*I was recently contacted by a old friend who asked me, would I be interested in talking to a woman who had a story to tell, regarding her daughter and AIDS? After hearing the details, I jumped at the opportunity. One stipulation, I am not to use the name of her daughter under any circumstances. -Ashley Carmichael
Her mother could never do anything with her, she was wild, fast, attractive, star struck and she had a perfect figure. She never had a problem getting a man.
This particular young lady was a hip-hop groupie during the Eazy-E era. She slept with numerous rappers and she was a regular at hip-hip functions. She claimed she slept with Eazy-E before he died, allegedly, contracting AIDS from him.
She relocated to the bay area and kept her condition secret. Old habits die hard. She dated ballers, dope boys and local rappers and she continued to hide her condition.
Her mother begged her to stop having unprotected sex with men. She told her, 'you are no better than a murderer,' but she didn't listen.
When she became gravely ill, her mother took matters in her own hands. She had posters printed up with her daughter's photo, stating she had AIDS. She eventually convinced her daughter to give her the names/street names of all the men she had slept with. Their names were included on the poster. Over 50 names appeared on the poster.
The mother put the posters up around the neighborhood. Around this time, the daughter would succumb to AIDS complications.
Some of these men tracked down the mother, broke in her house and demanded to know where her daughter was or what hospital she was in? When she told them-she had died, they beat her up instead. Others called with threatening phone calls. The police were ineffective.
Things became so bad, she moved out of Northern California.
The mother still has family members and friends in her old neighborhood. She was informed that a few of the men on the poster did contract the AIDS virus.
