tiffany when we were freshmen — boy, we were ugly little girls compared to what he could have had, so I didn’t understand why he did what he did.”

1999: Speaking to the Sun-Times several years later, a Los Angeles woman says she met Kelly in 1999 during the video shoot for “If I Could Turn Back the Hands of Time.” She was 17 years old at the time, though she did not have sex with the star until she turned 18 in 2000. Kelly never told her that he was married, and they began fighting as soon as she found out: “I do believe he does have a problem,” she tells the newspaper. A former Kelly assistant tells the Sun-Times that during this same period, the backstage area at the star’s concerts are often filled with underage girls. “He likes the babies, and that’s the sickness. He can control her and she doesn't know no any better.”

Early 2000: More than five years after the affair with his niece, Aaliyah, Hankerson resigns as Kelly’s manager. He writes a letter to the star’s attorney that says he believes Kelly needs psychiatric help for his compulsion to pursue underage girls. Hankerson has never spoken publicly about Kelly, but an attorney for Hankerson confirmed the substance of the letter in an interview with the Sun-Times.

Dec. 21, 2000: The Chicago Sun-Times publishes its first investigative report about what it calls a pattern of R. Kelly abusing his wealth and fame as a pop star to enter into sexual relationships with underage girls. The result of seven weeks of reporting, the story is prompted by an anonymous fax to the paper that reads: “You wrote about R. Kelly [in a review of “”] and compared him to Marvin Gaye. Well, I guess Marvin Gaye had problems too, but I don’t think they were like Robert’s… Robert’s problem is young girls… I’ve known Robert for many years and I’ve tried to get him to get help, but he just won’t do it. So I’m telling you about it hoping that you or someone at your newspaper will write an article about it and then Robert will have no choice but to get help and stop hurting the people he’s hurting.”

August, 2001: Kelly is sued by another Chicago woman, Tracy Sampson, a former intern at Epic Records who claims she lost her virginity to the singer at age 17. “I was lied to by him,” she claims in the lawsuit. “I was coerced into receiving oral sex from a girl I did not want to have sex with. I was often treated as his personal sex object and cast aside. He would tell me to come to his studio and have sex with him, then tell me to go. He often tried to control every aspect of my life including who I would see and where I would go.” The case eventually is settled out of court when Kelly pays Sampson an undisclosed sum.

April 29, 2002: Kelly is sued for the third time by Patrice Jones, a Chicago woman who claims he impregnated her when she was underage, and that one of his associates took her to have an abortion. The lawsuit claims the relationship began after Kelly met the girl in December 1998 at the Rock ’n’ Roll McDonald’s in Chicago while she was with her date and another couple on her prom night. The case eventually is settled out of court for an undisclosed sum. The attorney in the case, Susan E. Loggans, is the same lawyer who represented Hawkins and Sampson. She tells the Sun-Times that Kelly also settled with one other girl from Minneapolis before her lawsuit was ever filed.

May 24, 2002: Kelly is sued by yet another woman, Montina Woods, an adult dancer who toured with Kelly’s friend, Ronald Isley. Woods claims she was unknowingly videotaped by Kelly during sex. In the months to come, Loggans tells the Sun-Times that the singer pays additional sums to an unspecified number of other women who threatened to file similar lawsuits; terms of the settlements prohibit her from talking about the specifics.

Oct. 4, 2006: Henry “Love” Vaughn, a Chicago man who says he has been a “mentor and guide” to Kelly since the singer was a teen, files a lawsuit alleging that Kelly attacked him during a party at the star’s Olympia Fields home, and that Kelly reneged on an agreement to pay him for the idea for the song “Step in the Name of Love.” In an interview with the Sun-Times, Vaughn says that on the night of the alleged attack, Kelly’s daughter was dancing at the party: “She was all dressed up with tight jeans and makeup on, a seven year old girl, dancing on top of the pool table. It was ridiculous. She told my lady, ‘I’m having a show next week; when you come, bring $100.’ Nobody would tell this, but I ain’t scared to tell the truth. Shame the devil.” Kelly spokesman Allen Mayer says, “Vaughn’s story is outrageous nonsense.”

Unconfirmed Rumor: Rapper 50 Cent is making explosive allegations in his song "U So Tough." The lyrics imply that rapper T.I. snitched to the Feds to get a reduced sentence on weapons charges. People have always wondered how a convicted felon caught with weapons and silencers was just sentenced to 12 months. Media reports indicated that several silencers were confiscated in the raid which carries a 5-year sentence (on each silencer) and this doesn't include the weapons charges. Allegedly, people are whispering that T.I. may be wired for sound. 50 was instrumental in ruining Ja Rule's career, will this unconfirmed rumor do the same for T.I's career since the rap industry and urban neighborhoods despise snitch allegations?

Kenny Greene, center, (January 17, 1969 - October 1, 2001) was the lead singer of the R&B group "Intro." Greene helped form the group and he wrote and produced most, if not all, of the group's tracks.

Kenny Greene also wrote many of the songs on Mary J. Blige's "What's The 411?," including: "My Love," "Reminisce," "You Remind Me," and "Love No Limit."

The last time he recorded was early in 2001 singing background vocals for Tyrese on the song "For Always" on the "2000 Watts," album.

Sadly, his life was cut short by AIDS.

Here are a few excerpts from an interview (with Sister 2 Sister magazine) conducted in 2001 shortly before his death.

Jamie: Hi Kenny. You sound good.
Kenny: Yeah, You know I have AIDS?
Jamie: I know. How long have you been in the hospital?
Kenny: It's been a long time.
Jamie: What? A month?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: How long have you known you had AIDS?
Kenny: I've known for a long time, but it's just....I sprained my ankle and this ball came under my foot like a bruise and it just swelled up to the size of a tennis ball. It's called Kaposi's sarcoma. It's an AIDS related disease.
Jamie: How long ago did you sprain your ankle?
Kenny: Like October.
Jamie: So after the ball came up under your foot, what happened?
Kenny: I was walking around on it and I should've got help from the VA Hospital.
Jamie: From the Veterans hospital? Why? Are you an ex-soldier?
Kenny: Yeah. I'm not active now but I was in for three years. I was in the Army.
Jamie: You're kidding?! Well, how old were you when you just kept walking around on it?
Kenny: Yeah, I should've went to the VA Hospital and got it taken care of, but I didn't know what it was.
Jamie: Well, didn't it scare you?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: It did, huh? Well how did you get the AIDS? Was it intravenously or are you homosexual?
Kenny: Yeah, I'm homosexual...Well, I'm bisexual. I had two girlfriends.
Jamie Do you still like girls?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: Do they come to see you?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: Do you think you can come out of the hospital eventually?
Kenny: I transfer somewhere else when I come out of here, but they said it's going to take me six to nine months to recover. So I'll be in a wheelchair.
Jamie: What part of your body is affected now?
Kenny: My legs.
Jamie: Do you have sores on them?
Kenny: No.
Jamie: Well what's wrong with them?
Kenny: There's no strength in my legs 'cause I've laid in this bed so long.
Jamie: How did you get AIDS? Do you know the guy who gave it to you?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: Is he still alive?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: What do you want to tell people out there about the condition that you're in now?
Kenny: Keep protecting yourself with condoms and don't have unprotected sex.
Jamie: Was this guy that you were with a constant partner?
Kenny: Yeah.
Jamie: Is he in the hospital?
Kenny: No.
Jamie: He's okay?
Kenny: Yeah. He's a carrier.

Unconfirmed and unfounded allegations continue to buzz overseas (Italy) that Gene Anthony Ray was so broke at one time, before his death, it's no secret he slept on park benches when he arrived in Italy. Shortly afterwards, rumors continue to circulate that he made money as an alleged escort. Allegedly, he was paid well because of his former name status. During this time, Ray also roomed with a porn star.

Rumors are circulating in the ATL that a dirty south rapper recently got raped. We don't know if it was a gang rape or if the rape occurred in prison but our source informed us, the rapper is "not" T.I., that's all we know. We'll keep you posted as this story develops.

"Lord of the Dance" star Michael Flatley settled a lawsuit against a lawyer who, along with his client, allegedly tried to extort money ($33 million dollars) from the entertainer with false allegations of sexual assault, Flatley's lawyer said Tuesday.

Flatley sued former black stripper Tyna Marie Robertson (second photo) and lawyer D. Dean Mauro in Los Angeles Superior Court in March 2003, and the case was set to go to trial Oct. 22. Tyna Robertson is also the ex-girlfriend of Chicago Bears middle linebacker Brian Urlacher. The two currently have disagreements over visitation with their 2-year-old son, Kennedy.

The suit stemmed from Robertson's allegations that Flatley raped her at The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas in October 2002. Las Vegas police confirmed a report was made, but no charges were filed.

Flatley, now 49, claimed he and Robertson had consensual sex in his hotel suite.

Despite appearances, our source informed us, unbeknownst to the public, Lisa Raye and Michael Misick have "allegedly" been separated for quite some time but still make public appearances together. Lisa also owns two businesses in Turks & Caicos and has citizenship there.

The weekend of the alleged sexual assault, Premiere (Misick) hosted a party. Our source decided not to attend because according to her, the Premiere wants to be a star so bad, she didn't want to observe him backing it up on the dance floor and making himself accessible to everybody by giving them his cell phone number.

Allegedly, the party got out of hand and the alleged rape, took place at the party, according to the victim.

Allegedly, over the last few years, locals have become disillusioned with Misick's leadership but regardless, they have vowed to stand by him during this time of crisis.

Misick vehemently denies the rape allegations and it's rumored his brother, an attorney-is currently advising him.

Meanwhile, the FBI continues to investigate.

Despite maintaining a life of luxury (sprawling home with a pool, a Porsche and a Mercedes) in Dallas when he played for the Cowboys.

In 1983, Tony Dorsett and four teammates were mentioned in a Federal cocaine investigation. That year his wife filed for divorce and his father died of a stroke. The following year the I.R.S. seized Dorsett's two homes, and it was revealed he had lost $600,000 on an oil deal and that the Cowboys had loaned him $500,000 to help with the divorce settlement and the I.R.S.

Within a five year period, Dorsett's fiancee and a girlfriend died, no foul play was involved.

Currently, Henley is serving a 41 year sentence for trafficking cocaine and for attempting to take out a murder contract on the judge from his cocaine trial.

Henley was a sophisticated drug trafficker who seduced a Rams cheerleader and tricked her into carrying his cocaine across the country, a prosecutor said.

Tom Payne (born November 19, 1950) is a former professional basketball player.

A 7-2 center, Payne played with the Atlanta Hawks of the NBA during the 1970-71 season. He was also the first African American ever to play basketball for the University of Kentucky.

Payne’s promising career ended suddenly in May 1972, after police in Georgia arrested him after investigating several rapes in the Atlanta area. Later, he was indicted in Kentucky in connection with one rape and two attempted rapes. In 1972 he was convicted on two counts of rape and one count of aggravated sodomy in Atlanta. He served five years in prison in Georgia, two and a half of those in solitary confinement for participating in a prison riot.

Immediately after his release from prison in Georgia, Payne was extradited to Kentucky, where he was convicted on one count of rape and two counts of attempted rape. He served five years in prison in Kentucky before being paroled in 1983. After his release from prison, he attempted a basketball comeback with the Louisville Catbirds of the CBA. He also made an attempt at a professional boxing career, participating in five bouts. Later, he moved to Hollywood and became an actor, once appearing in Night Court, as well as a McDonalds commercial.
On Valentine’s Day, 1986, Payne was caught by Los Angeles police raping a woman. He was convicted of this crime, which also violated his parole in Kentucky.

Payne was released from prison in 2000 after legal wrangling to get his sentenced reduced. He hoped to move to Cincinnati to settle down with his brother. Instead, he was transferred back to Kentucky, where he faced an additional 15 years in prison for violation of parole from the 1971 charge. He and his family are fighting the courts to have this sentence reduced.

Adult star Taylor Rain (second photo) has never appeared in a scene with a black man and has said she will simply not do interracial scenes. This choice may be due to her father's influence and his dislike of interracial sexual relations. Despite this, Rain is allegedly close friends with rapper Lloyd Banks in her private life.

Rapper Juvenile (above) is in a "devastated" state of shock following the shooting death of his four-year-old daughter. The bodies of Jelani, her 11-year-old stepsister Micaiah and their policewoman mother Joy Deleston, 39, were found with gunshot wounds at their Atlanta, Georgia home on Thursday. Jelani's stepbrother Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr., 17, 3rd photo, has been charged with all three murders. Jelani was the daughter of Juvenile - real name Terius Gray - with Deleston. The hip-hop star's manager Aubrey Francis admits Juvenile is struggling to come to terms with the tragedy. He says, "It really shocked him and devastated him to the point where I've never seen him before. Right now he is relaxing and trying to grasp everything of what has happened." High school student Terrell Jr. remains in custody at the DeKalb County jail. In 2003, a DNA test confirmed Juvenile was Jelani's father and the rapper was arrested for abandonment of a dependent child.

Marvin Dawson, Monique's ex-boyfriend makes the following statements: [Mo'Nique] is an avid marijuana user, but she also did cocaine. And what's worse, she began making money dealing coke ... [After we separated] Mo'Nique threatened my life! She said if I ever told anyone about her lifestyle, she'd hire someone to kill me.

Marvin also added that Mo'Nique also cheated on her taxes. She would have people pay her $35,000 in cash to do a stand-up show and not claim a penny of it on her taxes.

A black physician with close ties to the Hollywood Elite whose father is the leader of Bermuda pleaded not guilty last week to sexually abusing patients. Prosecutors have charged Dr. Kevin Brown (above, background, orange jumpsuit) with 23 felony counts, including alleged acts against an undercover police officer (sting) and a 15-year-old. Eight additional women (former patients) have also come forward.

Brown, 37, remained jailed on $4 million bail.

His father, Ewart Brown, was not present but the defendant's wife was joined by a goup of friends and relatives.

If convicted, Brown faces a possible sentence of nearly 27 years in prison.

Brown's arrest last month gained widespread attention because of his father's position and his own connections with some of Hollywood's power players.

In May, Brown hosted a celebrity poker tournament at the Playboy Mansion.

Drug kingpin Nicky Barnes (above) reveals in his book, “Mr. Untouchable,” that a woman named Thelma (Tee) was his stand-up woman during his reign as New York’s biggest kingpin during the 70’s. Despite having a harem of mistresses and presiding over a multinational dealership that pushed drugs and laundered money with the efficiency of a Fortune 500 company. Barnes could always count on Tee. Not only was she gorgeous-when she revealed that she was pregnant, he bought her a Benz and set her up in a Washington Heights penthouse, all expenses paid.

Tee was the only woman ever present during ‘drug meetings,’ with council members and she would not hesitate to hide a small caliber gun between her legs, to protect herself and Barnes-if they were ever stopped by police while ‘ridin dirty.’ She was a ‘ride or die’ girl.

Once, while Barnes was under surveillance, he was hesitant to go pick up a car with a shipment of drugs in the trunk. Instead, Tee volunteered to go, since women were less suspicious. Tee retrieved the car and brought the drugs back to Barnes.

During this era, Tee was one of the few black women spotted in full-length sable coats, shopping on Fifth Avenue on a daily basis.

Tee also ran the drug mill houses, where they cut and bagged the drugs. She hired her relatives, mainly women because Barnes preferred women working in the mills. “If men work the mill, they’ll smoke weed, turn on the TV or drink. Takes twice as long to do the work, giving cops twice the time to bust their operation. But women? They just want to be done and get away.”

Tee’s crew routinely bagged 200 kilos per day with a street value of $20 million in 1973.

In the mid 80's, singer Howard Hewitt and his then girlfriend were arrested at a Florida mall by undercover FBI agents who had a sting in place. Authorities accused them of drug trafficking (allegedly, cocaine kilo's). On July 14, 1986, Howard was acquitted of all charges but his girlfriend was convicted and served time in prison.

Drug kingpin Nicky Barnes reveals in his book, “Mr. Untouchable,” that he enjoyed taking in the view from his private yacht, cruising up the Hudson as the sun set on Manhattan. Tee held the arm of his blue blazer and referred to him as Captain Barnes. Life was good, so good, that Barnes had safety deposit boxes at numerous banks, overflowing with millions of dollars in cash.

He didn’t plan to go down like Al Capone for tax evasion. Since the Republican administration provided tax breaks for the wealthy, he invested millions in FHA housing and got incredible incentives which allowed him to pump his drug profits into housing complexes and once the investment matured, Barnes ended up with millions in legitimate cash, this was the way he laundered his money.

One night, Barnes was arrested with a duffel bag full of money. The prosecutors made sure he stayed behind bars despite two bail hearings.

Barnes called Tee and told her to see if his friend Chuck Goldfarb was back from overseas. A few nights later, Goldfarb walked into Rikers, opened a briefcase of $100,000 in tens and twenties and asked for Barnes’ release.

Goldfarb was a major player in the casino business and had just sold the ‘Silver Slipper,’ to Howard Hughes.

Barnes was released that evening.

One evening, Joe, an old friend of Barnes approached him, he wanted to buy drugs, Barnes’ put him in touch with a man sitting at the bar. Shortly afterwards, Solomon “Solly” Glover came over to Barnes booth.

Solly was Barnes’ personal arms dealer, he supplied the Barnes crew with guns and silencers. Solly told Barnes that Joe was an informant.

Barnes contacted protégé and future kingpin, Guy Fischer. Guy’s relative was a cop and their source for information, he confirmed Solly’s story.

That evening; Joe was killed, execution style.

A Playboy playmate from Atlanta was arrested in South Carolina on drug trafficking charges after police say a cleaning of her hotel room turned up kilo of cocaine.

The playmate, Kia Drayton, 24, (pictured above) and Otis Leon Story, 33, also from Atlanta, were taken into custody Wednesday as they left their room at the Renaissance Hotel where the drugs were found, according to a North Charleston Police Department report.

Police say when they searched the gold Cadillac Escalade Drayton was driving, they found two handguns, a .40-caliber Glock 22 and a .357-caliber Glock 32. Police said they seized 1,138 grams of cocaine.

Both also are charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime. Their bail was set at $2.2 million each and they remained in jail Friday morning.

Drayton, the December 2006 Playboy Playmate of the Month, identified herself as an employee of the men's magazine during an arraignment hearing. A spokesperson for Playboy refused comment Friday evening.

According to the police report, hotel management called police Tuesday after a housekeeper found a brick-shaped package covered in duct tape in Drayton's hotel room. A hotel employee told police he opened the package and found a white powdery substance. Police said tests showed the substance was cocaine.

Police watched the hotel and saw Drayton and Story entering the room. The police report says investigators stopped Story when they saw him walk out of the hotel room holding a black duffle bag. The bag contained a white substance, according to the report.

Update: Kia Drayton's career is over and people have already started distancing themselves from her. She will also receive a lifetime ban from the Playboy mansion and the tabloids are currently on the case, focusing their stories on drug trafficking, gun running and Drayton's alleged bi-sexuality.

Drug lord Nicky Barnes (1st photo) had one of his women (Shamecca) meet him in the Cayman Islands. She managed to smuggle a million dollar in diamonds through customs. Barnes had decided to keep the diamonds in a safety deposit box in the Caymans in case he had to leave the States on short notice, he could start over again. Later that evening, he took Shamecca water skiing, cave diving and they shot underwater photography.

Afterwards, they went to the casino. While Barnes played craps, Shamecca had her eye on the sophisticates around the baccarat table. She told him, "I want to learn that." Shamecca was a natural and before long a crowd had gathered around her, she won $10,000. The next day, they added the money to the safety deposit box.

Later, Barnes had a idea. Why not buy a casino on the Las Vegas strip? He brought it up to his "drug council members." "We have to make investments! We're making too much to have cash just sitting around in safety deposit boxes!" Guy Fisher (future kingpin) spoke up and said, "Then lets buy the Apollo." Barnes got arrested before he could purchase the Apollo. While he was incarcerated, Guy Fisher (2nd photo) ended up buying the Apollo and renovating it.

Tatiana reveals in the book, “Once More With Feeling,” that she was hired to go on the “Bad” tour with Michael Jackson to perform the sketch from “The Way You Make Me Feel,” video. After one performance she had a idea, I called Michael and asked could I take the sketch a step further, he said, “Yeah, that would be great.” I thanked him and hung up. During the next performance, we embraced and shared a longer kiss; the crowd went wild! When I got backstage, all the dancers congratulated me.

When I got back to the hotel room, Michael’s bodyguard Miko Brando came out of nowhere and started screaming at me at the top of his lungs. “How fucking dare you do that to Michael! He yelled. “You bitch, you fucking bitch, what were you doing? How can you take advantage of him like that in front of all those people? He went on and on, obviously having no idea that Michael and I had talked beforehand. It seemed unreal.

Then Michael’s manager, Frank Dileo, walked past. After every prior show, Frank would tap me on the shoulder and tell me how great I was. That night he didn’t say a word but instead gave me the most evil look I have ever seen.

To this day I have no idea what I did that was so horrible. That was the end of the tour for me. I was not asked back when the Bad tour went to several cities. Sheryl Crow took my place.

I went home and cried. Michael’s mother Katherine was also puzzled by what happened.

Tatiana adds, she met Prince at her birthday party. She was taken at how beautiful he was in person, even more so than on camera. She asked him to dance, everyone in the club stopped to watch. When the party ended, Prince invited her for a ride in his limo. They rode around for a couple of hours, listening to demos of his new music. He asked her to go to his hotel, she did. At one point, while they were talking, Prince reached over and pulled her top down. She was shocked and said, “I thought you were shy!” Referring to my breasts, he said, “They’re so beautiful!”

Next he led me to his big walk-in closet. He had hundreds of suits in every color. It was 4.a.m in the morning; he invited me to stay, promising to take me home in the morning. I agreed and he gave me a pair of silk pajamas and he put on a black Lycra cat suit. We kissed and cuddled as we drifted off to sleep. After that first date, Prince and I went out a few more times. One time, he sent his brother, Dwain in a Rolls Royce to pick me up. I brought him a birthday gift, a belt that spelled out Gemini. Since I knew he didn’t like to be handed gifts, Dwain promised to give it to him later. During the next several months, I shared a few more romantic interludes with Prince. There were moments of passion but he never went too far (they never had sex). The closeness we had, however, was more important than sex.

We talked and talked, there was nothing we didn’t talk about, And we would laugh hysterically. Prince is wonderful but he is also eccentric. Along with the brilliance, there is a temperamental side and I’ve seen both his Dr. Jekyll and his Mr. Hyde. His mood could change at the drop of a hat. He’d be fine one minute, then dark, dramatic and withdrawn the next.

Prince and I lost touch for about four years. We met by chance one night at a club and started talking about an interview I had given to the Star tabloid during the scandal involving Michael Jackson and the underage boy. Prince was upset that I had spoken to the tabloid; he attacked me for my comments and he was especially bothered by a line that quoted me as saying that Michael would never get married. He shouted, “Did you need the money that bad?” Are you that poor-that broke, that you sell your story to the tabloids?

When Tupac was alive, reportedly, local gang bangers showed up on a few movie sets and demanded money from him because he was operating in their territory.

Now, we are hearing, allegedly, rapper Nelly, who is currently filming a movie in Hollywood is going through the same set of circumstances. Allegedly, a 'kingpin banger' and his set is attempting to shake Nelly down for the tune of $100,000 dollars if he wants to continue filming the movie in the banger's territory-in peace.

We don't know what Nelly's response is to this situation.

But, if true, don't expect an admission from Nelly regarding this situation, celebrities (especially rappers) never fess up to being extorted.

Brandy was recently awarded an undisclosed seven figure sum to launch her own record label. Her talentless brother Ray-J will be her first artist. Also, our "satellite-shadow unit," has unearthed Brandy's plan to allegedly relocate to Miami. Why Miami? It's harder to collect civil suit judgments in the state of Florida. That's why O.J. Simpson relocated to Florida but Fred Goldman has a relentless legal team.

Actor Darius McCrary (Family Matters) is allegedly using his 'has been,' celebrity status to impress women on online dating sites that cater to a wealthy female clientele. Wonder why Darius can't get a date in Hollywood?

In 2006, R. Kelly's cousin, Damon Kelly (1st photo) was allegedly featured in adult film, "Nite Lite...Day Lite," produced by Zaniby Media. Kelly played a strip club dancer by night and a call boy by day. Sex tapes must run in the family.

A former representative for the late rapper Eazy-E continues to insist, when Eazy-E was alive, he received death threats, and it was discovered that Neo-Nazi skinheads had allegedly taken out a contract on his life, for reasons unknown. The rep adds, allegedly, “The FBI never bothered to inform Eazy-E that his life was in danger.  It may have been because of the Fuck Tha Police song.”  This is the reason “Ruthless Records,” was protected by Isreali trained security forces."  The contract was allegedly cancelled after it was discovered that Eazy-E was dying of AIDS.

The late Rick James reveals in his book, “The Confessions Of A Super Freak,” that he often went out on midnight cruises in his Rolls Royce looking for fresh sex partners to participate in orgies behind the walls of his sprawling Mulholland Drive estate, where prostitutes and high rollers along with slumming celebrities participated in sex and drugs.

James often referred to himself as a sex athlete with an appetite for kinky sex.

He also reveals, when he was declared a rock star fugitive, he ran scared through the back alleys of South Central, Los Angeles.

James would eventually descend into severe cocaine addiction ($7,000 per week).

Former drug kingpin Nicky Barnes reveals in his book, “Mr. Untouchable,” that he met Melvin at the "Gold Lounge". Barnes claims that Melvin sold him some good cocaine and they became friends over time. Barnes adds, ‘the only problem with Melvin, he was never strapped despite being in the drug game.” ‘Personally, I liked Melvin. But he felt nobody he knew would set him up. He thought he was too well liked.

One time I met up with Melvin to shoot the breeze, he brought his baby boy along in a stroller. The kid was named Sean John Combs, later known as Diddy. We smoked and laughed and little Sean cried at the top of his lungs. I told Melvin, ‘your kid has a set of pipes on him.’ Melvin Combs would eventually pay the price for never being strapped. He trusted the guys he did business with and they were snakes. I don’t know why he got killed but it was this one guy who I tried to warn him about.

I told Melvin that dude was a treacherous motherfucker who would stab you in the back. But Melvin didn’t listen. He thought there’d be honor among thieves. Melvin was just too nice.’

Police arrested a married gay porn star; who also appeared in the 2006 Campus Hunks issue of Playgirl, he also worked as an exotic dancer and for the escort company "Boys Next Door.” He was captured along the Mexican border last week for the slaying of a wealthy Denver businessman. The alleged killer, Tim Boham, 25, (above) has appeared in numerous porn films and gay magazines under the name Marcus Allen.

The victim, John P. Kelso, 43, was found in the bathtub of his upscale home Nov. 13. His wealth has been reported as "sizable. "Boham was charged with first-degree murder after deliberation, first-degree felony murder and aggravated robbery. The two men reportedly knew each other. A motive for the killing was unclear but Kelso, reportedly often hired the services of males dancers/escorts.

Boham is reportedly married (and has a 5-year-old daughter) and was widely known in the gay porn industry as a performer who was "gay for pay.” Unconfirmed reports allege Boham was in trouble with the law several years ago for firing a gun at a business associate. It is unclear what wounds, if any, that person had. The Rocky Mountain News reported that a neighbor of Boham's said the former porn model "hated gays" and "sanitized" his apartment because a gay man once lived there.

Several Denver media reported Boham regularly disparaged gays as he moved away from the industry, but many who worked with Boham here in Los Angeles, both on and off screen as well as at least one magazine editor, recall that he was always homophobic despite his chosen line of work. According to friends, Boham had the right look but not the right attitude for modeling work. "He didn't like people telling him what to do. He seemed like an angry person. His opportunities were tapering off." Lara Holland, who lived in a Denver mansion on High Street in an apartment a floor below Boham, gave an interview. "Boham has an explosive temper and owned a large collection of guns, including a rifle with a silencer and a scope", Holland said. Boham, also picked fights over petty disputes with friends, she said. "He got into bloody fistfights," Holland said. He just had anger issues.

Boham told his family that he killed Kelso because he believed that Kelso kept $100,000 to $400,000 in his household safe. The Post reported that court documents said Boham planned to use the money to go to South America with his girlfriend, he told his mother and sister shortly after the shooting, the records allege. But Boham said his plan went awry when Kelso refused to open the safe, and there was a brief struggle during which he accidentally shot Kelso, according to the Post. Boham told his family that when he cut the safe open, it was empty and "so he had done this for nothing," according to a police affidavit.

According to Atlanta talk show hostess Alexyss K. Tylor (1st photo), "Jackie Wilson raped her underage mother, and she is the product of that rape."

This is not the first time rape allegations have been leveled against singer Jackie Wilson. Patti LaBelle stated in her book that Wilson attempted to sexually assault her until someone rescued her.

By the time Jackie Wilson was 18, he had fathered nine kids. Throughout his life span, he fathered 17 kids in total with numerous women.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — In 2003, former WNBA player Latasha Byears, above, who helped the Los Angeles Sparks to two league championships, is under investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a former "female" teammate, a television station reported. Byears and three men who have no connection to the Sparks allegedly raped the victim at a party and allegedly videotaped (cell phone) the alleged assault-following a June 5 game against the Sacramento Monarchs at Staples Center, KCOP-TV reported Tuesday night.

At 5-feet-11 and 203 pounds, Latasha Byears epitomized the power in power forward.

The Sparks waived Byears on June 10, five days after the alleged incident.

Byears pleaded no contest to reckless driving in 2002 and was suspended for one game. Later that year she was suspended for two games after throwing a ball at Michelle Marciniak's face during a game against the Seattle Storm.

We all know that Kobe Bryant's former bodyguard/fixer (Patrick Graber) wrote a book "Dead Women Tell No Tales," and in the book, he makes explosive allegations, accusing Kobe of trying to hire him to kill the girl in Colorado who accused Kobe of rape. According to Graber, the verbal exchange went like this.

Kobe allegedly told Graber, "The only person you deal with is Jose, the head of my security team. I want you to write a letter to me at the Staples Center. Jose receives all my mail there and reads it. He will then get in touch with you. This is the last face-to-face contact between us."

"I'll pay you $1 million dollars for the job. Just make sure she doesn't appear in court!" According to Graber, he was dead serious. Graber says, "I had seldom seen such deadly focus. This was the look of a stone cold killer."

Graber says he tried to reason with Kobe by saying, "I wasn't talking about money, but your security. If this girl disappears, a lot of fingers will point at you. I don't think it would be wise and I do not enjoy the idea of this Jose having such a potentially incriminating document, that I'm supposed to write." Graber was worried. He could not figure out all the angles.

"He isn't a cop, you know. He works for me," Kobe insisted. "That man is absolutely reliable, he wouldn't shit if I told him not to! He barked a laugh. At that moment, Graber wondered if he was actually out of his mind.

It was then that Garber realized that Kobe didn't want Jose to know they knew each other. Bryant obviously wanted to distance himself from his alleged hired assassin. By doing that, he would be able to deny complicity in the conspiracy. No one, not even Jose would know that Kobe had initiated the whole plot. If this blew up, Kobe would have plausible deniability. Clever. Make it look like his chief of security and one of his bodyguards cooked this up and sit on the sidelines. Graber was uncomfortable, he could have thought of a million things he would rather do than give this Jose a letter soliciting him for the murder of a victim.

Kobe startled Graber when he asked, "How do you like El Segundo?" He had never told Kobe where he lived. Bryant had obviously been researching him. He didn't like the way this conversation was heading. Graber's family lived there. Kobe added, "Nice schools your kids go to."

Graber felt his face get hot with rage. According to Graber, Kobe then asked about the schools his children attended. This meant he knew that Patrick's two children went to two different schools and this meant that Kobe was not bluffing. The bodyguard had never talked about his family to anyone even remotely connected to Kobe. Someone had to be watching his kids.

Baseball manager Tony La Russa was accused of being a racist in 1999 by baseball player Ron Gant, second photo. When La Russa coached the Oakland A's, he always seemed to have public altercations with black players, mainly Ricky Henderson and Ruben Sierra yet he always put Mark McGwire on a pedestal. He even went so far as to defend Mark McGwire of steroid use on 60 Minutes when McGwire couldn't even defend himself in front of a congressional hearing.

Also, sports fans were shocked when it was revealed that Tony La Russa has a pair of estranged daughters (never publicly acknowledged) with a woman he was married to from 1965 until 1973.The daughters, who are obviously now adults, claim La Russa abandoned them and never offered any type of support -- a claim the Cardinal manager denies. La Russa allegedly met with the girls only once since the divorce, in a hotel room in 1995 with lawyers present. Allegedly, these girls were so desperate to have their father in their lives, they went to court to try and force the system to make La Russa be a part of their lives but their suit was dismissed.

It was also reported in the bay area, Barry Bonds once greeted Tony La Russa on the field, La Russa allegedly turned his back on Bonds without saying a word. When confronted about the incident, La Russa denied the story.

Baseball slugger Ron Gant was quoted as saying: "Rickey Henderson didn't like him, Royce Clayton didn't like him." "He treated Ozzie Smith like dirt. Brian Jordan didn't like him. I don't know too many people who did like him." All of those players are black.

La Russa responded: "That's called unforgivable," La Russa, the St. Louis Cardinals manager, said. "That's lower than cheap. But I'm not going to sue him.

Gant would later recant his allegations.

In 2007, La Russa was arrested for a DUI.

A few years ago a "female" rapper (who's a one hit wonder) befriended a pre-teen girl after a concert in Chicago. The young girl was so impressed when she wrote to the rapper, and she wrote back. Over time they developed a friendship of sorts.

During this time the young girl was struggling with her sexuality.

One day the young girls mother came home to find her missing. She called the police. She tried to figure out where her daughter was. She decided to look in her daughter's diary, and figured out she was with the rapper.

The young girl finally answered her cell phone, and informed her parents that "She was not coming home." Her Godmother insisted on talking to the rapper, and told her in so many words that better put her on the next bus or criminal charges would be filed.

Alleged letters sent by the rapper to the girl are rumored to be disturbing and sexual to say the least. The girl won't reveal whether she had an inappropriate sexual relationship with the rapper therefore making it harder to press charges and thus far, the letters haven't been offered up as evidence.

Keep in mind, this is not a "famous" female rapper but she is very well known for one hit record.

We have also been informed that compromising photos of the rapper and the girl "may" exist.

We know the identity of the rapper, once everything is verified, it's a possibility the data (including a photo of the rapper and diary passages) surrounding this case will appear on our sky villa website. We will not feature a photo of the minor since she's underage.

We'll keep you posted!

Rock Hudson & Phyllis Gates:

We all know that actor Rock Hudson eventually died of AIDS and tried to hide his sexuality, early in his career by marrying his agent's secretary Phyllis Gates, above. But, new allegations have emerged, stating that Phyllis may have been a lesbian. In Gates' 1987 autobiography My Husband, Rock Hudson, the book she wrote with veteran Hollywood chronicler Bob Thomas, Gates insists she dated Hudson for several months and lived with him for two months before his surprise marriage proposal.

She claims to have married Hudson out of love, as it was later purported, to stave off a major exposure of Hudson's sexual orientation. However, after her death from lung cancer in January 2006, several articles suggested Gates was not as innocent as she claimed, and was in fact a lesbian who married Hudson for his money, knowing from the beginning he was gay.

Also, The book, "The Thin Thirty," chronicles Hudson involvement in a 1962 sex scandal at the University of Kentucky involving the football team. Unproven allegations of male prostitution are also detailed in the book.

Rudolph Valentino & Jean Acker:

In the 1920s, Rudolph Valentino was known as a Latin sex symbol. Rumors also circulated that he was secretly gay.

In 1919, Valentino married Jean Acker. Acker was a bit actress who was mainly cast as a favor to her lesbian lover Alla Nazimova. The three had become friends and Valentino appeared to be oblivious to Acker's orientation.

Acker was caught in a love triangle with two women, Grace Darmond and Alla Nazimova; both of which threatened to destroy her career if she left either of them. Seeing a chance to escape unscathed, Acker married Valentino.

The marriage was never consummated, with Jean locking him out of their hotel suite on their first honeymoon night. She later fled to Darmond's.

This is her story, and it will open your eyes to a call girl’s world never before documented—the expose of the “hobbyist” world of men paying for sex.

Recently, a popular rapper was allegedly involved in a car accident while circling the block, cruising shemale prostitutes in Atlanta, GA.

Last year, the downlow craze was in full effect among black celebrity men. Now, the ‘tranny trend’ has taken over among these same-closeted men.

I recently watched a TV show that featured a frumpy online ‘low rent’ white transsexual prostitute named ‘Melissa.’ She revealed that a lot of her clients were rappers.

We did a story a few months ago on the top transsexual black prostitute in the country, flown in by private jet to entertain some of the richest men in hip-hop and R&B at $5,000 per encounter, her photo also accompanied our story and she looked like a very attractive ‘biological’ woman. A New York paper picked up our story, dug a little deeper and revealed that one of her top clients is a black hip-hop mogul (who is currently involved in a relationship with a woman).

We have also been informed that a black male performer, known as s super freak offstage (in the bedroom) enjoyed being serviced (bottom) by a beautiful Asian transvestite despite being photographed with different girlfriends during his career.

Back in the day, a married championship boxer once discreetly dated a black transsexual prostitute. This boxer is one of the few fighters to still have money in the bank.

A handsome black actor who appeared as a cop on TV, also, had a thing for transsexual prostitutes yet he also dated women for public consumption.

A beautiful black call girl in San Francisco who stood 6’1 once encountered a black celebrity known as a ‘serial tranny chaser,’ at a private club. They exchanged numbers. He called her the following day and complimented her on her beauty. He then asked, ‘by any chance, due to your height, were you once a man? She said, ‘hell no.’ He was no longer interested and hung up in her face. This same man, despite openly dating women, is filthy rich and has patronized so many transgendered prostitutes over the years; that many have been able to pay for sex change operations and buy homes.

Our ‘AIDS’ infected actor is damn near exclusively into transgendered prostitutes and is a regular customer on the shemale stroll in Los Angeles on Santa Monica Blvd. He is also known in the ATL and is a frequent customer of transvestite prostitutes in Midtown at the intersection of Spring and W. Peachtree.

The demand has become so great for transsexual/transvestite and downlow prostitutes (among the hip-hop industry and athletes) that escort agencies across the country are opening a separate division to meet the demand. Upscale call girls make a fortune during Super Bowl and All-Star weekend. Now, you can add tranny's and downlow escorts into the mix.

Last year, our "sky villa encrypted link" featured a black singer with his "transvestite" girlfriend. When he was around his friends, he had his girlfriend dress like a male, as one of the boys. When they went out on discreet dates, he had her dress in designer women's wear.

Last year, we featured an article on Karen Dior last year, a adult performer (drag queen) who died of hepatitis stemming from AIDS. Allegedly, Dior was also a favorite among Hollywood men, black and white.

The majority of rappers and athletes are "not" bi-sexual or gay but a large percentage of them are.

After Eddie Murphy’s incident with a transsexual (Atisone “Shalomar” Seiuli), pictured at the top of this page (center). Numerous transsexuals appeared in tabloids and on talk shows to provide accounts of alleged sexual encounters with Murphy. However, allegedly, they later ‘mysteriously’ recanted their accounts.

Just as mysterious: Allegedly, transsexual author Candace Watkins published an obscure book titled "In the Closet with Eddie Murphy" that featured stories from Seiuli and other transsexuals who claimed to have had sexual encounters with Murphy, this book disappeared as quickly as it appeared and no copies can be found.

Seiuli's new found celebrity status led to several professional gigs after the Eddie Murphy scandal; after appearing in a pornography film, she discontinued her street prostitution work and became the "House Madame" at the illustrious Los Angeles nightclub “7969” where she performed erotic routines as a dominatrix with live snakes for celebrity audiences.

Rumors suggest that Seiuli was contemplating writing a tell-all book involving her encounters with rich celebrity men. Shortly after these rumors surfaced, on the morning of April 22, 1998, Seiuli was found dead outside of her apartment.

Despite a final autopsy report that concluded-she died from severe head trauma and multiple fractions suffered during an accidental fall. Rumors continue to circulate that her death was actually a murder (cover-up) orchestrated by a hired assassin to keep her quiet, permanently.

Nicky Barnes reveals in his book, “Mr. Untouchable.” Despite being in prison, former drug lord Nicky Barnes was involved with two very attractive black women, Tee and Shamecca. Barnes had one of his associates on the outside buy Shamecca a BMW and Tee found out about it.

Tee got a glimpse of Shamecca in a Harlem restaurant. She parked her car, stormed in the restaurant and gave Shamecca a beatdown. After they were separated, Shamecca left the restaurant, got into her car and drove off. Out of nowhere, Tee rammed her BMW, a full-on collision. The women got out of their cars and began fighting again. Bystanders had to break them up.

A few weeks later, Tee visited Barnes in jail and told him, “Your little bitch Shamecca was out with your protégé Guy Fischer, center photo above, at a basketball game. They were kissing and she was rubbing her fingers though his hair.” Barnes thought Tee was trying to start trouble because she was jealous until a week later, when a friend confirmed the same thing. Barnes also found out that Guy was hogging all the money from the other guys and had bought two Mercedes Benz’s, a Rolls Royce and a Lear Jet to take weekend shopping excursions to Paris.

To make matters worse, he found out that Tee was now messing around with a guy named Tito and this man had moved into the penthouse Barnes had bought Tee, Barnes was infuriated.

During this time, the DEA sent Barnes a manila folder. He opened the envelope and saw photos of Guy eating with Shamecca, kissing her and holding on to her at a basketball game. The envelope also contained the following information: In 1977, during Nicky and Guy’s Federal trial, although Nicky was locked up because his bail had been revoked, Guy was out on bail and Nicky instructed him to find out which juror had financial problems and offer that person $100,000 to rule in their favor. He learned that Guy found a juror, paid her off and instructed her to get him off, only. Barnes was furious and vowed to bring Guy Fisher down!

This was the moment that Barnes decided to snitch on his entire organization. He also planned to get back at Tee and Shamecca for cheating on him.

Due to Barnes’ information, everyone in the organization received indictments, including Tee and Shamecca.

Shamecca was out on $50,000 bail and was sitting at the Monarch Tavern in Washington Heights when a guy came from behind in a white ski mask, shooting her in the neck and the back of the head with a .45, killing her. Witnesses thought it was a black man who wore a white mask. Barnes says, they were right, although I did not order this hit, my nephew Mellon carried out this job. He got so entrenched with the Italian mafia and Shamecca knew a few secrets about his operation, he didn’t want her to rat on him or his Italian friends. When an Italian supplier told him, if he carried out the hit, Gotti and the Brooklyn crew would be endeared to him. Mellon jumped at the chance to impress Gotti.

Around this time, Barnes’ learned that Guy Fisher (the new kingpin) and the organization, known as ‘The Council,’ had put out an $8 million dollar contract on his life and his children’s life. Guy allegedly wanted Barnes’ entire family taken out.

Meanwhile, Tee pled guilty to running a heroin ring and got a 10-year sentence. She also turned over $10 million dollars of Barnes’ money to the Feds. Barnes’ wondered, where was the rest of the money? The money he left in hundreds of safe deposit boxes all over the world. He figured, Tee probably got greedy and kept that money for herself.

The Feds also told Tee that they would reduce her sentence if she testified against John Gotti, she declined, she was too scared and she remembered what happened to Shamecca.

In his book, Barnes also reveals, ‘The last I heard of Guy Fisher, he was carrying on a torrid homosexual affair with a fellow inmate in prison.’

On January 5, 1998, jurors acquitted actor Mykelti Williamson, above, of attempted manslaughter for allegedly stalking his ex-wife while living with his current wife.

Williamson allegedly stabbed his ex-wife and her male friend. Williamson is best known for his role as Bubba in the film, "Forest Gump."

According to an unconfirmed report, this wasn't the first incident that involved Williamson and a knife. But that's an unsubstantiated rumor. In the 1998 case, although acquitted of all charges, Williamson had to allegedly pay the male victim a substantial sum in a civil suit.

Williamson's first wife was actress Olivia Brown, pictured above. She appeared on the TV shows, "Miami Vice," and "Designing Women." After divorcing Williamson, she was once linked with actor Eddie Murphy after appearing in "48 Hours." She was also linked to Tomi Jenkins of the group Cameo. Brown made headlines when she bought Al Capone's former Miami estate. After "Miami Vice," was cancelled, she sold the home.

Rudy Houston first appeared on "Solid Gold," as a dancer. From there, he appeared as Janet Jackson's leading dancer in the video "What Have You Done For Me Lately?" above, and he also appeared in Pebbles' "Mercedes Boy," video.

Rudy sent shockwave's through Hollywood when he appeared on a talk show after undergoing a sex change.

Allegedly, he approached a female superstar he had once worked with at a nightclub (after his sex change) and started asking her about mutual friends, she asked, excuse me, but do I know you? He told her who he was, she was shocked as she embraced him.

Allegedly, Rudy moved out of Hollywood, whereabouts unknown.

Irish singer Sinead O'Conner came to blows with flamboyant musician Prince after he objected to her covering his song "Nothing Compares To U." The Purple Rain hitmaker wrote the song in 1984 for funk band "The Family," but it was only until O'Conner's 1990 version that the track became an international success. However, Prince was not happy she had covered the song because he had planned to give it to another female singer - and their meeting to discuss the matter did not go as planned. O'Conner says, "At the time he had a lot of female proteges and I had covered his song without having anything to do with him. "He invited me to his house in Los Angeles and started to go off on me for swearing in interviews. When I told him to go f**k himself, he got very upset and became quite threatening, physically. I ended up having to escape." "He can pack a punch. A few blows were exchanged. All I could do was spit. I spat on him quite a bit."

According to Margaret Maldonado in her book, "Jackson Family Values," her then boyfriend Jermaine Jackson didn't want her to forge out a career, instead, he wanted her barefoot and pregnant despite the fact, he wasn't allegedly, bringing any money into the household. Maldonado would go on to produce "The Jackson's: An American Dream." When the series became a ratings success, she got other offers.

One evening, allegedly, Jermaine showed up at a studio where Maldonado was working, he had their two sons in tow. Although Maldonado had left earlier, Jermaine allegedly screamed, "she should be home cooking their dinner and she's here working. What kind of mother would do that?"

Allegedly, ten days later, Jermaine made another surprise visit. When Maldonado left the studio, she saw Jermaine racing towards her from across the street. He seemed to be in a wild rage as he rushed up and roughly grabbed her arm, he then threw her to the ground. Then, Jermaine grabbed her car keys out of her hand. He jumped into her Mercedes. The car engine roared. He threw the car into reverse, hit the accelerator and in a fury, smashed the car deliberately, into a tree. Maldonado says, "He was totally and completely out of control." And then he screamed in front of our sons, "Your mother is a whore. All she cares about is money. She doesn't care about us being a family anymore."

Maldonado's recounts another incident when Jermaine lost his temper in public. They were attending a birthday party for a Motown executive, when suddenly, in front of everyone, Jermaine allegedly grabbed her by the back of her hair and pulled her through the crowd and out into the parking lot. He slammed her against a car and loudly accused her of flirting with a man inside the party. Maldonado broke away from him, jumped into her car, called Joe Jackson and told him his son was acting crazy and drinking heavily. When Maldonado arrived at the Jackson compound, Joseph greeted her at the front gate and asked her, "What did you do to my son?" Maldonado was floored. She and Jermaine would break up shortly after this incident.

In March 2003, Antoine Fuqua -- director of "Training Day" and "Tears of the Sun" was been sued by an alleged former mistress for threatening her and making false charges against her to conceal their affair from his wife, actress Lela Rochon. ("The Division," "Any Given Sunday").

Tanya Evans, a 30-year-old personal trainer and single mother, filed the lawsuit last Thursday in LA Superior Court. Evans claims that she and Fuqua had a ten-month relationship from spring 2001 until March 2002.

Evans was arrested for allegedly stalking Fuqua and Rochon. A spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office said on Friday that prosecutors later dropped most of the charges against Evans for lack of sufficient evidence. Evans was tried in November on a single misdemeanor count of making harassing phone calls, but a jury acquitted her.

Evans asserts that these were false criminal charges instigated by Fuqua after the two of them broke up. She says Fuqua repeatedly threatened her and her 13-year-old daughter and that even after her arrest, she received a threatening phone message from the director, saying, "You'd better keep your mouth shut. If my wife ever finds out, you'll wind up missing like Chandra Levy."

Despite this incident, the couple remains married and are the parents of two children.

In Related News: From 1984-1987 Lela Rochon was married to breakdancer and choreographer Adolfo "Shabbadoo" Quinones, pictured above in the black hat. The two met on the film set of "Breakin," and "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo." Shabbadoo is also a top choreographer and has choreographed for, Three Six Mafia, Madonna and Lionel Richie, etc. Also, before Rochon married Fuqua she was involved in a relationship with Michael Jackson's older brother, Jackie Jackson.

Fiery messages socialite Kim Kardashian left on ex-boyfriend Ray J's voicemail about his new love Whitney Houston have been sampled in a controversial new R&B hit. Kardashian, who appeared on a leaked sex tape with her ex last year (06), blasted Ray J and his new girlfriend in phone messages, which were recorded after the R&B star's voicemail was hacked into. Ray J explains, "There's this 1-800 number, where you can check people's messages through this spy company. I guess somebody did that. "Then they put a soundtrack to the s**t... and now it's going to be Kim dissing Whitney, Kim talking s**t to me about the bitches I've f**ked."

Former Village People lead singer Victor Willis has battled drugs for the last 15 years. He was a fixture in bay area crack houses and the "West County Times," newspaper once reported, allegedly, Willis was someone the police wanted to interview, regading the murders of two women, possibly as a material witness. Both bodies were found at a park located in Berkeley. As fast as this story appeared, it disappeared from the headlines without Willis being charged with any crime or being named as a suspect.

When Willis left the Village People, Ray Simpson (brother of Valerie Simpson from Ashford & Simpson) took his place.

In interviews, Willis use to brag about first wife Phylicia Rashad's (Cosby Show) alleged jealousy regarding other women.

Willis' recent bust occured when he was pulled over for erratic driving in a new Corvette.

What few people know, Willis can afford his drug habit, like Rick James. According to recent reports, though he's not publicly performed in years, the reclusive star remains the “wealthiest of all the Village People members due to lucrative royalties he still receives” from his writing credits for hits like "Y.M.C.A.", "In The Navy," and numerous other hits he penned for other artists.

Willis currently receives $1.5 million dollars per year in songwriter royalties.

HIP-HOP: CONFESSIONS OF A DOWNLOW BROTHER has broken one of the biggest stories of the year. Former MTV producer Terrance Dean has written a memoir titled Hiding in "Hip-Hop: Confessions of a Down Low Brother in the Entertainment Industry," which will chronicle “the author’s life as a closeted homosexual working in the film and music industry and his relationships with other closeted homosexuals-film stars, rap artists, and music producers."

Author Terrance Dean is a former MTV producer and the founder of something called Men’s Empowerment, a New York-based non-profit directed at helping men of color. When reached by phone, Dean declined to discuss the book, but a spokeswoman for the publisher said it will identify Dean’s closeted exes without naming them. “Let’s put it this way: You’ll know who they are,” she promised. “It’s a no-holds- barred look at Hollywood and hip-hop and who’s living on the down-low.”

In 1997, the very married former New York Knicks star Larry Johnson denied claims that he got a 26-year-old black model pregnant.

"All of it is false," . "Everything's untrue. People are trying to get money ... I'm not going to let none of that junk get to me and get me down. My family is my first priority." Nevertheless, Johnson's blonde wife was devastated.

The model, Laura Tate, a former Jet Beauty of the Week, claimed that she was six months pregnant as a result of an "ongoing, romantic" relationship with Johnson, a married father of three.

Tate is also claiming that Stacey Augmon, a player with the Portland Trail Blazers and a former teammate of Johnson's at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, has threatened her with physical violence because of her accusation. He allegedly indicated to Tate in a phone conversation that Johnson has asked him to "take care of the situation."

According to Harold Becks, Tate's attorney, Tate and Johnson had a romantic relationship since November 1995. She learned she was pregnant in December 1996.

The model alleges that when she told Johnson about the pregnancy, he wired her thousands of dollars to get an abortion. "She's Catholic, and she told him she can't do that," Becks told the Daily News. He said a representative for Johnson sent Tate $5,000 for the procedure.

Tate produced documentation for the paper showing that a Johnson lawyer had composed a draft agreement for a settlement of the situation. However, the arrangement fell through, and the model went public.

After Johnson retained the late Johnnie Cochran as his lawyer, this story disappeared from the headlines.

The majority of filthy rich celebrities (entertainment and sports) hire former intelligence agents as their security specialist/personal bodyguard. Their main functions, to do damage control in regard to scandals and to run background checks.

Patrick Graber, above, claims he was a former security specialist for NBA superstar Kobe Bryant has written an explosive book (Dead Women Tell No Tales) above, with explosive allegations, as follows:

Graber starts off taking on particular assignments for Bryant that didn't involve his regular security detail. He also alleges that he observed Bryant's bizarre infidelities first hand with several women at the same time.

Graber alleges he met Kobe Bryant in July of 2003 in a luxury penthouse where Bryant was allegedly entertaining two of his mistresses. This is where, according to Graber, that Kobe asked him to eliminate the witness in the Colorado rape case.

After his discharge from the military, Graber became a security specialist and personal bodyguard for celebrities in Hollywood. In 2003, he started working for Kobe Bryant.

On September 18, 2003, the LA District Attorney announces the arrest of Patrick Graber, accusing the Swiss national of planning to carry out the murder of the victim in the Colorado rape case for $3 million dollars.

In 2004, all initial counts against Patrick Graber are dismissed.

This photo provided by the Las Vegas Police Department shows Esperanza Brooks. Police said Friday, June 8, 2007, that Brooks, 36, a cheerleading coach at the prep school founded by tennis star Andre Agassi, was arrested. Police said 36-year-old Esperanza Brooks was arrested Wednesday night in a Las Vegas restaurant after agreeing to deliver three prostitutes and drugs to undercover detectives at a hotel-casino

June 15, 2007 -- LEGAL eagles are shocked that Las Vegas police have allowed the names of Miami Heat superstar Shaquille O'Neal and former President Bill Clinton to be dragged into a prostitution case.

An accused Sin City madam, Esperanza Brooks, 36, dropped their boldfaced names as she bragged about having high-powered clientele while being secretly recorded by an undercover cop, according to a Las Vegas police report made public this week by the department.

"These are not your average girls. Some of them have worked with Bill Clinton," Brooks told an undercover officer while assuring him of her girls' cleanliness, according to the Vegas police report. The Post's Marianne Garvey also reports Brooks boasted to cops that she had 40 women working for her.

A spokesman for Clinton said, "Apparently, total fabrications that get made up in Vegas don't stay in Vegas." O'Neal's reps failed to get back to Page Six for two days.

Las Vegas Metro Vice Lt. Karen Hughes told local TV station KLAS that Brooks "sold herself as being involved in high-end prostitution, which means the girls are very top-notch - dealt with celebrities."

But legal experts were shocked at the unprofessionalism of the Vegas cops for allowing the unsubstantiated and wild claims about O'Neal and Clinton to be included in public documents. "The Vegas police allowed a criminal suspect to defame two prominent men while she didn't even know she was being recorded," said criminal defense lawyer Ed Hayes. "This would never happen in New York."

Brooks, arrested with four other women, worked by day as a cheerleading coach at the Andre Agassi College Prep Academy, a public charter school the tennis ace founded in 2001 in the ghetto section of Vegas.

The two-week investigation ended when Brooks agreed to provide "blond" girls with "large breasts" to three Asian business partners invented by the undercover cop. The fee of $10,000 included a quantity of cocaine.

When the buxom trio arrived at a resort on the Vegas Strip at 2 a.m., cops swooped in and arrested them, Brooks, and another woman booker. Brooks is being held on $28,000 bond on 14 counts of prostitution-related crimes.

Sandra Rose ran the following story yesterday.

The National Enquirer claims Usher’s fiancee Tameka Foster, is an ex-con whose first boyfriend was gunned down in an execution style gang shooting.

Allegedly, Tameka, who is presently pregnant with usher's baby and set to marry him this weekend, has a sordid past she’s kept hidden from the R&B star.

"Poor Usher has no idea who he’s marrying," Tameka’s half sister Valencia Foster told The Enquirer. "He’s a wonderful guy- but Tameka is giving him a big-time snow job."

Valencia, 49, explained that Usher led a prayer before dinner, then turned to her and said: "’You know all the family secrets- tell me about them.’ Before I could say a word, Tameka kicked me so hard under the table she almost put a hole in my leg," Valencia said.

"Then she pulled me aside and whispered: ‘Don’t tell him anything.’"

This type of story would fetch between $5,000-$10,000 from the tabloids.

Rumors are circulating that Robin Thicke will perform at the wedding this weekend. Hopefully, the couple will have more than one minister administrating the vows because they will need all the prayers they can get.

Also, I hope Usher signs Tameka to a iron-clad prenuptial agreement.

In the 1980's, a few tabloids commented on Sherman Hemsley's private personal life. They focused on the 69-year old actor, allegedly, never being married or fathering kids.

They also focused on his much younger male friend, who at the time, shared his home. Allegedly, the two men had made a pact. Whomever made it first, would help the other.

A few years later, allegedly, they had a huge falling out and a few media outlets predicted a impending lawsuit but the story disappeared from the headlines.

In addition to his list of famous plastic surgery patients, Harry Glassman (Victoria Principal's former husband) received additional notoriety when he became tangled up in the headlines that swirled around the mysterious 1993 death of the richest woman in the world, ever, tobacco heiress Doris Duke.

Just a year before her death, Duke, at age 79, had a face lift performed by Glassman. Two days after the operation, Duke fell and broke her hip when she returned to her Los Angeles estate. It was Glassman who referred Duke to his friend Dr. Charles Kivowitz, the attending physician who classified Duke’s condition as in terminal decline and prescribed an IV of morphine which allegedly killed her, (after her death, there was never an autopsy before the quick cremation).

When New York Surrogate Eve Preminger appointed Richard Kuk, a former Manhattan district attorney, to investigate any evidence of foul play, he found that shortly before Duke’s death, she issued a check to Glassman for $500,000 as “a gift” and that the Chicago law firm Glassman recommended had charged Duke $9 million in legal fees for a mere 18 months of service.

In January 2003, Glassman was arrested on a domestic violence charge. On May 27, 2006 Principal filed for divorce from her husband of 21 years, after they separated in March 2006 citing irreconcilable differences.

Despite a prenuptial agreement and Glassman being a top plastic surgeon, Principal had to pay her former husband a $25 million dollar divorce settlement.

Victoria Principal currently lives in Malibu, with homes in Utah and Switzerland. Principal nets $100 million per year from her skin care line.

During her lifetime, Doris Duke was a friend to blacks. She donated money for black churches to be rebuilt when they were burned down by racists and she also played the organ in black churches across the country. Each summer, she made it a point to hire black youths to work the summer months on her farm.

Despite being a billionairess, Duke often spent time among blacks in Harlem nightclubs and she funded a chain of nightclubs for black singer Ada "Bricktop" Smith. Diahann Carroll's "Dynasty," character (Dominique Deveraux) was based on Bricktop.

Duke generated $1 million per day off her investments and Duke University is named after her family. She also donated millions to black causes.

The love of her life was also a "man of color."

According to "Dog The Bounty Hunter's," son (Chris Hecht). Dog is a different person away from the set. Hecht recently told a publication, that his father is a violent racist tyrant who got him addicted to drugs. "The Dog that people see on television is nothing like he is in real life." Chris adds, "I had a bad crack cocaine habit because my father got me into smoking crack with him and this led to me becoming addicted to crystal meth. He would take hits and hand me the pipe. To see him lecture people on not using drugs is a joke. Despite his tolerant nature on his TV show, he's really a bigot who hates African-Americans and gays. He used the N-word all the time and once told me, "Blacks ain't worth a damn. All they're good for is making white people laugh." Chris passed a lie detector test regarding the above statements.

In 2004, agents investigating Lionel Richie's wife for allegedly turning her bathroom into an illegal cosmetic surgery found syringes and $1.4 million in cash in her safe deposit box, a court heard today.

The money was found yesterday along with jewels and syringes filled with a transparent substance that is believed to be an anti-wrinkle drug, during a search of a box on which Diane Richie was the primary signatory.

The estranged wife of the Grammy-winning singer was arrested on Monday and accused of aiding and abetting her boyfriend Daniel Tomas Fuente by allowing him to inject patients with anti-wrinkle drugs in the bathroom of her home.

Prosecutor Joseph Johns told US Magistrate Judge Rosalyn Chapman both Richie, who is free on $32,000 bail, and Serrano, who is behind bars, had access to the deposit box in which the haul was found.

Agents found another $128,600 in cash in a separate deposit box that belonged only to Serrano, while a search of his car turned up two red appointment books and several used and unused syringes, the prosecutor said.

The findings emerged at a court hearing in Los Angeles at which Judge Chapman denied Argentine doctor Serrano bail and ordered him held in custody on the grounds he may flee the United States if freed on bond.

Authorities allege that Serrano, who went by the name of Dr. Daniel, charged thousands of dollars to inject clients with anti-ageing solutions even though he was not licensed to practice medicine in California.

In addition, Serrano - who is qualified as a doctor in his native country - administered patients an anti-wrinkle drug that was not approved by US drug regulators, prosecutors claim.

He allegedly used either Artecoll, a collagen solution distributed by a Dutch company, or Metacrill, a similar but cheaper substance made by a Brazilian company, court papers said.

Among Serrano's celebrity patients was Lionel Richie, who told investigators he paid between $770-$900 to be treated, and Shawn King, the wife of talk show host Larry King.

Both Lionel Richie and King told investigators they were unaware Serrano was not a licensed doctor in California.

In court papers, King claimed to have developed complications from the injections, including a lump that appeared on her lip that makes it difficult for her to drink or pronounce words.

Fellow Beverly Hills resident Ellen Levinthal developed "holes" in her face after receiving injections, according to an affidavit.

While Lionel Richie was having an affair with Diane (mentioned above) while married to first wife Brenda, pictured above. In 1988, Brenda Richie was arrested for spousal abuse, trespassing and vandalism after she allegedly discovered them together in a Beverly Hills apartment after trailing Lionel to the apartment. Brenda administered a beatdown so severe, it took three cops to pull her off Diane. Meanwhile, after the questioning, Lionel got in his car and drove off. Brenda wasn't prosecuted. Lionel and Brenda would divorce and Lionel would marry Diane. Lionel and Diane divorced in January 2004 after 7 years of marriage.

Margaret Maldonado reveals in her book, “Jackson Family Values,” that Jackie had become the first of the Jackson brothers to get a divorce. His wife, Enid had caught Jackie having an affair with Paula Abdul (American Idol). According to Maldonado, “caught” probably isn’t the right word. Jackie did little to keep it a secret during its long run. The affair came to a climax one evening in 1984, when Jackie had taken Paula to the movies at the Sepulveda Drive-In Theater. Marlon’s wife, Carol, found out about it and told Enid.

Enid drove to the theater and located Jackie and Paula. She yanked Paula out of the Range Rover by her hair and dragged her across the theater lot while Jackie tried to pull his wife away. Jackie was still trying to help Paula when Enid got into her car and put it in reverse and ran into Jackie’s leg.

The broken leg kept Jackie from performing on the Victory Tour. Three years later, the couple divorced. Shortly afterwards, Enid had Jackie arrested for violating the terms of the divorce. He came to the house and tried to use the recording studio he’d built. When Enid turned him away, he broke the French door leading into the kitchen. Right after the glass hit the floor he was in police custody.

Meanwhile, Maldonado (the author) who was dating Jermaine, says, after Hazel threw Jermaine out, he moved in with me and our son, Jeremy. When he arrived, he said, “I only have $300 dollars to my name.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Like all of his brothers, he made $5 million from the Victory tour in 1984, drove around in a Ferrari and had a huge estate in Brentwood. How could he possibly be broke? I was shocked by what he said but told him not to worry; we would manage somehow.

In the 80's, Rick James asked Prince to open up the "Fire Up Tour." James states in his book, "The Confessions Of Rick James, Memoirs Of A Super Freak," that he had yet to meet Prince. The only thing he had heard about him was that he was shy. James had hoped this was false because if he was shy, he had no business being out on the road with him.

James said he walked through the backstage entrance, Prince was sitting on his group's drums playing some bullshit beat. James sat down and began playing some serious stuff. He said Prince looked over at him and got his little ass up and walked away.

James adds, "Prince was just starting out and the first time I saw Prince and his band open for me, I felt sorry for him. Here's this little dude wearing high heels, standing there in a trench coat. Then at the end of the set, he'd take off his trench coat and he'd be wearing little girl's bloomers. The guys in the audience booed him to death."

The following weeks of the tour weren't very different from the opening date. Whenever I was on stage I'd see Prince on the side of the stage just staring and watching everything I did, like a kid in school.

One day I walked into the auditorium, getting ready to go on and I heard the crowd chanting loudly. I went to check it out. Here's Prince doing my chants. Not only was he stalking the stage like me, he was doing my trademark funk sign, flipping the microphone and everything. The boy had stolen my whole show. I was pissed and so was my band. This went on night after night, every show I'd see more of my routine. It got to the point I couldn't do the stuff I had always done because Prince was doing it before I came on. It started to look like I was copying him.

Everyone knew what was happening, his management, my management. The atmosphere backstage was not improved by the fact that Prince's band members were not on good terms with my band and my guys wanted to kick their asses. Prince's musicians would stick their noses in the air and not even acknowledge the Stone City Band, even if they were all standing together, waiting for the elevator. Prince's group was a bunch of egotistical assholes who never even played on a record. The kid did it all, they were just hired players.

One day, things blew up and management called a meeting. I told Prince's manager, that if Prince did any more of my show he was off the tour. Finally, we all met in Prince's room, Prince, me and our bands. Prince's band was afraid, very afraid. Prince sat on the bed and hardly said a word. He acted like a little bitch while his band and mine patched up our differences.

Soon after this episode. There was a birthday party for me. Prince came, he was sitting at a table with some people not drinking. I walked up to him, grabbed him by the back of the hair and poured cognac down his throat. He spit it out like a little bitch and I laughed and walked away. I loved fucking with him like that.

I always felt our competition was healthy, although I was jealous when he started getting big, more than jealous, I was pissed, because here was this little short ego'd out fucker who I had a feeling didn't like people of his own race and wanted to be white and taller. While on the road, I never saw Prince hang out with black men or black women. In fact, his demeanor was like that of a short uppity white boy.

A few years later when James was performing at the Universal Amphitheater. The second night of the show, Rod Stewart and his wife Alana came to the show. James decided to have them sit in front row seats that belonged to Prince.

From the stage, I could see Prince's attempt to throw Rod and Alana out of the seats. Alana told Prince to kiss her ass. Then, during a performance with the Mary Jane Girls, James saw Prince being carried around the venue in his bodyguard's arms just to get attention.

After the show, when Prince saw Rick and Rod backstage, he jumped over the stairs and fled. Allegedly, Rod told Rick, "I hate that little prick." Rick was pissed and called Prince all kinds of little bitches. Rick said, "Had Prince not jumped over the stairs and ran, I swear I would have kicked his ass."

James heard later that Prince went to see Michael Jackson's concert and tried to disrupt it. When Michael allegedly found out that Prince was in the house, he came out badder than ever and Prince left the show before it was over.

Rick adds, "I always thought of Prince as a great player and a very innovative person but as far as himself as a person, he could use a good ghetto ass kicking."

Mayor Jenny Bailey (right) from Cambridge, England is a transsexual who was born biologically male. She met her live-in partner, also a transsexual, Jennifer Liddle (left) during hormone replacement therapy. The couple fell head over heels in love and have been together for 15 years. The couple also own a software company.

Margaret Maldonado reveals in her book, “Jackson Family Values,” that on the surface, the marriage of Tito (above photo, center) and Dee Dee was the most perfect of any of the Jackson’s. The marriage came crashing down one summer afternoon when Dee Dee drove to their home in Oxnard. It was a beautiful place on the water where they kept their boat, a large cabin cruiser.

She was planning a surprise visit to Tito who had been spending a lot of time away from Dee Dee and the kids. When she got to the Oxnard house, Dee Dee noticed a friend of Tito’s on the deck calling to him frantically.

It seemed odd but she didn’t think much about it. When she went below deck she found Tito having sex with a waitress who worked at the coffee shop down the street from their Encino home. Allegedly, Tito made no attempt to apologize. Instead, according to Maldonado, Tito continued his affair and Dee Dee filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage and three sons.

Sadly, the man Dee Dee became close to after her divorce from Tito is now in prison for murdering her.

Celebrity sex tape broker David Hans Schmidt is in the recent issue of "Details," saying: "Jamie Foxx had explicit photos come out two weeks before he won the Oscar. 'You think he would have won if those photos came out? He won the Oscar because of me. We settled and I didn't release the photos.' In Related News: Schmidt was attacked at a Super Bowl party he hosted this year. A male guest assaulted him with a two-by-four, fracturing his skull. Speculation persists, Schmidt was attacked because he's involved in a deal in the Middle-East and Europe that involves explicit photos or a sex tape featuring powerful 'Heads Of States.'

Margaret Maldonado reveals in her book, "Jackson Family Values," although I had broken up with Jermaine Jackson, the father of my two sons. I was shocked to be awakened by brother Randy Jackson, who was pounding on my door at 7 a.m. in the morning. I decided not to answer the door.

Despite the amicable relationship Maldonado had with Randy, the only male Jackson I trusted was Michael.

After Randy left, I phoned Hazel Gordy (despite having a former relationship with her ex-husband Jermaine, the women were on good terms).

Maldonado was afraid that someone may have been sick or died because Randy didn't make social calls and he was obviously upset. Ironically, Hazel was on his mind as well, he had just arrived at her house and she put him on the phone. He said he had to speak with me, that he had something important to tell me.

My ex-boyfriend Jermaine had married Randy's girlfriend Alijandra. This act of betrayal left Randy emotionally wrecked, it also put an entirely different branch on the Jackson Family tree. Randy told me that Jermaine and Alijandra had gotten married in a secret ceremony at the Hotel Bel-Air with actress Della Reese administering the vows.

I was trying to figure out how I was going to explain to my children that their aunt Alijandra was now their stepmother and their cousins Randy Jr. and Genevieve were now their stepbrother and stepsister.

When I last heard from Alijandra she was living with her two children and Katherine and Joseph in a $40,000 a month home Michael was renting in Beverly Park.

Another new face at the Jackson house was an eighteen-month-old baby named Dante, whom Joseph brought into the family. While no one was claiming paternity, the baby called Jermaine 'Daddy,' and Alijandra 'Mommy' despite the fact that Alijandra had not been recently pregnant. Joseph remains silent on the issue.

During Wesley Snipes' alleged tax evasion situation, many media outlets reported, including radar that Snipes had alleged ties to the black nationalist group "The United Nuwaubian Nation Of Moors." His spokesperson continues to deny the allegations.

This organization is headed by self-styled prophet Dwight "Malachi" York, first photo. In 2004, York was sentenced to 135 years in prison for over a hundred counts of sexual abuse of more than a dozen children of his disciples and tax evasion. York was also convicted on multiple RICO charges.

Before becoming a self-style prophet, York was a singer, he once recorded with Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, The Delfonics, McFadden & Whitehead, and Evelyn King. The following claims by York have never been substantiated-He claims he helped write the following songs with McFadden & Whitehead: “Love Train” by The O’Jays, “Wake Up Everybody” by Teddy Pendergrass, and “Ain’t No Stoppin Us Now” by McFadden & Whitehead. But he did team up with Sarah Dash for the duet “It’s Too Late," and recorded with T.C. Curtis on the Hot Melt label in the U.K.

His case was appealed to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, but that court upheld the convictions on 27 October 2005. A U.S. Supreme Court appeal was denied in June, 2006.

The woman who wrote the "Get Money Handbook" for groupies worldwide is back at it. Karinne Superhead Steffans is back at it again. She has penned a brand new tell all book entitled "The Vixen Diaries." You gotta give it to her, she brings new meaning to the phrase "F*ckin for Tracks." In the new book she calls out the people who she has slept with over the past few years including Lil, Wayne, Ne-Yo and Bobby Brown. MTV reports that:

First, she talks about sexual encounters with Lil Wayne and even says Weezy told her about his relationship with Trina in the wake of their breakup and recent onstage appearances together in Miami. "He said he's not back with her," Steffans told King. "Wayne don't claim nothing. The thing is this, what I know about Wayne is, he told me he loved her and that he was good to her."

Her remembrances of Ne-Yo are a little more salacious. Reports about the two of them came out a few weeks ago on blogs such as, and Steffans basically confirms the rumors. She claims to have been given Ne-Yo's e-mail address by L.A. radio personality Big Boy with hopes of being in one of the singer's videos. Steffans said they met for the first time recently on the set of Fabolous' "Make Me Better" video and hooked up that night.

Superhead is also featured in the new issue of King Magazine. In this article she says that she thought Lil' Wayne was too young for her and looked like a monkey.

Twenty-two-year-old Kristin High (first photo) wanted to be a civil rights attorney. The former Cal State Los Angeles student and mother of a 2-year-old boy named Skyler had marched in numerous rallies against police abuse, organized the NAACP chapter of her L.A. campus and worked on committees to register people from her Compton neighborhood to vote.

Her burgeoning activism ended on September 9, 2002, when High and fellow classmate 24-year-old Kenitha Saafir (second photo) drowned in waves that were reportedly 6 to 8 feet high at Dockweiler State Beach just after 10:30 p.m. They'd been pushed into the water blindfolded with their hands tied.

Their families claimed the deaths were a sorority pledge ritual gone awry and filed a $100 million lawsuit against Alpha Kappa Alpha, the nation’s oldest black sorority, and against individuals who were with High and Saafir that night.

High's mother alleged that her daughter had gone through months of humiliation and that High’s would-be sorority sisters had forced her to act like a slave and called upon her at all hours to cook meals, paint fingernails, act as a chauffeur, do chores and braid hair. One night, her daughter came home bathed in green paint. Another time, her face and hair were coated in mayonnaise. High’s fiancé gave a deposition claiming that just days before her death, High was tied up, blindfolded and led into the water at the same spot where the two women drowned on September 9.

Currently negotiating to settle the case with Alpha Kappa Alpha, High's mother says she won’t settle till changes are made. She has asked for more oversight and wants the sorority to contribute money to anti-hazing groups. She also wants a 24-hour crisis line.

“Personally, I believe they are trying to sweep it under the rug and this is a method of trying to settle without people knowing the whole story,” she said. “I want change. And they are finding out that this will not silence us. Even with reform, I am going to make sure they stick to it.” She plans to write a book, tour around high schools to let students know about hazing, and help raise Skyler, now 4, who is permanently joined at the hip with his grandmother.

In 2005, actor Terrence Howard caused waves when he remarked (on the David Letterman show) that Hurricane Katrina victims were waiting on someone to give them something, instead of doing for themselves.

A momentary hush fell over the audience.  Howard has never apologized for his comments.

Perez broke the (above) impending scandal on actor Shemar Moore yesterday.

Although, black damage control expert (fixer), D. Campbell doesn't comment on ongoing assignments regarding his celebrity clients.

We do know that Shemar has employed Campbell in the past and we can assume that Campbell is currently working overtime to put this impending scandal to rest and I wouldn't be surprised if Campbell is also working on the DUI incident involving Moore.

Black Hollywood has D. Campbell on speed dial in regard to unflattering stories, fabrications and scandals.

Kenneth "Buckwild" Francis, a former host of Playboy's channel "Buckwild," above, center, was found guilty in a drug smuggling case and was sentenced to 11 years in a Federal prison.  During his defense hearing, Francis said, "He thought the models used as drug courier's were traveling to Europe for photo shoots instead of smuggling ecstasy tablets, he later found out they were smuggling drugs."   He added, "He got involved in the smuggling conspiracy because he wanted to eventually launch a modeling agency."

We all know that Porn King Artie Mitchell (above) was shot to death by his brother Jim in his San Francisco, California, house in 1991. When police responding to a 911 call by Artie’s friend arrived at the house they found Jim wandering aimlessly outside carrying a rifle. Artie had been shot multiple times in the chest and head and was already dead.

The Mitchell brothers had made a fortune in the pornography business. Both men were multi-millionaires and they also owned a popular strip club in San Francisco and had wild lifestyles to match their profession. Despite their success, the brothers were constantly fighting, often in violent physical encounters. Jim Mitchell claimed that his brother’s death resulted from one of these fights.

Jim was released from prison after serving 6 years for manslaughter.

What You Didn't Know:

Former Black adult star Heather Hunter was once involved with Artie Mitchell. Although witnesses say Mitchell was obnoxious, rude and belligerent, he was a different man around Hunter and treated her like a queen on a pedestal when he wasn't lavishing her with expensive gifts. They lived together for nearly a year in the bay area. They would eventually break up and go their separate ways before Artie's murder.

Update: Jim Mitchell died of a heart attack on July 13th, 2007.

The man widely believed to have killed Tupac Shakur has sensationally revealed federal agents tried to force him to incriminate rap mogul Sean Combs- and name him as the murderer. Walter 'King Tut' Johnson is serving time in a Virginia prison for successive armed robberies after becoming the first New Yorker to be jailed for life under America's 'Three Strikes' provision. And he believes he was served a harsher sentence than most because he refused to work with agents who were keen to put Combs behind bars. Speaking from prison, Johnson tells King magazine, "(I was told) if you don't play ball and you don't give us Puff (Combs), you goin' down (sic). "(I told them) I'm not testifying for anybody and I'm not testifying against anybody." Johnson reveals he and Comb's history began in 1995 when the robber was attempting to put his thug life behind him and work as a confidante to the rap mogul. He recalls, "I explained to Puffy, 'I can be beneficial to you. You don't have to give me anything - I have income coming in. I just need someone to educate me.' "Puff was like, 'Yo, I heard some really bad things about you.'" But the rap boss agreed to advise Johnson and urged him to study self-help book All You Need To Know About The Music Busines,"  telling him, "I need you to take this book and study it. Learn the book by heart."

Elvis Costello's success in the U.S. was bruised for a time in the late 1970's when, during an argument with Stephen Stills and Bonnie Bramlett in a hotel bar, Costello referred to James Brown as a "jive-ass nigger," then upped the ante by pronouncing Ray Charles a "blind, ignorant nigger."

Denny Terrio achieved notoriety as the dance coach and choreographer for John Travolta in the movie "Saturday Night Fever." He would go on to host the popular dance show, "Dance Fever." He sued billionaire Merv Griffin (former talk show host), the show's producer, for sexual harassment; the $11.3 million case was later dismissed by a judge. As of July 2005, Terrio was hosting his own Disco radio show on the Sirius network.

In 1991, Brent Plott filed a $250 million palimony suit against Griffin, claiming, "I gave him sex, companionship, emotional support and anything else he wanted.  I traveled the world with him as a sexual play thing."  A judge later dismissed Plott's suit.

Since Remy Ma has been arrested for attempted murder, for allegedly pumping two bullets into the stomach of long time friend and babysitter, Makeda Barnes-Joseph, pictured above, we wonder how Remy will plead?

Will the witnesses and the victim suddenly clam up (due to death threats and no snitching) to create "reasonable doubt," or will Remy be identified as the shooter in open court If she pleads innocent.

According to our law enforcement source-there is a possibility that video girl Gloria Velez will be called to testify in regard to a physical brawl involving her and Remy, which occurred a few years ago.

If so, will Velez "try to be down" and adhere to the "no snitching" rules that run rapid in the hip-hop community?

This encounter was so violent, that Remy came back a second time to continue where she left off.

This incident will allow prosecutors to try and prove prior acts of violence on Remy's part.

Also, expect a multi-million dollar civil suit against Remy, from the victim, Makeda Barnes-Joseph.

And, expect a depiction of this crime on an upcoming episode of "Law & Order."

Only a hand full of rappers are rich and Remy Martin is not among them. What money she does have will go towards her defense. This situation will wipe her out and she will be in financial debt for a very long time rather she goes to jail or not.

The real victims in this shooting are the victim (Makeda) and Remy's son.

La Joyce Brookshire (above) is the former superstar publicist to: Diddy, Biggie, Toni Braxton and Aretha Franklin. Brookshire also novelized "Soul Food," and she produced Donnie Simpson's radio show.

She was a mover and shaker, an industry star, until her world came crashing down!

Her deceased husband had ties to the music industry. She describes him as tall, dark and handsome, the perfect man, or so she thought.

Her husband, with the help of his family, concealed he had full-blown AIDS.

He would eventually die and Brookshire has yet to test positive despite having unprotected sex with her husband throughout their marriage.

Brookshire has since remarried.

Her story is documented in her memoir, "Faith Under Fire: Betrayal Of A Thing Called Love."

A student of Chicago-based producer/songwriter Steve "Stone" Huff, KeKe originally started off her musical career as a member in Destiny's Child, when they were still named Girl's Tyme. She first gained notoriety singing with MCA Records recording star Avant on his single My First Love, a remake of the lush 1980s ballad by Rene & Angela. The success of that single prompted the release of her first single Used To Love, which didn't take off. However, the follow-up Nothing In This World, her second time duetting with Avant, became a huge smash single.

By 2004, KeKe had left MCA Records and signed with Cash Money Records. Her second album, Emotional

Rollercoaster, was originally set for release in early 2006. The set's first single, Put Your Hands On Me became the #1 most added urban track to radio in April 2005. However, the single failed to chart or gain radio airplay and her album was subsequently pushed back to an unknown release date.

In 2002, on Christmas Eve, Wyatt was allegedly arrested for stabbing her husband with a kitchen knife. Supposedly, Shelbyville police arrested the nationally-known R&B singer for stabbing her husband Christmas morning.

KeKe Wyatt then 21, was accused by local Shelbyville, Kentucky (a town mostly populated by White residents) authorities of stabbing Rahmat Morton, then 28, up to five times with a steak knife after a domestic dispute at their home. Morton, also Wyatt's manager, was allegedly taken to University of Louisville Hospital, where he was allegedly listed as a patient. Wyatt, was not charged with any crime.

William (Bill) Tilden II (February 10, 1893 – June 5, 1953), often called "Big Bill", was an tennis player who was the World No. 1 player for 7 years, the last time when he was 38 years old.  Many tennis experts consider Tilden to be the greatest of all time but he had a dark secret.  Tilden was first arrested on Nov. 23, 1946 on Sunset Boulevard when he was caught placing his hand in a teenage boy's pants (the boy was a prostitute whose services Tilden had solicited). He could have been charged with a felony ("lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor"), but was charged only with a misdemeanor ("contributing to the delinquency of a minor"). He was sentenced to a year in prison and served 7 1/2 months.

He was arrested again on Jan. 28, 1949, after picking up a 16-year-old hitchhiker and making advances. The new charge could have been prosecuted as a felony, but the judge merely sentenced Tilden to a year on his probation violation and let the punishment for the new molesting charge run concurrently. He served 10 months.

In both cases, apparently, Tilden sincerely believed that his celebrity and his longtime friendship with Hollywood names such as Charlie Chaplin were enough to keep him from paying the consequences of his acts. He therefore defended himself in court in both cases in a far less than vigorous fashion.

After his second incarceration Tilden was increasingly shunned by the tennis world. He was unable to give lessons at most clubs and even on public courts he had fewer clients. At one point he was invited to play at a prestigious professional tournament being held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel; at the last moment he was told that he could not participate.

Although Tilden had been born to wealth, and earned large sums of money during his long career, particularly in his early years on the pro tour, he spent it lavishly, keeping a suite at the Algonquin Hotel. Much of his income went towards financing Broadway shows that he wrote, produced, and starred in . The last part of his life was spent quietly and away from his family, occasionally participating in celebrity tennis matches. He died penniless in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 60.

Minnesota Gopher cornerback Dominic Jones (pictured above) was charged Monday with third-degree criminal sexual conduct after investigators said they found cell phone video that showed him in a sex act with a woman who was "physically helpless." Three other teammates, Alex Daniels, Keith Massey and E.J. Jones remain suspects in the case, which began in April after an 18-year-old Freshman said she had been raped at an apartment complex near campus.

This same troubling subject is tackled in the film "Train Ride." Set on a black college campus, Katrina (MC Lyte) is date raped by popular student Will (Wood Harris) and his two friends. This movie should be mandatory viewing for females on college campuses across the country.

This disturbing subject has turned into a big money venture on the Internet where "black market" sites offer starving college students good money to film themselves having sex with a unconscious woman. Yes, there is a big overseas market for this type of film. Other sites offer men money to secretly film themselves having sex with their girlfriends. The victim is not even aware that her boyfriend is taping the encounter. And, women across the country have discovered that they're on the Internet, secretly taped by someone they trusted. This can affect relationships and careers. On college campuses, naive Freshman's (trying to fit in) are often targeted.

Women should never accept a drink from a man they don't really know. Also, if a man arrives carrying a duffel bag, prior to intimacy, lock the bag in the closet. And be aware of your surroundings if you're in a man's bedroom, hidden cameras can be hidden anywhere. It would be best to engage in intimacy at your residence, this way, you will have control over the situation.

In the film "Train Ride," the gang rape resulted in two suicides and one murder. Rent this movie today from or Blockbuster. Especially, if you have daughters going away to college.

Update: Dominic Jones (cornerback) was the standout player on his football squad-NFL scouts were courting him and  women were throwing themselves at him yet he allegedly chose to physically assault a woman, drug her and rape her, along with three of his friends.  NFL scouts are no longer interested and Jones and his friends have been permanently kicked off the team and they have been suspended from school.  If Jones is convicted, not only will he serve time, he will also have to register as a sex offender.  Also, the cell phone videotape showing the sexual assault was deleted but police technicians were able to retreive it.  And, DNA found at the crime scene is a match to Dominic Jones.

Fox sportscaster Bill Maas (first photo) often criticized Pacman Jones, Terrell Owens, Randy Moss and Chad Johnson for their on field/ and off field antics.  He often referred to these men as being "disgraceful."  He worked himself into a frenzy when he discussed these players, huffing and puffing, stating they were bad for the league.  Maas proved to be a hypocrite.  He was recently arrested after a traffic stop in Illinois where state troopers found a .22 caliber revolver, 6 grams of cocaine, 28 ecstasy pills and five grams of marijuana in his car.   Rumors are circulating that Fox will drop him from his contract.

We all know that safety Jack Tatum (Oakland Raiders) delivered a hit that paralyzed wide receiver Darryl Stingley (New England Patroits) in 1978 and that Stingley recently died from complications due to the injury but what few people know.  In an ironic twist: Tatum is allegedly afflicted with diabetes so bad that part of his lower leg has been removed and now he 's allegedly having problems with the other leg and may eventually end up in a wheelchair.  Stingley often said, Tatum never once visited him in the hospital (after the hit) nor did he ever apologize for the hit.

Gabriele T. Smith certainly came a long way in relatively short order. Regarded as a show-business washout less than a decade ago, she turned around her fortunes as a financial adviser: buying a $564,000 hilltop house in the small town of Pomona, N.Y., about 40 miles north of New York City; acquiring a black Range Rover to drive into the city; and indulging her fondness for trendy clothes and accessories that even extended to a plush Louis Vuitton carrying case for her beloved Yorkshire terrier, Dior.

Smith seemed to carry an all-access pass to rap music's circles of power. Usually decked out in designer clothes, she vacationed with the music super couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé in the Caribbean. She dined at Mr. Chow in Manhattan. She traveled in style to the NBA's All-Star game.

Smith had nestled so comfortably into the bling-encrusted embrace of the industry's heavyweights that she established herself as the money manager to the stars. At major investment houses and then through her own company, Premier Business Management L.L.C. in New York, Smith built a client list that included the president of the Def Jam Recordings label, rap stars like Fabolous and DJ Clue, and an assortment of wealthy young music executives.

These days, however, many of those same executives and artists are accusing Ms. Smith, a 35-year-old stockbroker and former talent scout, of running an elaborate hustle. In lawsuits filed against her and the banks where she maintained accounts, former clients say Smith stole more than $3 million, using some of their money to pay other investors and pocketing the rest.

There was speculation in rap circles that she may provide information in another federal inquiry, this one into suspicions of money laundering involving a convicted drug dealer, Kenneth ‘Supreme” McGriff, and the rap music label Murder Inc. Ms. Smith's company managed a bank account from which it paid business and personal expenses "on behalf of" Mr. McGriff, according to a document filed by prosecutors. But Smith wasn’t essential in the conviction of McGriff. While the various civil and criminal cases inch through the courts, Smith's former clients say they are angry, embarrassed and trying to figure out: How could she have bamboozled some of the savviest players in hip-hop?

*I don't know if the following outrageous allegation is true. Keep in mind, James had an intense dislike for Prince.

Rick James makes the following allegation in his book, "Memoirs Of A Super Freak," on page 255.

Rick says, "I had read an interview in "Rolling Stone," magazine where Prince said Eddie Murphy wanted him to produce his record. I though "Uh-oh, too bad for Eddie." The last thing he needed was to end up sounding like a sterile Prince clone."

"One day Eddie called me and asked me to produce him. I asked, what happened to Prince?" Eddie "allegedly" told James he'd met with Prince and wasn't comfortable working with him.

Rick laughed and asked him what he met by that. According to Rick, Eddie allegedly said, 'Prince kept staring into his eyes during a meeting about the album.' Rick adds, 'Eddie also said that once Prince quietly stared at him while putting his fingers in his drink and then licking them. Eddie allegedly said, "Fuck it."

*I don't know if this story is true but it's funny as hell.

Michael Vick:

Michael and Marcus Vick seem to have a dark cloud hanging over their heads. Over a year ago, Michael was sued for herpes transmission, without admitting guilt, the case was settled out of court.

Now, Michael is accused of hosting illegal dog fighting events at his mansion. Witnesses are coming forward, stating: Michael is a regular ptron at dog fighting gatherings across the country. Betting upwards to $40,000 per fight. These fights are also videotaped and sold on "black market" websites or through underground channels.

Authorities allege that "Bad Newz Kennels," the company that allegedly provides dogs for these events, travel by caravan from state to state, breaking inter-state laws and operating as a criminal organization.

Possible "RICO" laws (normally used against the mob) may be forthcoming.

The judge in this case is widely known as a "no nonsense" judge and Federal court cases have a 95 percent conviction rate.

Vick will be suspended for the upcoming season with pay.

If he's found guilty of any of these charges or if he accepts a plea bargain. Either way, he will be banished from the NFL for life.

Marcus Vick:

Marcus Vick is the younger brother of Michael Vick. He played quarterback collegiately at Virginia Tech, but was dismissed from its football program "due to a cumulative effect of legal infractions and unsportsmanlike play." Marcus Vick has been involved in multiple traffic and minor criminal violations in Virginia resulting in convictions, and as of June 4, 2007, was the defendant in a civil lawsuit on behalf of a 17-year old girl alleging they had a nearly two-year long sexual relationship and that Marcus Vick offered to provide her alcohol and marijuana and asked her to have sex with other men.

During the 2006 Gator Bowl on January 2, 2006, Vick once again courted controversy when he violently stomped on the leg of University of Louisville defensive end Elvis Dumervil with his foot. Following the game Vick claimed the incident was accidental and asserted he apologized to Dumervil after the game.

However, Dumervil and Louisville coaches all said that Vick didn't even talk to Dumervil after the game. With three days of expulsion from Virginia Tech, Marcus Vick became involved in another incident resulting in criminal charges, this time back home in Hampton Roads. The result in court was yet another misdemeanor conviction, but only suspended jail time. He also subsequently became the target of a civil lawsuit which had not been resolved as of June 8, 2007.

On January 9, 2006, he was charged with three counts of brandishing a firearm, a Class One misdemeanor, in Suffolk, Virginia. A police report stated that he allegedly pointed a gun at a 17-year-old and at least two of his friends in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in the 6200 block of Town Point Road in Suffolk. Marcus Vick was convicted and received a six month suspended sentence for this incident.

On December 14, 2006, a 17-year old girl from Montgomery County, Virginia, filed a civil lawsuit against Marcus Vick accusing him of sexual battery upon a minor, fraud, and additional charges. In the lawsuit, seeking $6.3 million, an unnamed girl claims that when she was 15 (below the legal age of consent in Virginia) and was student in high school, she engaged in a sexual relationship with Vick, who was 20 years old, over a nearly two year long period.

Vick declared his eligibility for the NFL draft on January 7, 2006. Before the 2006 NFL Draft, he told ESPN's Michael Smith that he considered himself a better quarterback than both Matt Leinart and Jay Cutler.

In the 2006 NFL draft, Vick went undrafted. Many of the NFL's scouts questioned his attitude and his ability to avoid future troubles on and off the field.

Vick attended a Miami Dolphins rookie free agent minicamp after the draft, and was subsequently signed to a free agent contract as a "wide receiver/quarterback/specialist," for league minimum pay, by the Dolphins. He was released on September 2, 2006 and is no longer in pro football.

Last week, a very disgusted politician, Robert Byrd (above) called the activities described in the Vick case "sadistic," and "barbaric."

Although I am a animal lover and I don't agree with dog fighting. What I find interesting is-Senator Byrd also has some sadistic activities in his background, below:

In 1942, a 24-year-old Byrd joined the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), whose parades in Matoaka, West Virginia, he had witnessed in his childhood. He was unanimously elected "Exalted Cyclops," or leader, of his local chapter.

Byrd, in his autobiography, attributed the beginnings of his political career to this incident, although he lamented that they involved the Klan. According to Byrd's recollection, Klan official Joel L. Baskin told him "You have a talent for leadership, Bob ... The country needs young men like you in the leadership of the nation."

Byrd recalls that "suddenly lights flashed in my mind! Someone important had recognized my abilities. I was only 23 or 24, and the thought of a political career had never struck me. But strike me that night, it did."

He participated in the KKK during World War II, holding the titles Kleagle (recruiter) and "Exalted Cyclops."

Byrd commented on the 1945 controversy about racially integrating the military. Byrd, when he was 28 years old, wrote to segregationist Senator Theodore Bilbo, of Mississippi, vowing never to serve in such a military:

Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.

He had earlier written Bilbo "I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side."

The domestic and overseas tabloids are running stories on former prostitute Divine Brown's financial turnaround. Apparently, she earned $1.6 million in income during the Hugh Grant scandal. She bought a Hollywood Hills home with a Rolls Royce and Mercedes in the driveway. She also sent her children to private school and she shopped on Rodeo Drive.

Despite this good fortune, rumors also circulated that she was still allegedly prostituting, dividing her time between Las Vegas brothels and a Los Angeles high rise but we don't know how true this rumor is.

Divine is currently engaged to a unidentified man who heads his own record label.

The 1980's were lean years for Billy Preston. Although he had a hit single in 1980 with Syreeta Wright with the ballad "With You I'm Born Again" that reached number four on the charts. He was arrested and convicted for insurance fraud after setting fire to his own house in Los Angeles, and he was treated for alcohol and cocaine addictions. In 1991 he entered no-contest pleas to the cocaine and assault charges. He was sentenced to nine months at a drug rehabilitation center and three months of house arrest.

Online predators have become sophisticated.  They now register their IP numbers (used to trace your computer by authorities) with offshore IP companies.  These companies don't honor American subpoenas, allowing the predators to run wild in cyberspace.

Below are excerpts from an upcoming book, "Yesterday's Shame: The Atlanta Child Murders," by Derrick Lyle. This book is slated for a 2008-2009 release and will shed new insight into the "Atlanta Child Murders."

Jamie Brooks and Calvin Smith - both are strongly implicated in the murder-of victim Clifford Jones, as eyewitness Freddie Cosby told authorities the duo sodomized and strangled the young boy. Brooks was arrested in 1981 for a sexual assault, around the same time as Wayne Williams. He died in prison of AIDS around 1985.

Thomas "Uncle Tom" Terrell and Larry Marshall - were linked to a homosexual "brothel" that rested along Gray Street in downtown Atlanta. Several of the male victims were connected to these two sex offenders. In the spring of 1981, an associate and neighbor named Jerry Thornton told authorities that at least 10 of the eventual murder victims were in the presence of Terrell and Marshall. Despite evidence ruling them out as murderers, they remain as suspects in the eyes of many, including Chet Dettlinger and Jeff Prugh - co-authors of "The List." Then you have the strange scenario of the House on Gray Street. The Internet is abuzz with theories, but Tom Terrell was at the time a 63 year-old man and serial pedophile. He was black, as was associate 34 year-old Larry Marshall. The house on Gray Street was a notorious hangout for pedophile/homosexual activity. On camera (local WSB-TV and ABC) Terrell admits to sleeping with eventual victim Timothy Hill. Authorities never admit that a ring existed, but evidence points to such. Both men were incarcerated around the same time Williams was - Marshall for armed robbery in Hartford, Connecticut; and Terrell for sodomy charges. Apparently, both the known house and another home Terrell owned along Gray Street burned to the ground.

Ricky Hawkins - tagged by Wayne Williams' defense attorney, Hawkins was fingered as a likely suspect in the murders. He is a pedophile currently serving time in a Georgia prison. He knew several of the victims, and lived around the vicinity of the killings when they occurred. As it turns out, he was the leading suspect of Louis Graham's 2005 reinvestigation. However, he was interviewed way back in 1981, and despite being a pedophile, was ruled out because of insufficient evidence.

As of an Atlanta Journal-Constitution report from August 2nd of 2007, Wayne Williams has had another setback this summer in the DNA trace: the latest test could not exclude him as a likely suspect. DNA from the body of victim Patrick Baltazar has pointed to Williams as his likely killer.

Actor Jonathan Brandis (Seaquest TV series) and Tatyana Ali (Fresh Prince Of Bel Air) were one of the first interracial couples in young Hollywood. Brandis was devastated when they broke up, he was also upset about his acting career slowing down.

On November 11, 2003, at about 11:40 p.m., a friend of Jonathan Brandis called police to report that the actor had attempted suicide at his apartment, located in the 600 block of Detroit Avenue. Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire department responded and transported Brandis to Cedars Sinai Medical Center where he eventually died from his injuries. Brandis' death was announced by hospital staff on November 12, 2003, at about 2:45 p.m."

Brandis died from hanging himself. According to his mother, he went out to dinner with friends, then they went back to his apartment at 650 S. Detroit St. His friends reported that he seemed to be agitated and pacing around quite a bit. He left the room and, approximately 15 minutes later, one of his friends went looking for him and found him hanging by a nylon rope in the second floor hallway of his building. His friends cut him down and called paramedics. Despite all efforts to revive him, he was later pronounced dead. The Los Angeles Police Department released a statement regarding his death:

Brandis apparently did not leave a note of any kind. His family was devastated upon receiving news of his death. He had no known personal problems, except for the fact that he was usually quite hard on himself. According to his mother, he had no prior suicide attempts, drank socially and had quit smoking two years prior. Brandis' mother questioned whether his use of the acne drug Accutane may be to blame, citing that one of the clinical side effects was reported to cause psychosis and suicide. In a "People" magazine article, friends were quoted as saying he was lonely and depressed about his lagging career. One friend admitted that Brandis drank heavily, and had even mentioned that he might kill himself. He was also said to be upset when his appearance in "Hart's War," a role he hoped would be his comeback, was cut from the film.

A Louisiana radio personality who inspired Hurricane Chris' hit single "A Bay Bay" has reportedly been arrested in connection with a rape investigation.

According to the Shreveport Times, DJ HollyHood Bay Bay (born Terrance Stewart), first photo, was arrested Monday afternoon (August 6) and charged with one count of simple rape and intimidation of a witness.

Authorities said a woman was found lying drunk and unconscious about 4 a.m. Thursday (August 2) on the second floor of a night club called "Kokopelli's." Police believe the unidentified woman was raped late Wednesday or early Thursday.

"I'm not sure if the sexual assault happened after she was drunk or before she got drunk," Shreveport police spokeswoman Kacee Hargrave told The Times. "We are continuing our investigation, more arrests are possible."

Backstory: DJ Hollywood Bay Bay has drama surrounding him at every turn. Allegedly, this former male stripper who dresses very young (jerseys, caps, sagging jeans) is allegedly in his late 30's or early 40's and allegations persist that he has "baby mama drama" throughout the state of Louisiana. This womanizer allegedly has 8-10 children with as many different women and the women claim, they are unable to collect child support. Rumors are also circulating, that a "date rape" drug 'may' have been involved in the crime. That angle is currently being investigated.

'Bay Bay' is the most popular on-air personality in Shreveport and he's treated like a local celebrity with women throwing themselves at him on a regular basis. Also, women have been known to fight in the street over him.

Investigators are seeking Ronald "DJ Ron" Johnson, 34, (2nd photo) of Shreveport, on a warrant for simple rape in the assault. Johnson was expected to turn himself into police this evening but failed to appear.

Philadelphia's "Black Mafia," carried out the 'Hanafi Murders.' This crime received national media attention. The site of the crime was Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's townhouse in Washington D.C. on January 18, 1973. The hit squad murdered 7 Hanafi Muslims. Two adults and five children (aged 9 days to 10-years old). The adults and one child were shot while the other children were drowned. The intended target of this crime was Hamaas Abdul Khaalis. Khaalis was targeted because of a letter he had written claiming that Elijah Muhammad was a false prophet.

Jonathan Babineaux (above) was arrested in February of this year on a charge of felony animal cruelty. Apparently, after a fight with his girlfriend, Babineaux took her pit bull and beat it to death with his bare hands.

Babineaux is currently in the Falcons pre-season camp, obviously keeping a low profile.

The key witness against Jacob "The Jeweler" Arabov may be Damon Thomas (former husband of Kim Kardashian), first photo.

Thomas is a music producer (The Underdogs) who has worked with Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, and Mary J. Blige. Thomas also recently co-produced the "Dreamgirls" soundtrack album and will soon enter the studio to record Whitney Houston's comeback album.

According to the government brief, Thomas initially balked at testifying last May, but relented when presented with a judicial compulsion order. Thomas then told grand jurors that he met Arabov in 2004 through BMF leader Terry Flenory, third photo. During a 2005 meeting at Arabov's residence, Thomas testified, he agreed to sign a fraudulent document (prepared by the jeweler) in a bid to help recover about $1 million in jewelry that had been seized from "Black Mafia Family" (BMF) leaders during a police traffic stop. He also testified that other documents prepared by Arabov and presented to federal drug agents were misleading or "completely false."

Arabov, who has been accused of failing to report to the Internal Revenue Service cash transactions exceeding $10,000, faces a maximum of 20 years in prison if convicted of money laundering.

Allegedly, in a recent interview, Karrine Steffans made the following statement: "I will release the sex tapes when the time is right."

We reported last year that Karrine has over 100 sex tapes tucked away in a safety deposit box.

If and when she ever runs out of tell-all material, she will probably release the tapes. These tapes allegedly feature some of the most famous men in the entertainment field.

She has a few options. She can contact a "sex tape broker" named Hans to do her negotiating. This man is very connected to the tabloids and video webmasters and he's responsible for negotiating lucrative deals regarding the Pamela Lee and Paris Hilton sex tapes.

And/or, Karrine can sell the tape, frame by frame to the tabloids for an astronomical fee and she can also charge a "viewing fee" for people to view the tapes online.

Either way, she will make a fortune.

I heard a rumor last year that there is another sex tape in existence featuring Ray J. (Not the tape with him and Kim Kardashian).

When I heard the description of this particular tape, I didn't believe the rumor.

Now, several people are confirming this rumor. There is indeed a second sex tape featuring Ray J.

Ray J. better hope and pray that this tape never gets released, if the rumors are true.

Steve "Mustafah" Muhammad's (above) pregnant wife, Nicole, died on November 7, 1999, losing her baby. It became publicly known that Steve Muhammad had been arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery on his wife on October 28, 10 days before her death. Though cleared of any wrong doing in her actual death, Muhammad was unable to refute testimony from his six-year-old stepson, and was convicted November 8, 2000 of one count of domestic battery for beating his pregnant wife. "I wanted to stop daddy from hurting my mommy," Eric testified.  Eric tried to defend his mother with his plastic baseball bat. Judge Evan Goodman sentenced Muhammad to one year in jail, which he suspended, and to one year's probation. He also ordered Muhammad to undergo 12 weeks of domestic violence counseling and to perform 32 hours of community service.  Due to public outcry, the team released Muhammad.

Big Tigger is telling friends that he's filing a lawsuit for slander against the individual who started the rumor-that he and male model Tyson Beckford were gay once lovers. Also, Tyson's friends are urging him to follow suit. It will be interesting to see the outcome of this ordeal. Will Tigger really follow through?

The following transpired on the Jamie Foxx radio show (Foxxhole). Karrine said she saw Tigger in a hotel room with another man in a compromising position. Jamie Foxx's staff called Tigger and put him on the air where he - A) vehemently said that Karinne was lying, B) that he could not understand why Karrine would say something like that when he gave her money to support her kid when she was broke, and C) that "he has never been in front of or behind any man." Karrine's response was, "but you were lying on your back." Karrine thanked Tigger for giving her money for her son, but immediately questioned Tigger, "so you're going to lie?

You don't remember Spring Break [year] when you and Tyson Beckford were in the hotel room? You're going to say that's not true Tigger?" The response from Tigger was that she had no proof and "nothing has ever been in his a**"

In Related News: A few days ago we broke the story that Karrine has nearly 100 sex tapes in a safety deposit box. Since then, we have been informed that a photo/video licensing agency will eventually be getting in contact with her to possibly work out a syndication deal (domestic/overseas) where they would use their media contacts to get the contents in the media and on pay-per-view sites and she will receive 60 percent in profits. Stay Tuned.

Bishop Thomas Weeks is now known as the "Ike Turner" of gospel. According to witnesses, he administered a very brutal beatdown similar to a pimp. Punching, stomping, chocking and kicking, the way a mack reacts when one of his women holds out on him.  Onlookers say, his repeated stomps were directed at Bynum's crotch.

Juanita Bynum probably thought meeting him in a public place would be safe. If this is his public behavior can you imagine how this man is behind closed doors.

Thankfully, a bellhop pulled Weeks of her.  Instead of calling an ambulance or the police for his barely conscious wife as she lay bleeding and battered on the ground.  Weeks' chose instead to flee and his first phone call was to his lawyer.

Weeks benefited from this marriage. Before he married Bynum, he wasn't as well known and her connections opened him up to a world of new connections and contacts. He also enjoyed the glamorous life of a mansion, $500,000 Maybach and two Rolls Royces along with access to private jets.

Similar to disgraced televangelist Jimmy Swaggart, Weeks will soon appear on TV with tears flowing down his face, preaching, "I have sinned and I'm going to repent, all I ask for is forgiveness."

There is a lot more to this story than what meets the eye.

As we go to press, Weeks turned himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Behind the scenes, Bishop Weeks had some very big financial troubles. FOX 5 News has learned that those financial troubles preceded the very public assault charges Weeks now faces for allegedly stomping and beating his estranged wife, televangelist Juanita Bynum.

Bishop Weeks and his wife moved to Atlanta from Washington, D.C. in 2006. The power couple was expanding their ministry; they moved into a $2.5 million home and had big dreams for the future, but Weeks left several unpaid creditors behind.

FOX 5 News has learned that Weeks' financial past includes several civil court judgments against the 40-year-old bishop.

Court documents show that before moving to Duluth, Georgia, Weeks led a ministry in Washington, D.C. called, Center of Hope Community Development Corporation. Court records reveal a $63,000 judgment against Weeks from copier giant, Xerox Corporation, a $22,000 judgment against Weeks from jewelry store Tiffany and Company, a $13,000 judgment from a credit card company and a $6,000 judgment from Ford Motor Credit. In total, there is more than $100,000 in judgments against Weeks. Three of the creditors say Weeks still has not paid the debt.

When Weeks moved to Duluth in early 2006, family members confirmed that he and his wife, Juanita Bynum began leasing a $2.5 million home with six bedrooms in the St. Marlo golf community in Forsyth County.

Dispossessory documents dated for June 26, 2007 indicate Weeks owed $54,000 in past due rent at the luxury home.

According to the eviction notice issued at the magistrate court in Forsyth County, when deputies went to Weeks' home to serve the eviction notice, Weeks and all of his furniture was gone.

A law enforcement source has informed us: The highly suspicious inferno that engulfed the Long Island Estate where 50's Cent's former girlfriend (Shaniqua Tompkins) and son (Marquise) resided, may have been arson-for-hire.

It's highly doubtful that Curtis had anything to do with this house fire but it's a possibility that someone in the rap industry is trying to frame him (he has a lot of enemies) by possibly hiring an arson-for-hire ring to do the dirty work.

Why would Curtis torch a home that his girlfriend got evicted from? Also, Curtis would never endanger the life of his son, Marquise.

We've all heard of murder-for-hire crime rings but few of us have heard of underground arson-for-hire rings. Higher tier arson rings can make intentional fires look like "faulty wiring," or "gas heater malfunctions," etc.

Lower tier rings, commit the arson without trying to mask the crime. If an arson-for-hire ring torched this home, they were a second tier ring because authorities have already determined that the cause of the fire was arson.

Police are also investigating if there was a home insurance policy, if so, what amount was the policy in.

Depending on the size of the property and the tier, arson-for-hire crime rings charge from $1000-$100,000 per job. The more sophisticated high-end rings charge the six figure fee and are often used by crime syndicates.

Update: 50 Cent's ex-girlfriend (Shaniqua Tompkins) claims 50 has yet to check on his 10-year-old son Marquise after the house fire, she told the press: "Tell him to call his son! He didn't even attempt to call his son to see how he was doing. A good father would do that!"

A 5 gallon gas container has been found on the edge of the property.

Also, Tompkins' boyfriend and two of his friends got into a fight with 50's bodyguard at the Manhattan office of Tompkins' lawyer.

50 Cent continues to deny that he set fire to the $4.2 million estate.

Exploring the AIDS rumors surrounding Rev. James Cleveland's death:

Gospel icon James Cleveland died in 1991 in Culver City, California. Though his death is often recognized as having been a result of heart failure, there has been an enduring controversy as to whether or not Cleveland actually succumbed to AIDS-related complications. Subsequent to these rumors circulating, Christopher Harris, a former member of Cleveland's church levied allegations of homosexuality and pedophilia against Cleveland in a 1994 news article, BELOW. Neither are widely discussed within the gospel music community.

"LEGALLY I BECAME HIS," by Christopher Harris

The case of the Rev. James Cleveland may best epitomize the magnitude of the silence. Christopher Harris certainly feels that way.

When he was 13, Harris was the only boy alto in the choir at Cleveland's Los Angeles church. He was strapping 6 feet tall and looked 20.

Cleveland was a giant in the industry. He wrote more than 400 songs, recorded more than 100 albums, 16 of them gold, and won four Grammy's. He founded the Gospel Music Workshop of America and mentored a young Aretha Franklin.

When he died in 1991 at age 59, 6,000 attended his funeral. Harris is now 25 and has HIV. "It has its moments, but mostly it doesn't affect me unless there is stress," said Harris, who is Cleveland's former foster son.

Harris once went by the name Christopher Cleveland. That was before he filed suit against Cleveland's estate alleging five years of sexual contact that ended with Harris testing positive for HIV.

"Legally, I became his," he said in a telephone interview from his home in Los Angeles.

The case was settled out of court. The terms prohibit him from discussing the settlement. But he is free to discuss his life with Cleveland.

"I went to his church. He looked into my face and saw my dreams and he used it," he said. "I wanted to sing, I didn't want to be like him. He promised that he would help me. He just played it to his advantage, he used my naiveness to his gain," Harris said.

Harris said his sexual encounters with the older singer were not molestation. Nor, he said, were they his first such encounters with a man. He says that they were typical of the secretive lifestyle of many of the people to whom he was exposed.

"People in [Cleveland's] inner circle knew, people at church knew," he said. "But they pretended it didn't exist. I guess what you don't see you can't say. But I can."

"No. He didn't die of heart failure--heart failure is just a delusion," Harris said, nearly laughing. The he hesitated. "Let's just leave it at that."

Former supermodel Janice Dickinson (above) had a tragic and terrifying childhood due to her biological father, Ray Dickinson.

When he wasn't brutalizing her mother, her sisters or the dog, he would turn his attention on Janice.

She was nine years old when he first came into her room one night and told her, "we are going to play the lollipop game. A special game for a father and a daughter."

He then zipped down his pants and said, "this is daddy's d**k. You rub it like this. Now open your mouth." Janice refused to open her mouth. His left hand shot out with such speed and force it knocked her clear off the bed.

She opened her mouth to scream but he put her in a headlock and began to squeeze as he screamed, "You ungrateful little punk. You're nothing to me, you know that, less than nothing. You're trash. You'll never amount to anything. Some day you'll be on your knees begging guys to suck them off for a few bucks."

He then flung her across the room, she landed in a crumpled heap in the corner.

From this point on, Ray would continue to sneak in her room when he wasn't sneaking in her two sisters room.

Despite these horrifying incidents, Janice became of the highest paid models of the 70's and 80's and she coined the term, "Supermodel." She also dated Mick Jagger and Sly Stallone.

Despite this, her father continued to insult her at every opportunity and never told her he was proud of her.

One day, she visited her mother, her father glared at her and then kicked the family dog across the room.

Later that evening, her mother thought Ray was having a heart attack and the paramedics were called.

They loaded him up into the ambulance. Janice's mother told her to follow the ambulance and not to forget to take Ray's medication (several pill vials) because his life depended on them.

As she was following the ambulance, Janice remembers looking down at the vial of pills, then she suddenly rolled down the window and began tossing them out onto the highway.

When she arrived at the hospital, she saw her father strapped to a gurney. The doctor asked her what was wrong with him, she said, "He's insane."

Then suddenly, she told the doctor, "I want this motherfucker dead. Finish him off."

She then looked down at Ray and screamed, "Die, motherfucker, Die, you fucking pig! I hate you!

Two orderlies had to restrain Janice. A third wheeled the gurney out of sight, Janice continued to scream, "I hate you, motherfucker, Do the world a favor and die!"

A few days later, Ray passed away due to heart complications.

Unconfirmed rumors indicate that Shaunie O'Neal was either involved or married to one of Shaq's reps before they hooked up. During the marriage, Shaunie lived the glamorous life in a mansion on Star Island (Florida).

Neighbors include: P. Diddy and Missy Elliott. This area is so exclusive and affluent, you can only reach your residence by yacht or by private road patrolled by armed security.

Nearby is Fisher Island, a community of luxurious condos, Oprah Winfrey and Janet Jackson are neighbors.

Allegations of infidelity involving both parties is the current rumor.

Allegedly, Shaunie was anticipating a divorce because she reportedly stashed large sums of money away in overseas trusts and Swiss and Cayman numbered accounts.

Before Shaq hooked up with Shaunie, he was involved with former Playmate and current actress (Passions) Daphne Duplaix, second photo. He allegedly purchased her a Mercedes before they broke up.

Shaq is well known for his generosity. And, it's rumored-that women have to wear their hair cut short when they date him.

Although Daphne is married, I wonder will they rekindle their romance if Daphne divorces her husband Ron Samuel-who is currently serving a prison term for running an international drug network. Authorities also accused Samuel of laundering money through his magazine "Unleashed."

Kenneth "Buckwild" Francis (story above on this page)-a former Playboy TV host was also involved in Ron Samuel's drug network. Buckwild was found guilty and sentenced to 11 years in a Federal prison.

The Wachowski Brothers Are No More
Posted Sep 4th 2007 12:32PM by Erik Davis

According to Rated-M, the man formerly known as Larry Wachowski (third photo) has officially completed his full sex change. Now, I'm not sure whether he had an actual operation, or if he just underwent hormone treatments (I'll admit to not being an expert in this area), but Larry is now Lana Wachowski. Say goodbye to referring to the writer-director duo as the Wachowski Brothers; I imagine from here on out, the PC thing to do will be to call them The Wachowskis, or Lana and Andy Wachowski.

Interestingly enough, Lana will speak to the press about this -- which is rare for the Wachowskis since they're not ones to speak to the press about anything, let alone something this personal in nature. However, rumor has it that she will not openly speak about the sex change until after Speed Racer hits theaters on May 9. On top of that, sources say that Andy Wachowski will do all the press for the film as well for fear that the whole sex change thing could potentially harm the family-friendly film. Aside from a newly-released photo showing Lana's full change (which you can see above, and click on to see the full pic), Rated-M also claims that Dateline NBC has nabbed the rights to Lana's first public interview on the subject. Going forward, it will be fascinating to see how Hollywood and the Wachowski fans handle the sex change. Will everyone embrace Lana, or could this damage their careers?

In Related News: Black writer Sophia Stewart (above) sued the Wachowski Brothers, amongst others, claiming that The Matrix was stolen from her book "The Third Eye" (not to be confused with The Third Eye by Cyril Hoskin). Her lawsuit was dismissed when she failed to provide evidence in a timely manner.

Our friends at sent the above over. Michael Vick wasn't speaking from his heart when he issued an apology regarding his illegal dogfighting ring. Above, written down, is his "strategy and game plan." This was accidentally left behind at the "Omni Hotel Suites."

Our friends at Bossip reported the following a few weeks ago.

Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is known as the hip-hop mayor and rappers shout him out in songs.

Allegedly, his wife showed up at one of the mayor’s mansion stripper parties and beat down one of the strippers. Months later the stripper was found dead outside of her house in a drive by shooting.

In another incident, a female police officer testified that the mayor urged her at a party “to take care of my boy” — a reference to his friend, Bobby Ferguson. “I thought it meant in a sexual way or date him or give him what he wanted,” said Officer Cathy Wright.

The mayor first made headlines a few years ago over a $25,000 Navigator he leased for his wife-with city money.

In May 2005, the Detroit Free Press reported that over the first 33 months of his term, Kilpatrick had charged over $210,000 on his city-issued credit card for travel, meals, and entertainment.

On May 8, 2007, WXYZ-TV reported that Kilpatrick used $8,600 from his secret Kilpatrick Civic Fund to take his wife, three sons and babysitter on a weeklong vacation to a a five-star California resort, the La Costa Resort and Spa.

In August, 2007, Mr. Kilpatrick was sued by two ex-members of his bodyguard staff for violation of the Whistleblower Law. It was claimed that he fired them in retaliation for them investigating his personal actions.

After magician/illusionist David Copperfield brokeup with supermodel Claudia Schiffer, someone faxed information to several news agencies, claiming the information was proof that an alleged "contract" existed between Copperfield and Schiffer specifying that Cooperfield would pay Schiffer to appear in public with him. The "contract" also made implications that Schiffer was awarded a couple million a year from this alleged arrangement as well as a home. Cooperfield angrily denied the allegations, insisting he is not gay. The father of the boyfriend Schiffer hooked up with after Cooperfield claimed, "Cooperfield never touched her." Cooperfield responded, "I don't recall her new beau's father ever being in the bedroom with us, watching."

Essence magazine did an article on former black powerhouse attorney, Angela Wallace (no photo), three years ago.

This woman was once the Queen Bee of the black Hollywood elite and she worked for some of the biggest names in Black Hollywood, including Suge Knight.

Her parties were the stuff of legend, everyone clamored to get a invitation. The parties were held on the grounds of her Hancock Park mansion. The cream of the crop attended these parties, hundreds of people from music, film and sports. It was so many people in attendance that a tent had to be set up on the tennis courts to accommodate them.

Everything came crashing down when Wallace embezzled a settlement (intended for two brothers who lost their mother, a LAPD officer-to natural causes) into her personal bank account. After the brothers complained to the police, they ended up dead a few weeks later.

Although there is not enough evidence to charge Wallace with their murders, she is still serving a 6 year sentence on the embezzlement charge and she has been disbarred from practicing law.

A Marina del Ray man (Timothy Mack) was convicted of murdering the sons of a Los Angeles police officer. He was sentenced today to three consecutive life-without-parole prison terms.

Mack was convicted of murdering Howard Byrdsong, 20, and his 18-year-old brother, Jontrae, on June 6, 2001. The jury also convicted him of the unrelated murder of Norman Fields on April 17, 2000. The jury found true the special circumstances of murder for financial gain, lying in wait, murder of a potential witness and multiple murder. The District Attorney’s office decided before trial that it would not seek the death penalty against Mack.

Deputy District Attorney Ron Goudy of the Organized Crime Division said Mack and Angela Wallace, a former Beverly Hills attorney, embezzled $380,000 from a life insurance settlement awarded the Byrdsong brothers. The settlement was in connection with the death of the brothers’ mother, Shiree Arrant, an LAPD officer who died of natural causes in June 2000.

The Byrdsong brothers never received any money from the settlement and had complained to prosecutors in May 2001. A month later, a man dressed as a postal worker knocked on the door of a home where they were staying in Inglewood and fatally shot the young men.

Allegedly, back in the day, Kim was reportedly involved with one of Michael Jackson's nephews from the group "3-T" but their mother, the late Dolores "Dee Dee" Jackson wasn't having it after a scandalous episode occurred and was reportedly instrumental in the breakup.

3T wrote and produced songs for the soundtracks to such films as "Men in Black," "Free Willy," and "Free Willy 2," "The Jacksons: An American Dream," and "Trippin." The trio has a dedicated overseas fanbase after their debut album sold 3 million copies overseas and they continue to perform in the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium, and Spain.

Rewind: As we mentioned before, financially successful black celebrities in sports, film and music are now hiring former intelligence agents as ‘fixers,’ to combat scandals and do damage control and extensive background checks.

Kobe Bryant’s former head of security (Patrick Graber) was a former bodyguard to a French President and an intelligence operative (Commando Ops/Black Ops) of an independent African Republic before he moved to Hollywood to serve as a security expert for several celebrities.

Chris Rock also has a former Black intelligence agent on his security detail. This man wears tailored Italian suits accompanied by an earpiece and designer shades and he always carries an expensive black brief case.

Shemar Moore and numerous athletes have black Hollywood fixer D. Campbell (who has offices in Hollywood and Europe) on their payroll and Campbell was responsible along with Shemar for cleaning up the gay beach scandal. Campbell also has Keyshia Cole as a client.

Update: In the film “The Fixer,” above, Jon Voight plays a legendary "fixer," following in his father’s footsteps. In the movie, he’s a man who takes care of business behind the scenes and his clients include mobsters and politicians. When a politician accidentally kills a call girl during kinky sex. Voight is called in to clean up the mess and dispose of the body, his fee is $1 million dollars. He also has a secondary plan in case the body is found. He goes to a urban neighborhood and offers a AIDS infected man six figures to take the rap in case the body is ever discovered and he offers to pay the living expenses of the man’s family if he’s ever incarcerated for the murder. The man readily agrees to the offer.

One of the most ruthless fixers in U.S. history was Eddie Mannix, first photo. It was amazing what this man accomplished (covering up scandals) without the use of a computer or electronic gadgets.

Mannix lorded over all the stars of Hollywood's golden age from the 1920s through the 1940s—including legends like Garbo, Dietrich, Gable and Garland. When MGM stars found themselves in trouble, it was Eddie who took care of them—solved their problems, hid their crimes, and kept their secrets. He was "the Fixer." At a time when image meant everything and the stars were worth millions to the studios that owned them, Mannix was the most important man at MGM. Through a complex web of contacts in every arena, from reporters and doctors to corrupt police and district attorneys, he covered up some of the most notorious crimes and scandals in Hollywood history, keeping stars out of jail and, more importantly, their names out of the papers. He handled problems as diverse as the studio-directed drug addiction of Judy Garland, and he arranged for an unmarried Loretta Young to adopt her own child—a child fathered by a married Clark Gable.

Mannix became the Vice-President of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. He allegedly had connections to the underworld; allegations purported that he murdered his first wife Bernice Fitzmaurice (in a make-believe high speed car crash) in 1937. He was also rumored to be complicit in cover-ups involving the deaths of film producer Paul Bern (Jean Harlow’s impotent husband) and Superman actor George Reeves, with whom his second wife Toni Mannix had a long open affair.

Allegedly, James Bond producer Albert R. Broccoli beat comedian and original Three Stooges chief Ted Healy to death in the parking lot of the Trocadero nightclub in 1937. Mannix arranged the deft cover-up, and mythical "college students" were always blamed for Healy's early death. Mannix charged $1 million dollars to cover up the murder. I guess that's the going rate regardless of era.

Despite such unsavory rumors, Mannix was much-beloved in the film community, a gregarious and fun-loving man whose word was considered his bond by many of the stars who worked for him. When Clark Gable was asked whether he had signed a new contract with MGM, he famously replied, "I don't need a contract. I shook Eddie Mannix's hand."

Eddie Mannix died in 1963.

Celebrity fixer Sidney Korshak (1st photo) was considered the 'King Of The Sunset Strip," and he hung out with mobster Mickey Cohen and the Hollywood mob. Korshak was not only a powerful fixer, many considered him a mob kingpin. As we reported before, he rose to prominence by representing the heirs to gangster Al Capone.

Korshak was also partly responsible for getting the film, "The Godfather," produced. The mob lawyer played by Robert Duvall was modeled after Korshak. He was the "underworld powerbroker." Korshak and his associates became America's hidden powerbrokers.

Tina Sinatra makes the following statement in her book, "My Father's Daughter."

"As Kirk [Douglas] and I chatted, a tall, reedy, silver-haired man came out and approached us. It was Sidney Korshak, the legendary (and absolutely charming) attorney who'd cut his teeth with Al Capone, a man who could fix the bitterest labor dispute and celebrity scandals. Sidney had a unique perspective on the day's big event. He'd once courted my mother, in the late fifties, before marrying Bea Korshak, Barbara's matron of honor. He knew Dad's new bride better than any of us. After settling into the next chaise lounge, Sidney retrieved a black Flair pen from his breast pocket and handed it to me. "Keep this as a memento," he said amiably. "It just saved you a lot of money and aggravation." Kirk and I traded quizzical glances. "I don't get it," I said. It was the pen, Sidney explained, that Dad and Barbara had just used to sign their prenuptial agreement. Just in time to seal the deal.

"Let's avenge their deaths by being lifesavers," the Rev. James A. Forbes Jr. told a packed crowd at Riverside Church.

He was referring to the shooting deaths of Anthony "Wolf" Jones (first photo, above) and Lamont Girdy (2nd photo, above), who died Nov. 11 on Bolling Way in Buckhead Village after a "hip-hop night" at the Chaos nightclub.

Demetrius "Meech" Flenory, (Black Mafia Family Kingpin, directly above) who police believe knew the two men, is being held on two counts of murder in killings that police say may have stemmed from an altercation over a woman.

Police hope a security camera tape from a neighboring restaurant will help clarify whether they're dealing with a case of murder or self-defense.

The police recently searched Flenory's metro Atlanta residence and found a weapon, but they are awaiting ballistics tests, Sgt. John Quigley said. Flenory didn't have a gun when he was arrested after seeking treatment for two bullet wounds at North Fulton Regional Medical Center after the shooting.

Flenory said he wasn't armed the night of the shooting and is a victim. Drew Findling, his defense lawyer, said his investigator has interviewed a number of witnesses who support his client's claim.

Police are investigating whether Flenory is the head a crime syndicate called the "Black Mafia Family" whose members reputedly act as both bodyguards and enforcers for hip-hop bigwigs.

People familiar with Atlanta's hip-hop culture said the group is known for rolling into nightclubs and throwing lots of money around on drinks and tips to waitresses.

Jones and Girdy were buried in New York the way they lived and died -- together. Family and friends -- including their close friend hip-hop music artist Sean "P. Diddy" Combs -- packed the massive church.

Combs, who spoke at the funeral, said that before he arrived at the church he thought about looking up "brothers" in the dictionary to truly define how he felt about Jones, who lived in Atlanta, and Girdy, who had lived with Combs for the past two months in New York.

"But I changed my mind," Combs said. "Wolf and [Girdy] is the definition of brothers. They were brothers to each other and brothers to all of us. I never knew the true meaning of brothers until I met Wolf. I met [Girdy] later, and he just solidified that. They were two of the greatest men that any of us ever knew."

In death they were treated like stars. The funeral home handling the arrangements was the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home in Manhattan, which handled arrangements for such celebrities as John Lennon, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, pop star Aaliyah and rap star Notorious B.I.G.

Combs said he and Jones met in Miami the weekend before the Buckhead shootings.

"We had a good time. We watched the fight, had dinner," Combs remembered. "He was calm, peaceful, positive."

Girdy died at the scene from a gunshot to the chest and Jones died at Grady Memorial Hospital. Both Jones and Girdy were found with weapons next to them and about 27 rounds were fired.

Rumors have been circulating for years that former adult star Heather Hunter gave former NBA superstar, Magic Johnson-the AIDS virus. What wasn't reported: Heather never dated Magic, instead, she had a brief involvement with his teammate, former NBA great Kareem Abdul Jabbar and it was never reported that Heather sued the tabloids when they printed this rumor. She took them to court and presented proof of a "negative" AIDS test. She went to three separate court hearings and each time she had documented proof proving she was negative. The tabloids were forced to settle with her.

One of our readers emailed us the following, under the heading: "If Barack Obama wins the Presidency, he won't be the first Black President."

Our investigation uncovered the following:

Rumors have been circulating for years regarding the true ethnicity of former U.S. President, Dwight Eisenhower.

Allegedly, there is a strong possibility that his mother (Ida Stover) pictured above (2nd photo with his father David) was bi-racial and people went to great lengths to cover-up this potential political bombshell.

Allegedly, documents were doctored to make it appear that Stover was a German descendent of German immigrants.

Stover was also a devout Jehovah's Witness until her death.

A book by noted historian J.A. Rogers, titled "Five Black Presidents," was released in 1965, Needless to say, it mysteriously disappeared from bookstores after it was released and Southern bookstores refused to carry it.

Rumors are circulating that the police in Catawba County, NC are quietly investigating Michael Vick and his co-defendants to see if they have any connection to a murder of a man who ran a dogfighting ring. The man was murdered back in April and they claim they have papers linking his dogfighting ring to Michael Vick & Friends.

Jermaine Stewart (1st photo) and Atisone "Shalomar" Seiuli, second photo, (the transsexual associated with the Eddie Murphy) scandal had a lot in common.

They were both gay and they both dated rich and famous men near the end of their lives.

Before Jermaine died of AIDS, it was rumored that his attitude changed, allegedly, he began to alienate friends. Maybe this attitude shift was a side effect of his medication.

I met Jermaine through a mutual friend. He had some interesting stories to tell, regarding the late Billy Preston and other Hollywood men.

Before the "downlow" club formed, Jermaine and other gay Soul Train dancers and entertainers hosted 'gay only' parties in the Hollywood Hills. They were the first to do so, now it's become a trend with today's downlow crew.

The parties became orgies and were the talk of the town among gay men in Los Angeles. These parties also had professional card dealers decked out in bow ties, giving the surroundings a casino like atmosphere.

And, porn actors and gay male models were also in attendance. Some of these men were contacted through personal ads in the classified section of gay magazines.

Jermaine was working on a manuscript involving 'Gay Black Hollywood." The manuscript disappeared shortly after his death. Atisone was also coming out with a tell-all book regarding famous rich clients, her manuscript also disappeared after her death.

Sammy Davis, Jr. was not only a great entertainer he was also a sex "swinger." After he viewed a screening of "Deep Throat," he allegedly moved adult actress Linda Lovelace into the guest house on his property while he lived with his wife in the main house.

Davis was also known to attend swinger parties in San Francisco. These parties were attended by some of the most prominent people in San Francisco.

Also, it's no secret, that Sammy and author Harold Robbin's (The Carpetbaggers) wife had an open relationship. Sammy was very sexually active and was known to satisfy several showgirls before he hit the stage in Las Vegas.  During the day, in a private casino pool, Sammy was known for his uninhibited 'poker pool parties' which featured scadily clad women in bikinis and famous men.

Despite Sammy sleeping with Robbins wife, they remained good friends. At one time, Harold Robbins was the richest writer in the world and his parties were legendary. NFL linemen were hired for security. The parties started on Friday and didn't end until Sunday.  Robbins also hosted wild parties internationally, in his Argentina villa and his Monte Carlo mansion.   Due to his excessive spending, Robbins died broke.

Sammy also hosted wild parties and 50 people could sit on his custom made couch. This man lived his life to the fullest, so much so, that three books were released to document his life.

According to his friend, Arthur Silber, Jr., Sammy was in so much despair after his failed relationship to Kim Novak ended that he was considering putting a bullet through his brain but Silber talked him out of it.

In Wil Haygood's book, "In Black And White," he says "The joke was that Sammy didn't start walking until he was two, and the first person he walked toward was a White woman," Davis's mother, who abandoned him before he could walk, tells Wil Haygood in "In Black and White." And for much of his life Davis scarcely changed direction. "He did so want to be White," his first love, Helen Gallagher, tells Haygood. Everyone who knew him said the same.

It wasn't just his physical cowardice that would have kept him from marching in the South with Martin Luther King Jr., until Harry Belafonte, for one, refused to let him "not" march.

"Blacks didn't support Sammy," a longtime associate says. "White America made him." Late in his career, Davis even attempted the feeble joke of "introducing himself to audiences as the only Black actor who didn't appear in 'Roots,'" Haygood writes. "Ha ha ha. But the more he repeated it, the more a kind of sadness crept into his voice."

In her book, "Married To The Game," author Lydia Harris (1st photo) slams Dr. Dre and his former girlfriend Michelle. She says, "They knew nothing about business whatsoever." "Even after Suge grabbed control of NWA from Jerry Heller. All the attitude and confidence that Michelle and Dre projected to the public in their singing and rapping were nonexistent at the conference table. "Amazing as the thought seems, they basically did what they were told, like puppets." Now, I don't know about Michelle but Dre had to know something because he continues to maintain his millions and he's never had financial difficulties.

Lydia goes on to reveal that she became worried that her fiance at the time (later her husband) drug kingpin Michael "Harry O" Harris (who claims he funded Death Row Records),1st top photo, on the left , was becoming interested in a woman named Veronica.

Lydia makes the following allegations in her book:

"Veronica is in her thirties, an actress and model of German/African descent who looks European. Although she had a degree in journalism, she owned several businesses, including a massage parlor that did house calls. She's stunning and obviously tempting."

"My future husband Michael first met her at one of a series of pool parties hosted by Magic Johnson, who would offer $5,000 to the winner of a swimsuit competition. This "entertainment" called for the women to dance around the pool, dive off the board and then be judged for their figures and their swim wear. Some of the contenders would do outrageous things to win, including removing their suits, but Veronica didn't need help. She simply bounced on the diving board a few times and allowed her ample breasts to drive the men crazy."

"I knew Mike was taken with Veronica that night. And even though it was assumed that she would hookup with Magic later, on this occasion Mike broke tradition and persuaded Veronica and her entourage to caravan all the way from Bel Air to his mansion in Encino instead. Magic was not happy."

"After the passionate beginning, Mike and Veronica's relationship escalated dramatically and for a while he contemplated marrying her. Once he and I had gotten married, she still professed herself eternally devoted to him and I'm not the jealous type but she's the exception to my rule."

"She even showed her support of Mike by attending one of his trials with some of her equally gorgeous, glamorous friends, who caused such an uproar with their seductive behavior that the prosecutor pleaded with the judge to have them leave the premises."

"Even "Death Row" lawyer David Kenner, whose marriage was on the rocks, fell for Veronica and begged Mike to set him up with her. However, Mike's generosity came back to haunt him."

According to Lydia, "When Suge noticed that David had fallen in love with Veronica, he took advantage of this love triangle and allegedly convinced David that Veronica would desert him for Mike the minute Mike gained his freedom from prison. All at once, David lost interest in Mike's defense and he still remains in prison.

With the recent admission of Marion Jones admitting her steroid use. In some circles, focus has turned on the late Florence "Flo Jo" Joyner.

Our readers are urged to come to their own conclusion after reading the following piece.

Florence Griffith-Joyner (born Delorez Florence Griffith), also known as Flo-Jo (December 21, 1959 – September 21, 1998) was an track and field athlete. She is best known for her media flamboyance and setting World Records in the 100 m and 200 m, which still stand as of 2007. Her career was dogged by allegations of drug use, which was speculated to have caused her premature death.

During her 1988 breakthrough year, Griffith-Joyner was dogged by rumors of steroid use and to make matters worse, a steroid pusher appeared on morning talk shows stating he sold steroids to Flo Jo. Florence and Al vehemently denied the allegations. And, it was odd that Florence declined to run in a overseas race with a $1 million dollar jackpot, unfound allegations persist, she considered it "fool's gold." It's not known whether this race had a strict mandatory drug testing policy.

Some suggested that her times could only be the result of using steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs, mainly in that she was rather old for a sprinter (she was 28 years old in 1988).

That her physique changed dramatically in 1988, showing marked gains in muscle mass and definition, and her performance improved dramatically over a short period of time.

Before the 1988 season, Griffith Joyner's best 100 meter time was 10.96 seconds — not even in the best 40 marks of all time and she was even nicknamed "3rd place Florence."

Miraculously, in 1988 she improved that by 0.47 seconds, a time that no one has approached since.

Similarly, her pre-1988 best at 200 meters was 21.96, a mark not in the top 20 runs on the all-time list. In 1988 she improved that by 0.67 seconds, another time which has not been approached. Griffith-Joyner attributed the change in her physique to new health programs.

Her retirement from competitive track and field after her 1988 Olympic Games triumph further fueled the controversy as mandatory random drug testing was about to be implemented in 1989.

Under the less stringent testing schedule during her career, no evidence was found that Griffith-Joyner used performance enhancing drugs.

Is a catfight brewing between former adult star Heather Hunter and former Video Vixen Karrine Steffans?

Karrine threw the first punch when she bashed Hunter in a TV One interview: "At least I'm honest, Heather Hunter can sell her body for money, but she won't reveal names in her book "Insatiable," for money, she's being dishonest.

She adds, "Heather says that she is a private person, so she won't tell personal stories."

Both women dated Bill Maher, but Karrine said that her relationship with him was different than all of the others. "Bill loved me, he didn't love the other women (including Heather) he was involved with."

We contacted Heather Hunter for a comment, she replied, "I have no comment."

If you haven't seen the documentary, "Jonestown: The Life And Death Of The People's Temple," you may want to rent it.

This documentary takes you into the life of leader Jim Jones and his followers.

One woman lost four children at Jonestown and another man recounts, how, at gunpoint, he was forced to watch his wife and month old baby ingest poison. He escaped by running into the woods and hiding until help arrived.

The majority of media outlets gave the impression that victims willingly committed suicide by drinking poisoned kool-aid, not true.

Many of the victims refused to commit suicide. They would eventually die by being injected with poison at gunpoint.

To this day, in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jim Jones still has followers, despite his death.

Devoted followers who escaped, still sleep with his photo underneath their pillow and still refer to him as "Father," in the past tense.

The majority of us are familiar with the feud surrounding late rap icon Biggie Smalls and rapper E-40. We offer you an inside look into the feud. Provided by our friend Mike Jones. Click on the following youtube clip to view. Biggie & E-40 Feud Almost Turns Deadly

All of us are familiar with the "Cole" legacy. Nat "King" Cole was a superstar and the first African-American to host a TV show and his daughter Natalie is a successful female artist in her own right.

But, we hardly hear about Nat's adopted son and namesake, Nat "Kelly" Cole, pictured on second photo with sister Natalie.

Kelly didn't know his father well because he was only six when Nat King Cole died.

Nat and Maria adopted Kelly in 1959 from the "Children's Home Society Of California." Kelly graduated from Rutland College. He was also a part-time model and appeared in the film, "Savage Attack."

Kelly died of AIDS in 1995. He was 36.

Chaz Williams AKA Slim (1st photo) was raised in Queens, NY., in the 40 Projects. Williams got into crime at the early age of 12. Mainly, petty stickups and robbing banks. He was also once on the FBI and New York's "Most Wanted" list for escaping jail.

At one time, he was sentenced to 100 years in prison which was reduced to 15 years.

His friends included, Tupac's father Mutulu Shakur and Dame Dash, featured in the above DVD on Williams' life.

After he served his time, Williams decided to get into hip-hop.

Williams is currently the CEO of "Black Hand Management," and he used to manage rapper 50 Cent and he currently manages Foxy Brown among others.

The powerful Italian actor who Karrine refers to in her latest book, "Video Diaries," is considered a Hollywood Titan who has the ability to blacklist a career with a phone call. It's also rumored that this same man appears on one of Karrine's sex tapes. It's doubtful that this particular sex tape will ever be released because this man is not only connected in Hollywood but it's rumored he has serious connections outside of Hollywood as well.

The Oscar winning black actor is also no joke. An incident allegedly occurred with this man in the "blue room" at the "House Of Blues," in Hollywood. The encounter was similar to Karrine's.

Karrine's latest book is receiving bad reviews. Especially among customers on, the majority of the reviews are negative.

A South Beach nightclub promoter is in jail tonight for knowingly spreading HIV to unsuspecting women. 22-year-old Elidor Kersaint, (pictured on the right) a promoter at the popular Mansion nightclub, was arrested June 4 on charges that he had unprotected sex with a woman without revealing his HIV status. Judging from his Myspace page, Elidor preferred blonds and Latinas. There's no telling how many of them he infected.

Elidor's Myspace page is loaded with celebrity pics (like the pic above with Jeezy) detailing a life of excess, money, fast cars and women - it's the women that did him in. For a man in his position, an HIV diagnosis is a death sentence in more ways than one. The fast living Ely kept his HIV status a secret because it meant the end of his career as a womanizing promoter.

This is a wake up call to women who sleep with industry ballers: get yourself tested. So far one victim has surfaced. Police are looking for more victims.

Beautiful young women were lured into Kersaint's lifestyle to meet celebrities. They became fascinated with the glamour and glitz.

More and more men are keeping their HIV status a secret because their diagnosis would affect their dating and economic status.

This should be a lesson to young women and to young men, practice safe sex and have a HIV test prior to sex. If your partner hesitates and refuses to take the test, leave them!

A few days ago, former B2K member Raz B and his brother released an explosive youtube video accusing former B2K manager Chris Stokes of child molestation and pedophilia. Stokes' denies the allegations.

Since the story broke, Stokes' attorneys have sent out cease-to-desist letters to various blogs, asking them to remove the offensive video. Also, Stokes' wikipedia page has been severely edited since the story broke.

Back in the day, when Stokes' managed the group "Immature," that featured singer Marques Houston. Sources say, Houston owned a home in Windsor Hills, allegedly, no guests were allowed there after dark. Also, our source alleges, when he did attend an afternoon party at the residence, members of other boy groups were in attendance and the majority of them seem withdrawn, moody and troubled.

We have also been informed that Lil Fizz is the most financially sound (of B2K) because his parents invested his money and he still lives in a nice home he purchased a few years ago.

Chris Stokes' sister (first photo) is rapper Juanita Stokes aka Smooth/Needa S. She is best known for her hits: "You Been Played," "Mind Blowin," and "Strawberries."

Party girl/socialite Kim Kardashian signed a multi-million dollar deal to be the spokesmodel for Chris Stokes' "Christopher Brian," clothing line last year.

Due to these devastating allegations, it will be interesting to see if Kim, Omarion and Marques will start distancing themselves away from Stokes.

Pedophilia allegations are the most damaging accusations to have leveled against you and it can affect or destroy your career as well as the careers of the people closely associated with you.

Boy Band mogul Lou 'Big Poppa" Pearlman (first photo) assembled pop super groups N'Sync and the Backstreet Boys.

Vanity Fair magazine recently did an article on Lou Pearlman regarding his career and the gay molestation charges leveled against him.

Nick Carter's mother is quoted in Vanity Fair as saying: "Certain things happened and it almost destroyed our family. I tried to warn the other mothers."

According to Pearlman's former assistant Steve Mooney, "Pearlman liked to rub the shoulders and squeeze the arms of boy group hopefuls, he also showed them porn. He liked hanging around good looking younger men and I saw young male singers emerge from his bedroom late at night buttoning their pants."

Mooney adds, "All the talent knew what Lou's games were, if they said no, they're lying to you." Pearlman also liked to jump naked on their beds in the middle of the night.

And for any number of young men who sought to join the world's greatest boy bands, Big Poppa's attentions were an open secret, the price some paid for fame.

"Some guys joked about it; I remember [one singer] asking me, 'Have you let Lou blow you yet?'" "I would absolutely say the guy was a sexual predator.

NSYNC member "Lance [Bass] ... admitted he found Pearlman "odd." "Well, you can just tell, you know, he was ... I mean, I knew I was gay when I was 16, when I was 5 years old. So, something told me that he might me be also. I just figured out he was gay," Bass said.

Mooney shared his concerns with his father who joined him and Lou for dinner. While they ate, Mooney alleges that Lou kept putting his hand on his leg.

Afterwards, he was surprised when his father said, "Lou seemed OK." According to Mooney, 'he was blinded by money and fame.'

To a number of his former band members, Pearlman seemed so enamored of his male singers that it called into question his motivations for entering the music business in the first place. "Honestly, I don't think Lou ever thought we would become stars," says Rich Cronin, lead singer of the Pearlman boy band Lyte Funky Ones (LFO). "I just think he wanted cute guys around him; this was all an excuse. And then lightning crazily struck and an empire was created. It was all dumb luck. I think his motives for getting into music were very different."

Lou Pearlman was arrested in Indonesia in June 2007 for running the biggest Ponzi scheme in U.S. history.

Gay sex orgies, child abuse, drugs and booze are the shocking charges that exploded out of an investigation of the pop group Menudo, above.

As many as 15 young boys, all members of Menudo over the past 13 years, had been allegedly sexually abused by the men entrusted in their care, charges Bolivar Arellano, the group's former PR director.

The man who negotiated a $20 million dollar record deal for them was Jose Menendez (above photo, circled on the left) who is the late father of Lyle and Erik Menendez. The brothers accused their father of sexual abuse in court but the allegations have been unproven.

Bolivar Arellan adds, "There could be a dozens of other boys, some as young as 11, who were forced to submit to gay sex while being piled with drugs and booze during auditions for the group.

When this gay scandal broke, singer Ricky Martin, a former member of Menudo, issued a statement saying that he had never met Jose Menendez when an unsubstantiated rumor began to circulate about Martin and a high ranking music executive.

Although this may have been a vicious rumor, the photo above does proves that Martin did meet Menendez.

Ricky is circled on the right and Menendez is circled on the left.

Pam Pinnock (above) is an Atlanta-based publicist who works with artists such as Ludacris, John Legend, Tyler Perry, Jay Z and Gucci Mane, among others. She is a freelance journalist for several urban publications, founder and owner of Lip Service Media, and author of the book "The Father Fracture."

According to Sandra Rose: The book reveals her crazy abusive relationship with Mike Tyson. He used to allegedly beat her down when they dated and then give her 20k to go shopping. Then she talks about how he allegedly had sex with her while he was in prison while the guards paid a fee to watch. The book also talks about how Tyson was so in love with his ex-wife Robin Givens that he allegedly broke into her house and stole her dirty underwear. He kept them for years and used to make the publicist wear them. Then later on in the book it talked about how Pam had a one night stand with the boxer Laila Ali's husband and Laila allegedly hemmed her up against the wall when she found out.

Sandra Rose says Pinnock was recently spotted hanging out with Karrine Steffans in the ATL.

Rapper T.I. has been arrested in Atlanta, Georgia, after attempting to purchase an arsenal of weapons from an undercover police officer. The star was taken into custody on Saturday after he sent his bodyguard to buy three machine guns and two silencers from the cop, posing as an arms dealer. The unnamed bodyguard was acting as a co-operating witness to the agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), when he was instructed by Harris to make the cash deal for the guns, worth $21,000. The employee claims he has purchased a total of nine guns for the rapper himself and a further 17 firearms for others on the star's behalf since he was hired in July (07). A police raid of Harris' home in College Park turned up another three machine guns and six other firearms hidden in a closet. The 27-year-old has been charged with felony possession of unregistered machine guns and silencers and possession of firearms by a convicted felon. The arrest took place hours before T.I. was due to attend the B.E.T. Hip-Hop Awards, where he was scheduled to perform. The rapper - who has previous convictions for drug dealing, gun possession and probation violations - will be held in federal custody until Monday, when he will appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan J. Baverman at the United States Courthouse in his hometown of Atlanta.

Rumors are circulating that this is T.I.'s third strike, if so and he's convicted, he will receive a life sentence in prison. If it's not his third strike and he's convicted, he will still do serious time, regardless. It's highly illegal to have silencers in your possession because police consider suppressors (ideal for murder) normally used by contract killers, assassins and hit men when they're carrying out assignments.

T.I. is a millionaire. Wealthy or famous men who are into illegal endeavors, usually hire "arms fixers" or "underworld couriers," (who personally deliver your weapons across state lines). These men purchase a cache of weapons through encrypted websites set up for contract killers.

Similar to the website Bruce Willis used in the remake of the film, "Day Of The Jackal," where he played a hired assassin who charged a $1 million dollar "non-refundable" fee to even consider an assignment. If he agreed to take on the assignment, the customer was charged between $5-$10 million dollars. Willis was also able to design and customize his weapon via this website.

Arms dealer Jean Bernard Lasnaud (2nd photo) operated a similar "real life" site that sold weapons, fighter planes, tanks and launchers until it was shut down by law enforcement and Lasnaud was arrested in Switzerland.

Arms fixers can also obtain weapons from underground companies to send to the client via private mail which does not go through inspection.

Rich men in need of weapons-usually hire these type of men (not staff members or homeboys) to obtain their guns so their hands won't get dirty.

Celebrity sex tape/story broker David "Hans" Schmidt (first photo) is in the recent issue of "Details," saying: "Jamie Foxx had explicit photos come out two weeks before he won the Oscar.

Fast Forward:

David "Hans" Schmidt was also involved in website negotiation regarding the Pamela & Tommy sex tape as well as the Paris Hilton sex tape. And he had a hand in the Colin Farrell sex tape scandal.

Schmidt also negotiated a deal with Playboy magazine regarding a interview featuring Barry Bond's mistress and he tried to hawk a O.J. Simpson sex tape online.

In his final deal, Schmidt was in the possession of unauthorized photos of Tom Cruise's wedding to Katie Holmes and demanded $1 million from Cruise to get them back. Cruise alerted the FBI and Schmidt was arrested.

Out on bail, if convicted, Schmidt faced two years in prison.

A few days later, Schmidt was found dead, hanging from a shower stall in his home. The authorities ruled the death a suicide.

But, details are emerging that the shower stall was so low that to achieve the drop needed to hang yourself, you had to bring your knees up like you were squatting. A source told the "National Examiner." "It was such an unusual situation that some people have discussed the possibility of foul play."

According to Sandra Rose (Sandra I have just received word of a huge scandal which threatens to disrupt the Chris Brown/Bow Wow tour. The tour kicks off on December 6 in Cincinnati. Normally I wouldn't report a story like this without solid proof. But my source is well-placed and very credible. This is the same source who gave me the scoop on Tameka Foster's pregnancy before anyone else reported it. I have learned never to doubt my source. The young girls who have followed Chris Brown's career since the beginning will not be happy with this news. Apparently, rumors are flying about Chris Brown and his manager. The drama behind the scenes has become so disruptive that it threatens the start of the tour. My source tells me exclusively that Chris Brown has been intimate with his manger since she met him at the tender age of 16! And furthermore, he is "madly in love with her." For those who are not familiar with her, Chris Brown's manager was the Senior Vice President of A&R at Def Jam when she met the young singer and attempted to sign him. She was also instrumental in signing Ne-Yo to Def Jam. When Def Jam merged with Roc-A-Fella Records, she was forced to resign. According to Chris, who was by then smitten with the older woman, "When that happened, I asked her to be my manager, and she was happy to. She took me to Warner Brothers and Jive to look for other deals, and I ended up picking Jive at the end of the day."This explains why Chris has never been known to have a girlfriend. Apparently, Chris' mom Joyce recently became aware of the situation and is not at all happy. "That's where the drama comes in," says my source. They say a mother always knows - but the happy couple managed to keep their relationship under wraps for 2 years. Chris Brown and his manager continue to deny the allegations.
