BLACK GIGOLO MURDERS WHITE GIRLFRIEND'S HUSBAND:
As we go to press, widow Donna Moonda has been indicted on four federal charges in the murder of her husband, Dr. Gulam Moonda along with her former toyboy, Damian Bradford.
When Donna Moonda was first arrested in connection with the killing of her husband, she faced the same charges that her former lover and admitted triggerman, Damian Bradford, faced.
Now that a federal grand jury in Ohio has heard testimony against her it has decided she should face even more.
Along with aiding and abetting interstate stalking and a firearms violation that goes with it, Donna Moonda also faces charges of murder for hire and a firearms violation.
According to the four count indictment, Donna Moonda is accused of "killing doctor Gulam Moonda willfully, deliberately, maliciously and with premeditation."
Donna met Damian in a drug rehab center where a few months earlier, she had been fired from her second job as a nurse anetheist for drug abuse.
The two began a torrid affair. Donna soon rented a luxurious apartment for Damian and lavished him with expensive gifts and money; she also gave him her bank book and she bought him a exotic car.
Prosecutors say, she figured out a way to give her lover more. She confided in him, that she had signed a prenuptial agreement before she married her rich husband and if she divorced him she would only receive $250,000 but if he died, she would receive $6 million dollars.
The two allegedly concocted a plot to kill her husband on a road trip, they planned to make the murder look like a robbery gone bad.
In exchange for his testimony against Donna Moonda, Bradford will face 17 and a half years in prison rather than a possible life sentence if convicted.
Bradford has told authorities Donna Moonda promised him millions of dollars from her inheritance to shoot and kill her husband.
Donna Moonda's attorneys have called Bradford a liar.
Gulam Moonda was shot along the Ohio Turnpike in May 2005.
Gulam and Donna Moonda and Donna's mother were in their 2000 Jaguar when, Donna Moonda said, they pulled over to switch drivers.
Donna Moonda told police a gunman emerged from another vehicle, shot and robbed her husband and then fled.
There also new details about another person in the case.
A sentencing is set for Bradford's girlfriend; who he was cheating on Donna with.
Charlene McFrazier of Leetsdale faces perjury charges and could spend up to 16 months in prison.
McFrazier admitted to lying to a grand jury that she was with Bradford the night Gulam Moonda was shot to death.
McFrazier will be sentenced Sept. 1 in Ohio.
